Fraud application, fraud banking - customer care is useless. Prepaid cards never work. Money is blocked forever and lost.

Not even single start is deserved. Not able to transact or transfer the amount. If you load your money you will lose it you won't get refund.

By far the worst recharge app I have ever used. I remember the time when Oxygen app introduced us to the world of online recharge in 2013, this is the exact replica but in 2020. UI is bad, the response is bad, safety is another major concern. I think with strong apps like phone pey and all. This is a bad idea and honestly very unsafe.

Pathetic app. Logs me out randomly. The times it doesn't, it's too buggy to make a transaction. Interface is not the most user friendly. Government run apps function better. Save yourself the trouble and don't download. This should be pulled from the Playstore for being so low quality.

Think twice before downloading this App. If your transaction fails, don't hope to get a refund. I have already lost some money. Customer Service is aso indifferent and very inefficient. I contacted several times to EbixCash as well as CC Avenue but didn't get refund for my failed transaction. My money disappeared into thin air.

Worst app. Irritating. When I try to set password, It sujjest minimum 8 character long and mix of lower and upper case and special character.I gave it more than ten times but message showed again and again but password not set. Going to uninstall it again.

This is the worst payment app with a confusing user interface. They have not been using quality servers and many times my payments have stuck but the money has been credited from my account. Non redeemable quality for a basic payment app.

App still so many functions updating required so do it fast. Like: 1.Credit card payments options not available. 2. Cards Debit/Credit adding separate options not available.its showing at the time of transactions only. Remarks: Aadhaar ekyc process showing error.

The developer are in hurry. They release the app without proper functioning. I installed it, try to registered it, entered OTP, but can't login. When tried to login it shows please verify your mobile. When tried to sign up again it shows number is allready registered.

Very basic features and simple working like a postman. Pay your bill and app will transfer your amount to respective company's account. Also, no cashback or discounts available. Hope app will evolve in future. Till then best of luck and uninstalling App. Sorry buddy...:-(

After installing and registrating on app, and putting details I completed registration process. But as soon as I logged out I couldn't able to log into again on app. So this app is only to fool people and gather data of the person. Very worst app. I wish I had not in first place downloaded it..... Should be given zero star 🌟

DON'T INSTALL THIS APP. Guys download install this app. There r better apps in playstore. App seems like a scam. Interface is not user-friendly and many issues with amount transfer.

Terrible UI and unresponsive app. At first I thought the problem is with my internet but they are archaic IT systems. Do better if you can.

There are better apps having better UI which seem more reliable. Security and reliability is an issue with this app. Also, considering this app sponsors propaganda news channels is also worry some.

Worst app... There is no particular local service.... In my wallet 5000 rs is there no way to get it in my account...in app money add option is available but money transfer option is not working.. Only one way... They say u can use it for recharge and bill payment..

Worst app ever. Hangs alot.. No service from customer care and in case your transaction fails.. It won't notify you. Its frustrating and doesn't work when needed.

Worst app...too slow... it captures your every move and data at every click apart from accessing other data from ur mobile... transactions always fails no matter what....1/10 will succeed....then follow up for refund....i wish we had -ve ratings below zero

Doesn't work payments are slow and it ends up failing most of the times. UI has bugs and it's very slow.

I used this app three times and all the time it crashes, wat a waste of time... Don't waste your time... You will be frustrated and end up uninstalling this app

User interface is very bad and in recharge section they are still continuing with MTS, Aircel, Tata Docomo, Rcom etc. means they are careless about update. It's totally meaningless to open account with such substandard app when PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm or Makemytrip are available. Downloading this app is Wastage of time and phone memories.

The app restarts my phone after 5-6 minutes. Have been trying to do simple transaction since last few days but it closes in between. Kindly fix these issues.

I found the interface to be very complex to be understood I have used this app for quite a few transactions but I believe the competitor apps are very easy as compared to this to be used for the usual transactions

The worst payment interface that I have ever used. For a failed transaction I didn't get refund in 1 week, and still counting.

Worst App ever I added 5k amount for sending in my bank account but it's not be sended and I already sent a mail in his complaint email but I didn't get any support from there. So guys don't install this app and if u already installed do uninstall this app as soon as possible to you guys

Wasteful. It doesn't have convenience and is not user friendly. I thought of an alternative to the other major ones but this one proved to be a failure.
