Great user interface and very useful data. The layout is perfect and additional content useful.
Login process via fingerprint has been broken for months. Support unhelpful, borderline arrogant and obstructive. I'm rapidly going off this app. As a result, I invested this year's ISA with a provider who can handle technology.
Flashy UI with decent customer service but the asset management is not up to the standard in my opinion. Money Pots go negative very often which indicates the strategies in place, Portfolio diversification and trading is not being properly managed.
The app has been good apart from the most recent update. My password is 'incorrect' until I reveal the password and then for the second time, click login. Ridiculous bug.
Great app, great service, very good robo advisor. Update: the new UI is so bright, at least offer a dark mode if you're going to reskin the whole thing in brilliant white
Quite like new appearance of your Ap. Uses more of the screen so graphs, charts, etc are easier to read and use with touch screen. Helpful information now appears in bubbles when you touch certain things or words. The Expected Performance Graph (which I know was only an estimate anyway)has sadly gone, which I personally enjoyed looking at. Also the Capital Gains figure now seems to appear nowhere, so you have to do the sum yourself. Before it was on the first screen. Still overall a good Ap.
I'd been interested in investing for years but I knew it was easy for a beginner to loose money. So I thought I'd let people with more knowledge than me make the decisions. Moneyfarm is a very simple service to use, the app is great, performance is good. I'm making money on my savings and the emotional detachment helps me sit back and ride out the downturns, they reverse themselves eventually. Very happy customer and I'll be one for years to come.
does what it says, it's a robot investor. the app is grand and easy to use. my biggest bug bear with this tho, is the way you top up your account. you either have to set up a direct debit or do a bank transfer via your bank's app. it's the most difficult part of the customer journey on the thing they want most, your money. it makes no sense...
It's secure and user-friendly. Usually investing in ETF request a very long time for the portfolio to become profitable. It's a good service for whom wants to put some money away and protect it from inflation for exemple. Everything is autonomic for the user and you will be able to invest/disinvest and eventually close the account. You won't be stressed out about Taxes and other fees since everything is already included in the service.
Great simple app, ive been with money farm for about 3 years now. I've had ups and down throughout these 3 years, but despite all the economic issues happening around us, they've managed to bring me an average of 11% increase. Like all investments, nothing is guaranteed, but invest small and what you can and it will eventually pay off. Company and app recommended.
Good, but why has the fingerprint login option suddenly disappeared ?? Edit - There is no 'biometric authentication' visible in my security settings, even after an update. Edit 2 - Ok, thanks. I created a passcode and saw the 'use fingerprint' option appear. That wasn't obvious, unless I missed something. Now working, as long as I don't log out explicitly, in which case I have to do it all again. I guess the idea is to never logout(?)
Clear User Interface and User experience: I like the style and it is really easy to find what you need. BUT it is not clear how do you calculate the cost of the service (it could be nice to have it directly in the app) and also the tax I should pay every 3 months, since I see this two payments without any description
I have to say i am really impressed with this application so far. The intergration with barclays mobile app for 'easy payments' is excellent. Decent interface, simple to get into, great way for me to keep my hands off extra money at the start of the month. Yes, i understand 'capital is at risk'. And that this is not a savings account. I would rather take my chances leaving my disposable income here than in some half-assed bank current account.
I'm indifferent towards the app. Obviously investments can lose you money, but my portfolio has been at a loss for over half a year now. Kind of sad. The app is easy to use and make investments simple though, so in that sense it does its job.
Great idea, easy company to work with, excellent communications and very easy app to use. Only thing for me is you seem to have to get a new reference for each time you want to transfer in (or am.i missing something).
When functional the app is fine. Unfortunately some time ago it stopped working and will not allow me to log in either using biometrics or using passcode. Hangs, or gives a "sorry, service not available" or similar error. Clearly some update has failed. This occurs even when VPN etc are not swtiched on, I have tried clearing application data/cache, and uninstalling. It doesn't work.
Very good, very easy, I've had decent returns that beat just keeping money in a current account. The app is great and easy to use. Just waiting for the isa wrapper to have multiple risk rates in the same portfolio.
Very difficult to use which makes it 1 time consuming to try and obtain the information required. Problems have specifically arisen with random rejection of my e mail address and pass word. Improvement is required to bring the App up to the user friendliness of other Apps covering similar requirements. Total frustration with use of this App is causing thought regarding cancellation of the Moneyfarm contract. Telephone conversations to try and resolve usage problems have not helped.
So far so good, app has a nice interface with lots of awareness pieces in the form of articles. Would be nice to have a few more awareness forms like webinars or videos on the app. Haven't tried withdrawing anything.
Good enough performance, but fees were not competitive. Too slow transfering out my ISA, resulting on a significant loss when the liquidation happened. Based solely on the transfering experience, I don't recommend it.
Can't upload my video. Constant error message. I gave up. Was looking at investing £100k.
I’ve loved using Moneyfarm so far. The whole platform is really user friendly and you get quick and effective customer service. Magnificent user experience design, and diversified portfolios that are performing well during a pandemic. I’d highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a stress free and cost-efficient way to save. You will see good performance on your portfolio in about 2 to 3 months. And finally, thank you moneyfarm for managing our funds in a effective way where possible.
When it works, it's great. But for most times, it doesn't seem to be able to load pass the login page. I've tried clearing the cache, data and even uninstall but no progress 😑
I'm very happy with my moneyfarm investment, looking forward to talking with an investment advisor soon, I really love this about moneyfarm
Verification overload, I only want to practice/mess around Im not going to upload ID and answer all types of personal questions... make a guest/ practice account option.
App is ok but every update seems to require pin and fingerprint to be set up again, which is annoying. Performance of investments is fairly poor compared to others that I have hence I am not adding any additional money to my account.
The app itself isn't too bad, but the investment strategies behind it are awful. After over 2 years of a 10k investment, I'm currently down by £100, despite expecting a 2-5% return/yr over the full period. Each and every one of the markets I'm automatically invested in is in the red. The only thing keeping this close to breaking even is the dividends. I appreciate that risk means money going down or up, but over a longer term, you'd still expect some gains in at least one of the invested markets
Great platform, even in these testing times, straight forward, low rates and so far on an upwards trajectory, only time will tell but for now very pleased. App is easy to use
Seems Good. Not had any issues as such and using this to get back into shares etc. Either way the fees are low and reasonable and using the app is very very easy. I'd just like a little more say in what my money is doing... EDIT: After 6mths or so I was at the same price without any real gain so I've withdrew and bought shares myself instead using another company. just was not returning enough to make it at all worth while.
Poor contact. Often can't get through to talk to someone and chat feature often doesn't work. Needed to withdraw a sum quickly but is taking longer than I was led to believe. Very frustrating
