This is the best money transfer app/site available in Malaysia... They also give best conversation rate... I am not sure why other people are giving bad reviews... I am using this app from last 3 years and never faced any problem... They take 2-3 days to transfer money to recipient account but it's reliable... May be it's not the correct app for instant transfer but if we can wait for 2-3 days and provide source of income then it is best app in Malaysia.
Hands down the absolute worst money transfer service out there. Slow, expensive, ZERO customer service. They keep throwing 'compliance' at you and don't allow you to do ANYTHING without uploading documents over and over again. Limits are ridiculous. BigPay is much much better. Do not use this service, and if you have it, close your account and uninstall immediately. Useless. My point proven - reply comes 3 months after the review. SHAMELESS COMPANY!
mobile web UI was worse(screen covered with a video which cannot be closed) !! and was forced to install an app. and guess what, app says tge device is not registered. there is no clue of registering a device. After 21 months of money match experience, i can see that instarem providing a similar exchange rate. i am sorry, but i am happy to use instarem because of your security / app restrictions.
something is wrong with the app's server; cant even load address. And, one time verification must be made in the app rather than using phone number/email, which is more convenient.
This app is very buggy and hard to use. The developers really, really need to think about what they're doing, address the bugs and work with users to get their problems fixed and make the program more intuitive to use and less frustrating. They've got a lot to work on.
After many months of proper working, the app is suddenly not working in my android phone. App is updated to latest version. No change even after uninstalling and reinstalling.
Initially all ok..but now everytime I open the app it says authentication error and ask me for login. Updating my above review today (23 feb '20): Authentication issue resolved by providing Biometric..fingure print Auth thats very good. Concerning with the speed of transfer only. Should be same day or within few hours.
If only there were negative stars. 5 transfers made, only 1 went without a problem. Hopeless!! Uninstalling as soon as I can get back my money. They keep emailing asking all sorts info and yet dont have the common sense to call after 4 or 5 emails. I even spoke to one of their sales people this morning telling him that their process is tedious, tiresome and all his sales efforts were going to complete and utter waste if after convincing and installing, the user is put through "compliance hell"!! I have submitted 4 emails for "compliance" and still the transfer is not through. I am only transferring a small portion of my maids salary for her family maintenance just to put this "compliance investigation" into context. Worst possible experience. If only there were negative stars!!
I want to change the rating, but they don't give negative stars. 4 days in, the money is still not sent. What a lot of BS. They require so many details and documents which actually they don't have any need for it. I have sent money elsewhere before, but never had this kind of BS procedures. Don't waste your time with them.
Upload always failed for One Time Verification, said network error while i am sure there is no issue with my connection. Update : it works now after updated to newest version

App keeps on crashing even after reinstall. I used to like this app but today, when I called customer service and directly to officer in charge, nobody picks up the phone. This is really frustrating

Exceptional! Great experience so far with the app. My remittance from MYR to PHP is always received on the same day into my PH bank acct. Always a smooth and hassle-free transaction everytime. Even the initial registration KYC were done via the app. Try it!
not able to login just because i changed my mobile handset. stupid login requirement. instarem is far better than you in all aspects as well as they give good rate and no transfer charges.
Worst App ever seen. Their app updates are unstable and customer service is going worst day by day. They have no idea and don't care about customer. Never recommend this payment partner. I also move to another partner soon.
New mobile need to register.. but not provided any process to register.. what's the purpose of this security? even banking apps also don't have this much security.. please try to provide the way to register new mobile using mobile tac or mail confirmation, calling your support is not a good idea for users. I m unable to use your app because of this. please help to overcome this.
I just can't login from the App at all? Like seriously? I can login on web and in order to verify my account, I need to login on my phone via your app but the app keeps on throwing authentication error. Fire your tech team guys
Keep delaying the processing of the request. Sometimes it expires. I'm tired of this. App is crashing. Can't even open
Worst app! I changed my mobile phone & since I'm not able to login. It keeps showing error messages as "device not registered".
I have been using this app quite some time now , exchange rates are good for india and offers are better. But only thing i face is processing time takes longer.

I really understand that the session is logged out due to security reasons. But please consider one like any of my below kind suggestion 1. Ask only password to login again 2. PIN(4 or 6 digit) based login 3. Fingerprint login
inconsistent verification requirements. asking for an invoice when i tried to transfer money to my savings account. should i issue an invoice to myself? 😤
Money transfer process is very very slow. Imagine they still take 3-4 working days in this tech age !!! I'll recommend Bigpay over this.
