Money Transfer App

After update next step is to delete this app, not able to make any transfer....

I've been using this app for the past 6 years and never had any problems transferring money, just had a quick look on the comments below and a lot of them are so stupid and untrue. Im using android phone and like i said no problems till now. Also looking forward for the new update and hopefully will have more extras.

I can't log in :( Tried everyday one week. Unsuccessful. I uninstalled and installed again. Unsuccessful. Restated phone. Unsuccessful. Restarted Internet. Unsuccessful. Please, opal transfer team, help me. I really need your service! I am considering to use different money transfer company. Update : i got in my opal transfer app. Yuhooo! I switched off home Internet and used only mobile date - got in quick and straight. Still i am not changing star rate.

Love it! Never failed me! Using for 7 years now! And app recently updated so reinstall the app and restart your phone and all will work perfectly. I am telling it to "those d... heads" who is leaving negative comment and ratings! The app mainly been developed to work with northern and central Europe! If your country not in a list then dont kick off! And before leave your comments just contact customer services! Extremely responsive real people out there, not robots!

Excellent app! Fast and user friendly. The money I sent back home arrived in the same day and I could even make all the payments. The fee is really the lowest on the market, and I got £5 back at my first money transfer. Quite happy!

I have tried many different before but this app I consider is the best. It's fast, cheap for sending money and fair. I'm using this app for more than 3 years and I'm not going to change it with a different one. Thanks OPAL!

It's really difficult to use this app . So complicated.. And never know if you can use it next time ( the app). They keep changing it..

Useless. Avoid to use it. Really bad. All times need to upload documents again and again. Try to contact support. No answer. No reaction. No changes.

I transferred money through Opal transfer, but the payment was blocked from Opal.The support helped me a lot to understand what happend and i realized what was my mistake. Opal refund my money after they looked after my problem. I tried lots of times to edit my previous review,but there is no options to do it.So i was absolutley wrong about Opal transfer.There support is fuly trusted! I am going to use this app again

What a piece of s...t after update tells me my payment is unsuccessful, and gives some sort of code , after trying again removed all my receiving contacts , avoid this app at all cost

Since new update lagging, can't send money, when press how much send shows dashboard and goes back from beginning. Nonsense

I strongly recommend it! It's very easy to use and safe! I always use it to send money home! After the update the app looks much better! I am looking forward for the card!

The app is great. The money transfers really fast and you don't need to worry about your money getting lost somewhere in the void.

Total waste of time and data. Doesn't work at all. Guys don't download. I reapeat, do not download!

Awful support and the way this company treat clients. I tried to send something about 10£ to Russian card to the good friend of mine and just to 'try' this system. Next day support called me and started to ruin my day by asking weird questions. Like what's the purpose, to whom are you sending e.t.c. just for 10£, can you imagine. Although, I was abroad and I told this to that guy but he didn't care and we had a conversation about 4-5 min which cost me 8£. At the end my transaction was declined.

Sending money with this app for more then 3 years, no issue so far, lowest transfer fee ever seen or heard.

I can't create the app yet I've been trying so many times it wouldn't create... Please help....

Waste of data, why isn't my country in the list of countries for registration. I couldn't register

Very bad, since yesterdayi downloaded this and up till this moment is not opening... All i see here is sorry, service are currently down for maintenance please try again later haaaa since yesterday

Worst App ever, why you people are foolish and stupid and very dumb like this, you called your App global money transfer App which mean all country can send and receive money through your App Lols my country is not their which means you're the most stupid people ever on this Earth, even how you design your app is rubbish and foolish, a novice can't design App as you do, you better come up with something else.. stupid people with rubbish App ,I deleted your app goodbye, am gonna use remiltly App

You guys should try to add more countries to this app especially the African countries ,so that people will stop wasting their mbs for nothing

What is wrong with the app? Always showing network problem network problem. What is wrong?
