The app is nice. I like it's simplicity. But there is need for improvement. It often display an error message "unable to connect to the server". And also since screenshot cannot be made on the app, a provision should be made to be able to download and share transaction receipt not just to view alone. And also airtime sell to all network should be made possible ASAP. But I like the app.
This app is at it all Time low. It was great after my first down then it moved from great to bad after I updated it and now it is at it's worst. You send airtime and instead of showing you sent successfully it shows u error due to connectivity issue meanwhile the the airtime has been sent. No statement no receipt no record. Keep logging out after every minute of idleness. This is really terrible
You need to improve this app ,, it's so annoying to use ,I tried sending airtime of 500 and I got an error message I tried it up till the 4th time I keep getting error messages just for me to see that I have been debited for the 4 supposed error transactions ,also checking transactions is another problem, when i credit my float wallet it takes longer time for it to reflect on the app ,, this app needs an overall upgrade.
To the team of developers, please kindly include biometric login to the app so the login process can be seamless. My pin has been blocked on two separate occasions now and I haven't found it easy resetting the pin. Would appreciate it a great deal. Thank you!
I would have rated you guys more if not for the issue I had with you since December, I tried funding my wallet the value was debited from my account but my wallet wasn't credited I went to the bank and the feedback I got was that it was successful from there end... The POS as well would have been better if tye deposit option is included, I couldn't make deposits with it other than agent transfer. It will be better if you could work on that and upgrade it
The app was great making transaction easier with my customers until three days ago when I was no longer able to login getting the feedback (the 8 digit number you have entered is incorrect) I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with the same feedback. Too bad especially in this era of expensive data costs.
It's a nice app, but lots of things needs to be improved on. 1. Ability to paste numbers 2. Ability to accommodate more number digits when you are selecting from phone contact, so it don't keep cutting the number.
Poor internet connectivity. It gives a security warning Unable to establish a secure connection. And Unable to connect to server, when my Data is on. So it needs improvement. Although it's cool cuz I can use it to monitor my MoMo account sales from my agents and also perform other services. So for that I give a 2 🌟
This app is nothing to write home about as it's not nothing working at all. I can't use it on my infinix hot 9.it was manageable or a very strong network relay, but after the so call updating I can't perform just a single transaction on it. I think the MoMo ICT hasn't being doing good job of late for their inefficency is cursing MoMo to lose alot of money. I only gave 1 🌟 in other for me to make a comment
I wish I could give zero star and I'm really wondering why MTN cannot employ the best hands to excellently program a simple APP to work perfectly, shame on you. Even startup fintechs are doing better. The entire service delivery is poorThe level of incompetency is outlandish, Customer care agents are naive, Work on this damn thing you call APP or take down the service. I hate poor service. 😡
What is the problem with this app? It's very annoying. I could not perform transaction on it, it just keep telling me that invalid number that i should enter a valid number while the same number am using for the momo is the one registered on it. Sometimes it will display connectivity issue. My money is on it for over a week now. Pls fix the bugs.
I have been logged out for weeks now. The app says am not authorized to use the service. Am suprised to hear that cos i use the ussd and it works just fine. Please do something about this. Or i will stick to clubkonnect as they are my alternative now since this issue
This is is good but still provide no help since it doesn't give a statement (historic), and by this what the use then!? Whenever I'm trying to view the weakly statement it's like turning it off, I wish it has this feature for it is an important one to any Agent I guess.
I thought this app was better than this but I'm quite disappointed that sometimes I had to recharge my customers using my bank app, at my loss The app keep hanging and sometimes it keeps loading forever. You really need to improve on the app
Why is MTN acting like all is well with the App.. this app sucks big time. Error occurrence, commission not liquidated, transaction history not available, etc....
This the improvement impressive, but there's always room to do more on this app,#1-the receipt of transactions should be attached the the statement so when a transaction fails or a customer claims that a transaction wasn't successful these receipts can be downloaded even days after the transaction. #2- when viewing the transactions done within a certain period of time on the rebalancer we can improve on the information displayed such as full customer name, time of transaction & date etc
Can't MTN provide a functioning app that give no stress? This app is problematic. It's not easy to use. Either it's unable to connect or giving error message; can't even recognize MTN number. Please give us something better.
If I could I would give this app zero star. Imagine after funding my momo wallet, I was debited twice, I am yet to receive a penny. I was referred to a WhatsApp number, but the person is not even online let alone responding to me. MTN's customer service support is very poor. Do something else I will deter anyone I know that wants to use this app from doing so.why would one be losing his hard earned money for no good?
It's a smart app, direct point to whatever you want to do, for faster transactions, all agent should get tablet for this app, far clearer view and better then yam phone transactions, Pls MTN add all banks, FIDELITY BANK does a lot of momo transactions but its not on the app Pls add them ASAP & I'll give you all five stars.
Momo agent app is yet to arrive there are a lot of things or function to add and adjust,such as (1)transfer price,#50 is much to transfer #200(2)rechard card printing,(3)sme data,(4)uploading of Nigeria band on transfer section,and then(5) sport betting wallet funding,when these have added to your next update,I will come back for 10star rating.thanks
I'm unable to reinstall the app on my new device saying "you are not authorized to use the app". Though it was great on my old device. Developer please review the upgrades and re-upload or advise on this issue. Thanks
This app they are scammer u guys should run with them, because i made some transactions from my wema bank to fund this my momo wallet since on 01-04-2022 the transactions it was successfully but up to now they still yet to credit my wallet, they hold on the little amount i have while they are making millions of money a day. There for at long last i was no given access to my wallet again, incorrect pin while am try to login. They have not deserve even one star guys.
Dear MTN,Please update this application. It is becoming increasingly difficult to use on a daily basis due to the inability to log on & conduct transactions. This is a huge disservice to MTN customers & is bad for business. Again, the App should be seamless, so that we can store customer phone numbers & DStv numbers without having to type them in or go to our phone books 4our regular customers. Furthermore, we should be able to share screenshots of successful transactions with clients as proof
It was working fine then suddenly stopped. Kept telling me invalid number. I deleted and redownloaded still same story. This app has great potential I hope the developers resolve the issue. If they do I'll give it a five star review
The user interface is quite simply and flexible, but the connection is very poor. Modification has to be done Asap, before I start loosing my prominent clients. Thanks
This App is amazing. In fact, it can be regarded as a SUPER APP. Imagine you can do all POS transactions, buy Airtime/ Data and earn commission, dstv, PHCN recharge etc even more to come, all in one APP
We should be able to see the numbers we transfer call credit and data bundles to. It really disturbs us when there's an issue of wrong transaction
This is a floppy excuse for a fintech mobile app. I could give it less than a star, sadly Google Play's minimum is 1 star. Com'on, I couldn't even do such a basic thing as link my bank account. Take it off Play Store, work on it, then you can relaunch it.
Is it by force to engage in a venture that one doesn't have the capacity to maintain? That's the case on this app. MTN should go back to their drawing board because I neglected the online thing, there wasn't a solution when physical measures were adopted
It quite unfortunately that this app can't discharge it purpose; just this morning trying to send airtime a customer but all of a sudden it will be showing error in connectivity and before you realize it has double paid the customer; very difficult to work with. You guys show do something about it. While would I be wasting my time for nothing! Detective errors: Difficult to sell airtime subscription and data. It doesn't show message that one have successfully complete process. Etc..
