Good game. The pay or wait for spins are a little over the top but the overall game itself is well thought out and a great introductory teaching tool. It's a little glitchy (screens sometimes lock and dont go away) and one bug makes it almost unplayable at times (where you are supposed to lose your salary but instead it reduces your entire income...including passive income). If they fix that one I'd give this game a 4 or 5.
Overall this is a good game, works well, is simple in its complexity and focuses the player on thinking about finance. I am making my way through the levels with a bit of persistence. The only question I have is if I'm actually learning anything. I think I am, but maybe my strategies are wrong or could be perfected. An additional tutorial would be good to guide the user on this.
It could be done well, but it feels like it relies on artificially limiting game play with spins that need time to refill. Spins should be tied to an individual game instead of across the board, if you're going to have it at all. Way too much chance to be fun and there's not enough done to educate besides introducing some base terminology.
The game itself it's really cool and interesting and also really addictive. The problem is that after level 5 there is no point on playing and there is no more fun. I please ask you to add a ranking option where we can still level up and beat our friends by level and also an option where we have a game that doesn't finish where we can play without and end of passive income. One more thing that should be added is the possibility of checking the other players stats during the multiplayer game.
Single player is good but multiplayer is just badly designed. You don't get enough time to have your turn... If you're unfortunate enough for your turn to start when you're sleepy you're guaranteed to miss it. Also the stocks make sense. I've hardly seen any movement in them. They seem like a complete waste of money compared to the other options.
It's an ok game. Kind of does a good job of reflecting real financial decision making. However the spin counter concept seems arbitrary and after you reach the end of your spins the game becomes kind of pointless... The next levels should be based off of prior success. Not starting from scratch again. Just like in real life, if you succeed at building a solid financial base and income, you can use that to fund greater ventures that are perhaps more expensive and higher risk
Being a finance person, I loved this game. Would like to suggest few points: 1. Add more costly business & investment options for player at higher level bc after reaching good level, nothing is new. 2. Player rankings: Either world-level or region-level. That would motivate to play more. 3. Option to add friends and compete with them on independent basis. Multiplayer mode is useless. 4. Improvement on display & graphics could be done. 5. Some more logical & real life approach to decision Thanks
It's a very fun game and kinda teaches you a few things on finance. It is a very addictive game for me beacuse I personally like to try and maximize my cashflow in any game that I play. It's a bit like LIFE SIMULATOR except this one is focussed on the financial aspect. I do think that the special packages such as unlimited spins are way to expensive. I would not spend above €10 on a mobile game, It just doesn't make sense because for a bit more than €10 I can get really good games on steam.
can't start with smaller investments to build cashflow from the very beginning, spins run out and watching an ad doesn't help, super annoying waiting period when in multiplayer mode when the other player(s) does not take their turn, app crashes more often than i can blink and overall experience feels like such a waste of time. "Cashflow" the game is a much better option!
The concept is great, however the game is bugged. At times, an action is not reflected. At other times, the game crashes altogether. Also, the game has inherent loopholes, for example the investment gone bad due to luck cannot be updated. It is pity to see the developer asking for money in return for favours in this game when the developer couldnot get the basics right. All the more challenging to play with a broken game. Hope the developer responds with an update soon. Otherwise its just waste.
Unfortunately until the lost package issue is fixed I can't rate 5 stars - which I would, because I enjoy this game very much. It's a nuisance to have to wait 60 seconds for an action to be on standstill just for it to be unfulfilled in the end; forcing you to repeat it hoping it will work the second (or third!) time round. Edit:fixed
I had envisioned almost this exact game after playing a similar one through a browser. So far, the implementation is great! It's like the games Life and Monopoly had a prodigy child, with a focus on increasing financial income and overall wealth. I only have two issues with the game. First is that multiplayer can only be achieved through linking the game to your Facebook account. Second is that some stock prices never seem to change, while others do.
It's a good game overall, but I have noticed an exceptionally large transfer of data using it, which seems unusual considering what it does. Openworld games on PS4 even use less data than this. Furthermore, I don't think their servers are up to the task... 2 to 3 min wait between turns, is a bit much.
Its kinda like a summary of what business and entrepreneurship is but all in the form of a graphically enticing game not to mention also very educational. Sometimes the events are a little too random but in the end the goal is the same to finance your income and expenses properly. A great game if you're new to the business world or you have free time!
Gameplay balancing issues, I incurred a mandatory expense wherein I have had to buy a super expensive luxury item which has resulted in me going into bankruptcy early in the game. If the point of the game is to teach you financial discipline then there should be an option whereby a luxury item does not become a mandatory expense especially if it's not going to contribute to the cash flow. The graphics are okay and there is little replay value as everything seems repetitive after you earn 3 star
Alot more fun than expected. Good job. Would like a feature to pay more than needed each week. For example add an extra $100 per week on everything sort of thing. Dont really feel like the stocks are relevant because they never really move for me, only the dividends are I guess.. taken one star off as it won't let me watch an ad for extra spins after a purchased a pack.
It's pretty fun. I think it would be better if the game taught self-reliance concepts. Getting and staying out of debt is way smarter, and offers more peace-of-mind, than just making sure your income is higher than the debt you're slowly paying back. Overall though, if you did learn some of the principles taught by this app, you be much better off and helpful to yourself and others.
Definitely an easy fun and smart way to learn about the importance of investments for financial freedom. I wish there was a little more guide on which signals/a trend indicator to study in the stock option before investing. We are left to guess work for that. Unless the lesson there is stock is guess work. Include an option to sell off assets. Altogether a great game.
not bad, BUT only 5 levels, that`s disappointing. Multiplayer games with strangers never seem to start. Also I wish more risk, like failing busineses, would be added to the gameplay. the wait to get new spins is way too long, even with the Premium package for 9,99. There is not much to do in those breaks. Therefore I wish the stock market would have more changes ( stock didn`t play a big role in accumulating income in my gameplays, values were seldomly changing numbers, not very dynamic)
Interesting concept with much room for improvement. No paid version for the full app, it's all about insanely priced microtransactions, which gives a scammy feel overall. So big minus there. Game is fully playable without spending cash, but progress will be slow waiting for your spins/actions/mana crystals to respawn. But playing on free mode is probably better in tune with the spirit of the game and a better experience anyway. Is it a good game? No. Is it a good mindfulness app? Maybe.
This is an very good game I suggest anyone to get it, however, you only receive tips in the start and that's it. It gives understanding of how money and debt works overtime but it doesn't teach you how to calculate your ROI (and all the info to calculate it ain't there) or anything so that part you have to acquire else where but indeed try. It's fun!!
The game isn't bad, I quite enjoy it actually, but for what it is being asked $16 dollars for premium or even $37 for unlimited spins is a gross cash grab. Game is old enough and simple enough (probably 2hrs worth of gameplay total to unlock all levels) that it should have a cheap 'full version'. Microtransactions make this more a download and uninstall game.
Fun game, not a lot of ads for the amount of gameplay you get. Most of the ads you do end up watching are linked to extra spins or double paychecks. Overall very fun and addictive game. Only thing I would love to see is an offline mode.
It's fun the first few play throughs but I have no idea how to three star levels. It's completely random on your luck. If you spin the wheel and lose your job immediately go ahead and restart. I've beat multiple levels in fifty spins or less and can't get three stars
I believe it then I start to an upgrade of the first version. But personally I like the first version better because you can see what the computer was doing and figure out if they picked up the deal you passed on. The first version allowed you to have a choice between a big deal or small deal this just gives you what it wants. I would prefer to have the old version if I can find it again
Interesting game so far. One pro is even though you get turns based on time you can always watch an ad for more allowing you to play for as long as you want in a session. One thing I would like to see is interest rates and terms on the liabilities page. Maybe it's there and I just haven't gotten that far yet. Neat little mix of luck and strategy.
What could have been a great turn-based game is instead ruined by the utilization of a monetized random-choice mechanic: the spin wheel. The amount of spins you have are limited and you can buy more. The spin determines what your action is for the turn. The vast majority of spins you use are wasted: random events with usually minimal impact on your game, and random choices of businesses to invest in.
Enjoy the game but there are glitches. The free spin doesn't give you your spins at times; also, not too big a fan on having to be connected to internet to be able to play. Good concept though, and could be addicting if some of the hiccups were to be fixed.
I love the fact that it is a ike simulation game and allows investment. The only reason I didn't give it 5 is because the rate a which you loose your job isn't realistic and the amount of small repairs or vacations, etcetera isn't normal. It'd be nice if you had the option to upgrade certain properties or business that you own. The option to choose if there is dual income household & kids would be AWESOME.
