I have since deleted the app because I can no longer use it. I only gave it three stars b/c It was great when I could log in and see my business and do basic work, but now, I can no longer sign in unless I subscribe to the Pro version. I agree that It would be nice if corporate made the basic app available to all, especially if you are just getting started and growing your business. If you are real new to the business, you don't want to have to incur a monthly expense you can't support at the start. Obviously once your business booms, subscribing to the Pro version makes sense. Corporate, please reconsider. It is nice to be able to view a customer's order when they contact you. You don't have to be at the mercy of time and trying to race home to get to a computer to help your customer or log in using your phone.

The app shows a promo/ sales tab but it is grayed out and cannot be selected. You still have to go through complete menu to get to the sales. There is a weight queue to check your back office during sales and promos even if you're not shopping there should be a selection for back office and shopping during sales. This goes for the app and desktop menu.

The app has NOT worked correctly since I started. And paying for pro should ensure that I can use it without issue. No one has been able to help me either. Its really hard to get a business up and running when the tools you need are not reliable! **Edit, its 3/9/2020 and issues havent been addressed. No one returns my calls either!

I've had this app work 1 time in the last 4 months I've had it. Always has bugs and doesn't actually load anything. It tends to work for my team but not me. I've tried it on 2 different phones and both never worked (androids.) Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing fixes it.

I love this app and the convenience it allows my business!! Though the language portion does glitch from time to time, that has mostly been resolved since the last few updates, and is an easy fix just by closing and reopening the app. This minor inconvenience is far outweighed by the convenience of this app. Love it!!

I love this app, it's a great addition to your Pro Backoffice. Being able to have everything at my fingertips in a convenient app is very worth it to me. I've paid more for waaay less! I give it 4 stars because there are some glitches that I have found and reported that have yet to be fixed.

Language selected is English, but it's showing French. Also shows the HTML code every other time it's utilized. As an app that's supposed to make work easier, it fails.

During flash sales, the app puts me in the queue when i am trying to access my desktop dashboard, but i don't have to wait for the queue when i just select the shop button from the home page on the app. Why do i need to wait to access my back office when i'm not shopping?! But it doesn't make me wait to get to the shop part? I'm not shopping, it's frustrating to have to wait to access my business info

Have to have pro to perform the same functions as just using the website from your phone. That is 2 of 2 apps that i have tried that require pro to do the same things that a tablet can do. No thank you.

When first downloaded I was able to access all the functions in the app. Now I have trouble just getting the login screen to accept my creds. when it does login I get stopped saying I am not a market partner but I am. No response from the developers as of yet.

Giving it a 1 Star because it was great, while it lasted! Now it says for "pro users only" yet I don't see any way upgrade to "pro" unless it's only for the ones at the top of the pyramid 🤷🏼‍♀️

Usually works pretty well, sometimes I experience a sort of small glitch with the lables on the buttons but usually goes back to normal when I close the app then reopen.

Since the update, I cannot login. I am an active MP and it's telling me the app is only for MP's. Uninstalled, and reinstalled twice and still have this issues.

Great for easy access but still has glitches and loading errors from time to time. Gets better with each update.

It has major glitches showing the HTML code along with what I'm supposed to read so I just use my chrome app to view the page 🤷 now it wants me to update, which maybe that'll fix the glitch except each time I say 'update' it won't 😂

I love this app. I've never had an issue with it and I've been an MP for almost 2 years. I went from an iPhone to android and zero issues. Love it!!

I downloaded this app as I was trying to grow my new business. I cant use it as even though I am a Market Partner, I need to suscribe to Pro to use it. Thing is, NOWHERE does it tell you that easily located how to pay it or how much it is. I think Monat may want to reconsider this app. I would have rated lower if I could.

I downloaded app. When I open it it asks for a user name and password bit doesn't give me the option of creating one. It says username not found. Anyone have suggestions on how to correct this?

App will not allow me to log in because I'm a MP and not an MP Pro. This is unacceptable considering the previous app let me login just fine, but was recently disabled.

Can't use it. Won't let me login or create a log in. Other comments say it's for a higher level. It should be inclusive for all levels.

O have this installed on my Samsung Phone and on my Dell laptop. I'm trying to install on my Fire tablet (with gmail) but it says already installed. I need this for my business. Why? Otherwise it works great on my other devices.

Have not been able to use since last 2 updates. Customer service was not helpful and gave me incorrect information. I'm dissatisfied and disappointed.

Its telling me I need to update, I click update, it takes me to the app and all I can choose is open or Un ninstall. I click open, and we start all over.

What is a Pro user??? I downloaded this app and I got so disappointed because it couldn't even sign, you need to fix it I'm a VIP member. I hope you do something to fix it.

I keep getting notices that app must be updated, when I attempt to do so app is disabled. I cannot access this app.

Keep going in "native" and doing weird symbols. Closed and opened the app 5 times and wont go away. It happens all the time

As a Monat MP I am not able to use this app because I'm not a MP Pro this is unacceptable. Monat as a growing business should have put an app for market partners and for VIP. I'm very disappointed in the creation of the mobile app for Monat.

I can never get logged into my account. Not happy at all. Love the products tho. But they really need to work on their apps/website.

Love it. Easy to navigate and all information is within own sections.
