Monero Wallet

This app had worked really well for me in the past, but now for whatever reason it errors out when I try to send coins. No verification email is sent, and subsequently no ability to transact. Have changed my rating, as it seems that some of the bugs I was facing were transient. All seems to be working fine now, but still not a great user experience when there are issues.

One can't send funds without valid email address and one can't change it from the app settings when the mail doesn't get the link. This might lock your finds away from your own access. So you rely on their support which doesn't seem to care. Also you can't access any keys from the wallet. It's a mess. My ticket is 306237 and not solved yet. I'll change the review when it's sorted out.

I am absolutely baffled that this app is rated so high. This is hands down the worst crypto wallet I have ever used. Constantly freezing and refusing to update. Saying "error occured" when trying to get into the app by entering my pin causing me to have to restart my phone to resolve the issue. It is almost unusable and I am sweating everytime I put xmr in the wallet, wondering if it will be forever lost in some sort of glitch. Now it won't let me send money out of my wallet! Fantastic!

Wallet is constantly preventing users from withdrawing XMR and does upgrades that completely lock up out-going transactions. You can deposit XMR during the upgrades, but not withdraw. Normally there isn't an ETA on completion. Locking funds with no warning for a week+ can be a major loss for some traders. When the wallet is not under "upgrades" it works great with no issues.

A reliable wallet, albeit not without minor problems. For example, slightly higher fees than we would like to see. However, what I get in return is a completely free, amazing mobile service that offers fast transaction speeds and powerful security. So it's just a matter of prioritizing yourself.

Update, was able to recover original wallet address all good now. Downloaded wallet, I sent some XMR to my new wallet, then checked on the status of the transaction a week later and showed it was still pending. The app glitch logged me out and then I tried to login but had to re-sign up, and was never able to recover my old wallet address. After a number of emails to support, nothing happened they don't seem to understand what happened.

I can't login any more :( I get a message "An error happened". Edit: Reached out to support. They responded very fast and solved the issue. It would have been great to have a support link in the login page.

It has more defenses than Exodus, and it works just as effectively. Everything became clear to me at that moment. Things like the interface or the exchanger don't concern me much, but the practicality of this application, on the contrary, comes first.

I have no complaints about the wallet. The app is highly secured, feature-rich, and well-optimized enough to make it all run like clockwork. Coins are withdrawn without difficulty, the network commission is quite reasonable for such speeds.

My first experience with Freewallet was great. After that, the service has repeatedly shown that it can surprise in an amicable way, so I'm delighted! Everything is really good, except for the commission. This point would still be great to solve.

Good wallet for everyone. Thanks to the friendly UI, even a beginner will cope with it and for those who have not coped, there is support. They'll figure it all out for sure. I enjoyed, doing business with them, they are really professionals

The clear interface immediately catches your eye, which doesn't repel you, but only enhances your involvement. The exchange function pleasantly surprised me, although I was counting on a regular wallet when I installed the application for myself. It works smoothly and flawlessly.

The app opens up great opportunities for using monero. Firstly, this is portable storage, which means that coins are always nearby. Secondly, an instant exchanger is built into the application, which allows you to make swaps to other currencies. It's all well written and works flawlessly.

Great. No security issues, fingerprint authorization and 2fa will help sort it out. The application is easy to set up, even if you are initially far from all this. Probably the best non-custodial wallet

Professional work on the app, it should be noted. So far one of the most stable Monero storage mobile apps I've seen. With optimization and speed, everything is exceptionally in order, and the functions of the wallet are performed remarkably.

Nice wallet. I haven't noticed any bugs, although I've been using it for a very long time. With other wallets, it was such that they had to be dropped and deleted periodically for a while, and Freewallet has been working great for many months. The developers did a great job.

Everything is done with intelligence and knowledge. The wallet is easy to set up and use and works quickly. The support also shows itself well, not keeping you waiting, and even manages to give really useful advice. It was a good experience.!

It so happened that I lost access to my account, but everything went well thanks to the excellent work of the support team. Worked competently and accurately! In such a case, it is important to have reliable support that will cover your rear, and Freewallet, as it turned out is exactly that.

Hello. Works great on any platform. I really like that you can easily access your account even from a PC, even from this application. There are no problems with long-term operation and unnecessary battery consumption. Great app.

It's cool that mobile wallets are developing so fast. Now I do not see anything strange in keeping several XMRs on a mobile wallet, since it is many times more convenient and now no less secure than doing the same thing using a PC.

For a very long time I was looking for such an app that would simply work well without unnecessary nonsense. In the end, Freewallet gave me everything I needed to manage my savings with confidence. Thank you!

There should be a disclaimer!!! In case your money goes missing, transaction key cannot be provided to PROVE the actual transfer. Never received my money after moving from 1 wallet to another. Blockchain has fields on bottom to PROVE the transaction. They cannot give this to you because they are "hosted wallets". BEWARE!!! Update - no need for dev response, just warning others so they dont also fall victim!

Freewallet turned out to be equally good both as a wallet and as an exchange service. On the one hand, I would not want to complicate the application with unnecessary add-ons, especially when we are talking about monero, and on the other hand, if everything works fine and turns out to be useful, then let it be. 5 stars

This is an updated review. I have no clue why the wallet took near 100$ nor was I given a reason other than "it just failed" HOWEVER after a week of dealing with customer service I got 64$ of BTC. Not alot of wallets would actually go the length to right their wrongs most would just pocket the money and leave. I won't give 5stars because the wallet simply doesn't work for me however they are a legitimate buiz and not just looking to scam like most people in crypto3⭐ only because of customer serv

Safe and simple product. This is a great tool for a monero user with the ability to easily swap their coins for other cryptocurrencies. The interface is carefully thought out, and the app works without problems and failures.

I deposit a considerable amount into this app last night no problem, the app was working fine on my phone and computer. About an hour later when I went to withdraw the monero somthing weird happened and it said that the address I was sending to was not a proper address (it was) then almost instantly I was kicked out of the app. I now cannot log in, I get stuck at the pass code screen which continuously loads for about 45 seconds and then resets. I cannot access my coins at all.

I cant seem to get an email code sent to me in order to reset my password. I tried to sign in using finger print but the app was trying to connect to internet and wasn't working so I decided to try forgot password but doesn't seem to work at all. Had decent money in there. Please help me put

My five-month experience shows that the wallet is worth all the flattering words that are said about it. When making transactions, there has not been a single failure, everything is fine. The wallet still has room for improvement, even though it is good enough in its current form.
