ive had momentum garage door cam for about 3 months now and all of a sudden when i turn on the app it crashes .. if you clear the data 3 times before going back in .. you might get one use out of it before it crashes again... customer service is one of the worst i have ever seen .. ive answered the same question from them 3 times and have yet to get a fix for the problem... MY SUGGESTION DONT BUY MOMENTUM / PRODUCT IS TERRIBLE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT DO NOT BUY I REPEAT DO NOT BUY
I am in tears everytime i try using these camera's (4v,2,1) but like some others on here, these camera's worked well for years; I think my tablet never updated enough for it to continue is my guess but now they don't work at all and I have no idea what i'm doing wrong. I reached out to tech and they said they don't support the old camera's anymore which is mind boggling to me. I had another product that stop selling the attachments. What is wrong with these companies that they think that's ok? If you want your company to survive, you don't do things like that.
I bought a set of these cameras i hooked them up little to no difficulty the play back is grainy and choppy, if you set it to record movement it records 10 or15 second and stops for however long it decides and then it records another 10 or 15 seconds and so on. Compared to my other camera its like a camera for kids. The other thing i have issue with is now they won't hook up to any device i have except the phone i originally watched them on. Which is broke. Keeps saying built for older version of Android I need to be able to see my momentum camera. I always used this app.. And only works with this app. You sold me the product if not send me a new product
the app doesn't allow for lost username or password. I've had my device for a few years now. I can not log into it.
The apps dimensions didn't adjust to my screen. It cut off at the bottom so I couldnt click anything to connect my camera
Very good! Work perfectly in Brasil and US! Purchased 2 more sets and "Cory" and they asked for monthly payments, so I returned !
Had camara for 3 yrs or so had uninstall and reinstall app at times for it to work and now app with circle can't not be found very poor help with customer service don't buy not good at all

Installed on both Android and iPhone with same results. I can only view cams when my phone is connected to home network. I am not able to view cameras remotely which completely makes them useless. I just purchased cloud services thinking that was the issue and no way to log in to view them on PC either. Untill the fix the app to be able to view remotely and have web access to view from any PC the cams are useless. So much for having peace of mind while on vacation.
Ive had the camera for 3 years with no problems. I had the "non-hd" app and it worked well. Yes, it occasionally dropped out, but I feel it was because of wifi load (a campground w/shared wifi). So, I had my own wifi installed. Then I couldn't connect to camera. However, I installed the HD tablet app on my smartphone and it instantly connected. I have only 2 wishes: a way to silence the announcement when camera boots after power loss and a camera that works on 12v. Otherwise, very happy with it.
