horrible app . this app will just stress you out. trying to log in. or recover your password and user name. it won't let you do anything. on wifi, no wifi. does not work like it's supposed to.
This really only deserves maybe a half of a star. For several months now there has been absolutely no way to contact Customer Support, and nearly every weekend the app has such bad issues that its unusable, and while the last 2 times I cashed a check it only took 15mins from start to finish, that's rare, it's usually an hour or more, even though I was initially told it would only take maybe 5mins(that's how they talked me into using this app, and their Momentum Card). Keeps getting worse!
Do not use this app to deposit checks. When you try to deposit a check and have to take a picture of it it always says move to a well lit area or move closer but if you go closer you don't capture the whole image and photo gets declined for failure to upload. As far as lights I literally set up 4 lamps around it in a room that was lit up and it still says move to a well lit area. Don't waist your time with this app use a legit companies app. This is garbage.
Ever since the latest update, I have not been able to use the app because it won't take my acceptance of the T&C's. I emailed customer service for the app and have not received any response after over a week. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, same issue. There are always problems when they update the app, I am ready to close my account.
This app, along with Money Mart's "customer service", is some of the worst I've ever experienced. I installed the app to cash checks on my phone instead of going into the store. I tried 1 check and after 3 days, I gave up and uninstalled the app. Technical problems on thier end they no one seemed very interested in resolving. One rep did however suggest I "erase all of the photos on my cell phone because that could be the issue". Yeah, no.. I wish I could give this 0 stars.
at waiting 6 months i finally received my rent relief check and took it to this crooked company to cash my check. Even though it was a federal government check they still held for the max 10 days and charged me over $700 dollars to cash it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY RIP YOU OFF AND TAKE THERE SWEET TIME DOING IT
The worst app ever, no customer service. My check government check is still pending. The app doesn't have a feature to cancel. And no one to speak with. Horrible.
Smooth and hassle free until I electronically cashed my paycheck for the first time. Ever since, I cant access my information. App continues to be unresponsive.
Worst app ever. I signed up . Took picture of check. Gave all my personal info and now it's saying it couldn't identify me and logged me out of my account, now I'm worried they are going to take my money . I've been on customer service line for 2 hours when they said it would only take 8 minutes to speak with rep. Worst app ever !! Please do not use this app! Wish I could give it a negative 5 stars
Best app!! I was able to cash my check and have all of my funds available in minutes and direct deposit to my account!. I recommend this app.
I made an account uploaded my check account answered questions with none of the above an they disabled my account call customer service got noware one number said voicmail deactivated . not happy nor satisfied in anyway next day still didabled no emails
Not amazing but the app is okay. Just keeps poppong up asking me to enable fingerprint. Just want it to stop pppping uo every 4 or 5 sec

This app locked my account and I can't use it anymore. Can't even get any help and Can't delete my info from there.
Scam app downloaded this app to cash a check and they took all my information then I tried to cash it somewhere else and it says my check was cashed they will not call you back it says press * to speak to an operater there isn't one sends you right back to the so called voicemail thief's

It's an easy way to cash your check with out having to go to the store. Very efficient.
It tells me i have to update it but doesnt give me the option to updated. Already uninstalled and restarted my phone and still the same thing????? Help
These customer reps representing money mart is so disrespectful ans rude. I would discourage anybody from doing business with them. I have never gone through such a horrible experience online and over the phone. I am going to contact their corporate office.

My account was disabled for mobile check cashing. When I called as instructed, nobody knew what I was talking about. And the back of my check was endorsed and now unusable. Have to wait 5-7 wks for a new one! Get a check 3 times a yr nd that's it! Grrrrrr..... Thx a bunch Money Mart.
