Momentum Solar

Updated app is considerably less useful than it was before and doesn't actually add any functionality. Not sure why it was changed. We can no longer see how individual panels are performing, which was one of the highlights of the prior version. Now it's essentially a bunch of useless tabs when the only thing we get is a summary of total production.

Does not meet nowadays app standards. Requires you to always enter your username and password. Does not take advantage of biometric login or authentication secure storage. Actually, it stopped starting and keeps showing Loading... progress. Awful. I started questioning the quality of the installation and the service which is still not activated, to be fair. Uninstalled and installed again. Didn't help ☹️

I downloaded the app and when I attempt to sign in it just keeps on forever loading, I have uninstalled the app a few times and still having same problem. I am using an LG Gthin8. I updated the app and still does not work and have mot heard anything from anyone. I am going to delete after this message. I downloaded again 01/15/22 and stll loading forever.

Finally fixed so I can actually log in, but the app is still pretty useless. It only shows daily production. That's it. The Enlighten/Enphase app gives WAY more information and is so much more intuitive. I'll continue to use that. This app is a waste of space.

I have downloaded this app 6 times and I still can not get into my account. I had good look until you told me up update the app. I have used the old app just about every day and now nothing. It keeps telling me I have the wrong password which is so wrong.

This is a very cheap system not worth $5.00! They don't monitor your system as advertised, have one tech that is learning and doesn't know what he's doing. I would NEVER recommend this company to my worst enemy!!

Original: Can not log in through the app, gives no information on why. Update: turns out they don't allow the period character in email logins, so the email that is attached to my account is considered different from the one I gave them, but they don't make that clear. Or they support it and whoever did data entry helpfully removed it.

App won't log it even though I've updated it. I keep getting emails to update the app and it won't even work if I could give no stars I would.

I was having trouble getting the app to load after creating an account. I requested to change my password and now I am able to log in.

The App asks for an ID number to sign up. I provide the one I have. Then it tells me that I need to check the data entry fields and try again. Not a helpful error message. I can't tell if my ID # is the wrong one or if my password doesn't match the apps requirements. Can't use the app.

Kindly update this app . It's so primative. No dates of production, just graph . Can not call for support through the app,it doesn't work,I have tried. Can only email someone when there is a problem, why no chat support. The app would definitely be better if you can actually see live what's going on, not every 6 hr. I had a problem with my system on Monday could not see until 9 am what's up?, no good.

Same here, after updating the app nothing will load. Also now i have to log in every time with email and password to use the app. Other than that, the savings i get from the solar system Is not much more than compared to just being on the grid alone. Missleading sales tactics.

App only shows production. Nice to know but I can get that same information from my electric company's Smart hub app. The only information you can get on your panels is that you have the number of panels on your roof that you expect to have. No information regarding the health of the panels. The possible problem you might have with the panel. Nothing from the app worthwhile.

This is the WORST solar company out there. I have been trying for over a year to get them to provide the link to access the energy activity. Never got it. Now they send out this link to download on your phone, and all you get is error messages!! Definitely considering a class action lawsuit!!

Updated to latest version. and can't recover password. Gives alert error . Deleted App installed old version, able to request reset and received the code in email ,but in app no window to input. Devs please take a look

I downloaded the app from Google Play to my Android phone. However, once I set up my account and tried to log in, the app would not load. I uninstalled it and tried again, with the same result.

Cannot get into the app. Requires you to verify your email address by entering a numeric code sent to the registered email, however there is no where in the app to actually enter the verification code. Very disappointed as I was told this is how I can access our permits.

I cannot sign up, sign in, or recover the password. This app has no value to me. I never got inside to view any ads

This app is as good as Momentum's customer service: Worthless. God I wish I had selected a different solar installation company.

App does not work. Recieved an email from support to call them. I called them after asking a few questions they said try again in a couple of days. Makes me question this company's commitment to technology.

They have a really good team of installers. They did an awesome job with the wires. No untidy wires are hanging around, something that would low the house’s aesthetic value. It was a job well done.

Cannot login. Tried to reset the password, I received a code to my email and there is nowhere to enter the code inside the app. Please fix, it's frustrating.

The app functions terribly. When trying to use basics features like "forgot password" you are met with an error that the password is incorrect.

A year ago, I contracted a certain company to install solar in my home. However, their solar panel never really served me, since it couldn’t power most of my home devices. I contacted Momentum Solar to learn what the problem could be, and they told me that I had been sold low voltage solar. They then offered me a deal to upgrade the same and since then, my problems are solved. Thanks guys for your honesty.

Their customer service is a way ahead of other solar installers that I have interacted with in the past. They are knowledgeable on all matters solar and their prices are great. Keep it up guys.

Their installer team is highly skilled and efficient. They handled all the installation works in a very short time and did it perfectly. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install solar in their homes.

The customer is service is a cut above the rest. Before I settled on Momentum Solar, I had researched several solar installation companies and from my research, none came close to Momentum Solar. I especially love their solar app that allows clients to monitor progress on their solar projects.

Installed new version and sent "login" and it sits there with "loading" on the screen. Gave up after 5 minutes and uninstalled.

App doesn't work. Now my panel's aren't working. Got a huge bill and its going to be about a week or 2 to get fixed 😡

Lied to us about how rebate works. You do not get a check to apply to the very large loan it is only a tax credit. I can't use that cause I do not owe taxes.
