If you forget your password or for help with the use, we invite the holder of the line to call the Customer Service at 89 89 from a Vodafone line
(free call) or 89 89 89 89 from another number (cost of a local call).

My Vodafone allows you:

- to consult the detail of your remaining resources and your deadline of use, as well as the out-of-package realized,
- to consult the amount of your last 6 invoices, to check that you are up to date of your payments (green for settled and red for unpaid), to see the deadline of payment and to be able to download them in PDF,
- to consult some of your information such as your name, your customer number, the offer subscribed and its details, the status of the line, the date of renewal, the method of payment,
- modify your access code to connect to the application,
- to contact the Customer Service by message.

The application is also available by typing directly the address mon.vodafone.pf in the browser of your mobile.
