I have utilized this app for 6 months now and the app seems to be going downhill. The app is decent when it does work, but that is maybe 20% of the time. For the specialist to inform me that I may need to uninstall and reinstall the app on a regular basis if it freezes is ridiculous. As of 11/19 I have not been able to utilize the app and no matter how many times I reinstall the app it does not even open. This is very inconvenient.
Worst desk phone client I have used. Android interface is not user friendly. I still receive calls when I log out and ask it not to forward them to my cell. At this point I have to uninstall the app almost weekly to prevent the calls from coming to my phone
Need to re-implement ability to remember password. Even better would be the ability to use fingerprint. Also, no way to reset password from login screen.
The app constantly drops calls or never lets then ring through in the guest place, I just get a voicemail without my phone ringing. Then it won't play the voicemail through the app any longer.
Still complete garbage in 2022. Cannot stay on a call for more than 10 minutes and it just drops the call. Impossible to do my job working from home with this BS app. Momentum is a horrible company making horrible products. Don't buy their services.
I get kicked off calls constantly. Not a lot of updating happening with this app. I have to use it for work, but if I had a choice I would use something else. It's terrible
Amazing! 5 stars all the way! Works perfect when you need a "mobility" work phone! It's like having your office phone without having to be at the office!
it creates a lot of issues with Samsung Galaxy. a locks, it ringing even when there's no call and it drain your battery massively.
The new app design is a step backward. Having to access everything through the side menu is cumbersome.
The app logs me out seemingly within minutes of opening it somit no longer works. That makes it practically worthless.
This app is not working well at all. I can receive no calls they all go to voicemail. This was fixed
My employer has us using this app. We just received an update that made it worse than before. Too many dropped calls and a list of things that should not be an issue!
Buggy, can't retrieve voice mail.Tired of submitting tech support tickets. Employer phone vendor... so have no other option.
How is it possible that it forgets my password and tells me it's invalid? This happens EVERY year.

I've been using this app since March of 2020. I don't even know how someone can create AND make money off of this. It's terrible!! So many CRASHES and, when they do an update forget about it. CS is the worst EVER, VERY SLOW RESPONDING. I had the same ticket going for more then 2 months now and all they ask for is examples. I am exampled out and don't have time. My app has not worked for a whole week now and I can't reinstall, there is an error for Android or Samsung. WILL NOT RECOMMEND. 0 STARS!
