Money Tracker

This app is fantastic so long as you don't pay for it. It's exactly the solution I've been looking for: Something where I can add money, and subtract money in the simplest possible fashion on the go without having to set up accounts, categorize each purchase, etc. If I'm in line at the coffee shop and I purchase my coffee, I want to be able to just tap a button, put in the amount on the till, and go. And this did that great. (It would have been nice to have widgets, but not at all necessary.) If you "upgrade", it actually swaps this with a completely different app that has a totally different UI. When you add an item, the default blank in the UI is a "Comment" field, so you can't just tap, enter, and go -- you either have to enter a comment or tap through to the money field. Also, whereas the UI before was simple and had giant buttons (perfect for thumb tapping while walking), the new one is super ugly with a text-only menu in a terrible font. But the very worst part is that the new app uses a completely separate database, so if you upgrade all your transactions, balance, history, etc. are lost. Upgrading should just take the ads away, not bait-and-switch you.

I don't need a complex budgeting app, I just needed something to keep a running total that's easier to understand than the available balance in my bank's app. This fits my needs wonderfully. It's got a really simple user interface and is easy to use. I actually just bought the paid version so I can note what each entry is, and I'm hoping it will be just as easy to use.

Exactly the app I've been looking for. I am able to add and subtract my cash. However the app does not have a feature to key in where you spend your cash. Gave it 4 stars.

i will give you five stars if you allow the ability to label logs. without labels i can't tell where the money was spent. ability to make a simple label would help bring clarity while still keeping it simple.

Very simple. Works like a calculator but it holds on to amounts on history so I can do to continue to add and subtract

It's not very sophisticated BUT is exactly and only what I needed, so I prefer it to all the other complicated ones. And it works just how it should.

The new update is awful! I liked this app because it was simple and basic - now it explodes color at you - totally unnecessary!

i rate it 4 stars. it works and its simple.. isnt much too it. but there isnt anything extravagant to rate it 5 stars

I'll donate if you stop these annoying pop ups, the free version is exactly what I need (just a little fugly) tx keep it up!

Simple. Just what I needed. Nothing flashy. If you want more you have to upgrade.
