Money Pro - Personal Finance & Expense Tracker

A really good app for managing your personal finances, and one of the few which has a Windows desktop version you can sync with. Online banking connection is also relatively simple, but didn't really suit my needs and was buggy (the fault of my bank rather than the program). I used another well-known app for over 7 years, but they are concentrating on Apple versions, and so it's been a relief to find something which may yet turn out to be even better.

It's time to add the option to fraction cut transfers that incur tax or fee based on a fix percentage. For instance, transfer between two accounts that activates a percentage fee like 2%. That small percentage being directly put in a customizable category porposely created to that effect.

money pro application is very bad, all the data you store in it disappears automatically, my 2 years of data disappeared, which caused a huge headache for me I did not stay with me and it was also said from money pro that there is no data in our server, friends, using this application is to increase your headache, it is of no use.

Not a bad app. Lots of room for improvements. Intuit8ve and attractive UI. I would suggest the one Thang that would make this app stand out even more from the rest would be to have an option for debt reduction with accurate payoff dates

Personally a life saver for me to manage all of my accounts. I'm sure there are others similar but personally I like the formatting and ease of use. I've been able to save and start investing and know my financial situation down to the penny at any given moment. Even my brother uses it now. Takes a minute to learn but once you get it it's great.

After trying 3 time to turn back to use money pro, I have decided to give my feedback. Good idea. Very time consuming to setup new profiles. -can't add icons as favourites -can't copy already made budget interface have to always remake and add new expense category With Gold membership. -banks don't update regularly -banks updates overwrites the transactions that you have categorised in expenses -personal account doesn't back up Doesnt work with unique users to improve efficiency.

Thanks for valuable feedback my issues resolved, now I'm facing one more issue and after resolution of the same I'll post five stars. When I click debt balance report the screen shows loading green circle as if its loading but nothing happens even if I wait too much time. The app shows to be loading something but it never shows anything. When you press back button it goes back. All other reports are working apart from debt balance report.

When I was searching for money management app, I was looking for something exactly like this. Simple, beautifully designed, easy to navigate. I had tried out countless other apps for personal finance, but I keep coming back to this one. I like to put my transactions in manually, so this is perfect for me. I saw that the syncing feature between MacBook and Android was released in 2019 January and decided to try the subscription. The sync takes a few seconds, but there is no problem so far. One thing that is annoys me is when I put the wrong date for my transaction (like 1993), it changes the opening balance date as well. I wish the opening balance date was something that can only be set by going into edit page, not affected by other transaction. It would be great if there was a warning that tells me if the transaction date is older than opening balance date. If that can be fixed, I would give 5 stars. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with my purchase. Thanks for the wonderful app!

I've been going through all sorts of budgeting or financial management apps and I think Money Pro might have the best combination of looks and features. Being able to set a password, seeing my upcoming bills in calendar for hell the pro version even has a built in calculator! The only downside is that it does not sync with your actual bank account.

I've been using the original app (iBear Money) on iOS since the first release date and it was only due to that app that I couldn't get done with iOS all together. I was worried about transferring my years of data to android. There was really nothing to worry about. Despite the fact that there is no direct cross-platform sync function it was a breeze to copy and paste the profile file from iOS into android app folder and everything was up and running smoothly again.

Generally I am satisfied with the application. However, there is no option of exporting data into Excel and no automatic backups. And backups should auto sync between devices. Also, a need to add an option of moving cursor to amend recorded values, instead of having to wipe the whole. For e.g. If I were to amend 1011.03 to 2120.03, I will have to overwrite instead of just jumping to the value requiring amendment.

This app won over 2 other apps I was testing out. I has the best UI and great features. However changes were made and there is now a subscription business model preventing the full use of the app. I purchased this app when it was a one-time fee and so far I have not lost use of the features that I use. I disagree with the apps-as-service trend and will find another app if I need to. P.S. The banner notice requesting that I buy in to a subscription is a bearable annoyance.

Upgraded from Pro to Gold. Have to pay both for the entire year. It is supposed to sync cross devices. If I want to download load the desktop app it only shows mac. If I use the homepage to get the windows version I have to pay for that as well. When I added my online banking. Almost everything is categorized wrong. Now I try to revoke or cancel my subscription, but if I click on the active subscription it only shows the window for completing one... Cannot recommend this app.

Horrific app. Paid £12/year for the pro version but I found it impossible to use. Never synced, counterintuitive tabs, missing sections, poor interface, and no tutorials on how to use. Above all, the customer support was inexistent. Got a refund from Google, and purchased the life version of 1Money app (£9 for LIFE) and trust me, never looked back!

Fingerprint protection can be avoided simply by pushing the reverse button. Password protection - same. A funny bug for an app that deals with personal assets.

I've been using this since they released it on iOS with a Pro version. And when they released on Android since I changed my phone, I also bought it and activated Pro version. Then there comes the Plus Sync which AGAIN will rip you off your money just to sync across your device which are supposedly included before. Too greedy, I'm disappointed. Good luck.

I have had a hard time with scheduling monthly expenses. Three worked fine. The rest didn't. Even though I added them the same way. I followed the steps in the guide and I googled the stuff with no success. Either the software is bugged or is very difficult to use. It is good that there's a 3 days trial which allowed me to test it before actually paying. The software's capabilities are very good that I wish it worked.

I've finally given up using app. I've struggled to live with many of the same issues other reviewers are experiencing as I liked many of the features the app offered, but the one that finally made me call it quits is the ongoing issues where the app hangs and crashes whenever attempting to type in the field to add a new agent. I've used it on other platforms and enjoyed it, and and am a Money Pro PLUS subscriber, but that's about to end.

I tracked all my finances in a very detail manner and this app surely help me with all the functions I need. You can create multiple wallets, create multiple categories and sub categories, generate report based on type of expenses for the period you want, made a recurring expenses either auto or not, overview on how much you spend for the month and many more! But it is all manual, you are unable to link with actual bank but that's okay, that's what I need. :)

I have been a big fan of this application on iOS and Windows, but the Android version severely disappoints. it keeps crashing all the time. I purchased the subscription with the intent of syncing across devices, but that will happen provided the application worked on the first place!

**Update - more issues where amount transactions aren't displayed correctly until I go back to the main menu and go back into the account. Sent in a support request earlier this morning (8/11/21)*** If I had a transfer, I only needed to update the originating account and both accounts would be reflected. Now I have to update both for them to be the same.
