Keeps freezing even when I uninstall and reinstall it still doesn't work. The app itself and the loans are pretty good except for the technology part of it! Upate: Thanks for showing you guys care about your customers and experience! I had a agent contact me about the issue and It went smoothly. The issue has since been resolved and I am glad to know there is a excellent customer service team team and appreciation for your customers.

Verification process needs a rework. If you take a bad picture just one time, it blocks you from using it entirely. Spent hours trying to figure out how to use my Instant cash. Many calls to customer service. Just to find out I failed the Verification process on a legal document (ID) on the last phone call. No notification. No way to try again. If the app decides you aren't the person it thinks you should be, you can never use it again. Recommend an app called Empower for users with same issue.

I have had the app for 2 to 3 years now. And I have had two reverse loans through them. They are a great way to build credit and now there is the option to get $300 of it upfront. I also love the Instacash it's super helpful when living paycheck to paycheck. The only thing I have a problem with is the instacash "parameters." I have a bank with income but since my work doesn't offer direct deposit it's not considered qualifying income. Even though I deposit it with my phone. Besides that 5 stars

Great experience. I personally opted for the instant cash option. I needed gas to get to work. Thank you! It did force me to use my cell phone to complete the transaction; which I would of preferred to use my personal computer....other than that it was perfect. It also provides crucial budgeting advice/plans. Which we all could use.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!! They took the repayment out of my account before I ever got paid, causing me to go negative in my account. I lost the remaining $20 that I had and needed for that day and also caused a $38 overdraft fee. After contacting money lion customer support, all I was told was to dispute it with my bank. Worst experience with a money loan app ever. Do not use!!!

I love the app and how great it helps improve your credit and lifestyle with awesome tips and guidance but the creator really needs to fix this now!!!! The app constantly closes for no reason like a min after opening it sometimes it doesn't do it but for the most part it does... It is starting to make it frustrating to the point of viyew thinking about not using it anymore... Please fix!!!! NOW

I regret signing up for it. Phone calls and text messages from all sorts of crazy people immediately. App constantly sends me to third-party sites. And their insta cash not only makes you pay at minimum 20% interest but they also charge you to transfer the funds instantly. Why don't you try actually helping people? Now they trying to lie! You were trying to get me to pay up to a $5 "tip" upon repayment of a $10 advance. That sounds like interest to me! Then you were charging 25% to transfer it!

The best app, you can actually control your finances. You can get instant cash, deposit, connect your own debit, and transfer it when you need it, and know it's there, no matter what emergency com up. I recommend to any one. If your credit is need of help, this will help you, fix.

I have tried so many apps claiming to let you borrow money, n RARELY do any of them actually come thru...but this one did...even though it was only $25....it totally saved the day when I needed it most...n it wasnt a bunch of bs to go thru either...I got the money in literally seconds....would definitely recommend....they also have higher amounts they'll lend out, if you sign up for direct deposit n whatnot....I think up to $1000....havent gotten that far yet, but will update when I try it out.

Ive contacted support many times. It just wont verify my identity. Yes its all correct. App just will not work for me. Edit: Still doesn't work. Same issue. "Oops lets try that again. Looks like your request couldn't be completed. Please try again. " Same error as usual. Nothing has changed.

IF YOU'RE IN A PINCH, DOWNLOAD THIS Have used this app for a little over a year now and I have to say this app is amazing. Spots for extra cash when emergencies pop up, helps build credit through loans(I've taken 2 loans out through moneylion and have been able to fully pay both back and reap the benefits) the interest on the instacash isn't bad considering you can get upwards of $600 instantly depending on how often you use and repay.

I've been enjoying the app, but the security needs to improve. My account keeps getting hacked and password changed. Blocking me out. I've been on the phone with fraud team and it's still happening. Hope this reaches someone to help protect my account

This is my favorite cash advance app I've tried so far. Easy to sign up, approved for $100 right away which then went up to $215 within the first week. Works with chime. Has an option to extend your due date if needed. The only thing I am slightly disappointed with is even though I can advance $215 you can only do $100 in 1 advance so in order to do $215 I have to pay 3 separate advance fees for 3 transactions.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Used this app once for instacash about 6 months ago and it worked. I recently bought a car which took almost all my money so I tried to use it again. Everytime it says "oops something went wrong try again." I've been trying for 4 days and it says it over and over. I don't even understand how this is a legit app. Fix it an ill change my rating.

Honestly I started an account with them years ago and the fee's we're outrageous then and not much of a product. A friend told me that they made a lot of changes and 2 check them out again. I am absolutely enthralled and couldn't be happier! They immediately welcomed me back and gave me insta cash right away approved me for the credit builder program and to my surprise I still had money in an investment and rewards dollars that I had forgotten about 4 years ago. I take back anything bad I said

Currently about to be double charged for $100. Contacted customer service, live phone option does not even work. On chat, rep insisted it was accurate even after I went through with them line by line. Asked for a moment to double check against transactions listed on the app for my bank, and they immediately disconnected the chat. Not a good way to do business, go ahead and take that extra $100 from me, it will be the last time I use this service.

I had an issue with my address and my bank, they weren't matching. I emailed moneylion and they fixed the issue by that evening. I was very surprised and grateful that they took my email seriously and wasted no time updating my information. I really needed a cash advance and was able to get it as a result of their taking care of my problem.

Great app, but way too many advertisements! Money line has been good to me, but I am so tired of having to close like seven advertisements within the app. Especially when they're deceiving! Because I've seen so many deceiving advertisements I'm giving them two stars. If those weren't there they would probably get five. Also FYI they are not an accredited bank!

Great app, but for some reason my advance limit dropped $200 out of nowhere. I have always paid on time and had no changes to my income, so this was very confusing to me. Besides that, this has been a very useful app.

Very helpful App to have when unexpected financial dilemmas arise... It's almost like a little extra peace of mind for the life's mishaps. App is also user friendly and actually legitimate! I'd love to be able to use Moneylion, I hear good things but they don't have my bank listed as an option to connect to, even though they use plaid. Despite my MANY requests to add my bank, they haven't. My bank is the 9th largest chain in my state. Oh well, looks like they aren't going to have me as a customer!

The system they use won't connect to my bank anymore. I was told 6+ months ago it would be fixed but the issue persists and now I can't get insta cash it errors out......**UPDATE** As it turns out talking to someone in chat helped resolve the problem. They where kind and knowledge in how to address the problem!!! Thanks i updated my review your support team was excellent

MoneyLion has so many ways to help. When we needed a bit of cash to get through until payday, due to an emergency. MoneyLion made it super easy to get instant cash. Great app, great customer service. Easy payback without outrageous fees. Thank you for being so awesome!!

Prior to closing account, I transferred a remaining balance to my bank account. I already knew I couldn't close Roarmoney with a balance. You have to contact Moneylion in order to close any account, which I did. 1. I never recieved transferred funds. 2. Difficult getting help. 3. A week later, I'm told the transfer was canceled, because my Roarmoney account was closed?? 4. The only way to get the canceled transfer, is to reopen account!! 5. Now, the app has an error whenever I try to sign in!!

Their "loans" is basically you making payments to them until you hit the amount they supposedly offered you. I was offered $500 but was only given $100. I have to pay off $530+ and then they will give me the other $400. It's a scam that they make out to be some form of a secured loan. And to close it out, I have to pay off more than I was given.

Well ..I wanted to love it. I was hopeful. It said I was eligible for instacash of up to $125 but only let me select $100..and then never got any further than a "oops, there was a problem, try again" message. My income is $1780 monthly, I linked my bank accounts, contacted customer service chat and was told I am eligible, then that I wasn't, then again that I was but they couldn't verify my identity and couldn't retry either...? Idk

Edit: *definitely best of the advance apps out there IMO* Easy to use and understand. When I had a little trouble updating banking accounts, the agent I got in the chat feature fixed the issue almost immediately. Useful note: You can actually log in and out of the app to troubleshoot issues and not get disconnected from the agent helping you in the chat. Pleasantly surprised, will recommend to others

I love this app. It makes learning about and paying attention to your money enjoyable. I use shank n bank also. I won $500!😁 I was already sold using other features like the loan and savings options. When the app gave me back my money I spent, I was in love. And the $500 was a portion of my rent. 🙌🏽
