I rated 5 stars before, but now I have to rate 2 stars after paying my loan before the due date, They were offering me the same amount instead of increasing my credit score and also the app keeps crashing. But what is more annoying is that I reapplied twice but I was declined for no good reason. I really thought that this was a good loan platform but it seems I was wrong

This app is really messed up now. Even with good record, no loan increase. I tried making payment but the app did not respond. I transfer money to the account provided in the app and the are tell me am on default after making payment and sending several emails. Pls don't connect your main account ATM card to this app because it is really messed up now. All effort to reach them I have tried but no reaponse. I have to spend time and money now to deactivate my ATM card and get a new one.

Moneypal is a great app fast in disbursing loans once approved, but the only problem they have is that they are unreliable for the past 7 months the app has not been active and this issue has also occurred before. The app is still working but I urge you to resolve this maintenance issue soon enough. It's been so long for maintenance.

I used to enjoy this App but the case is different now. App keeps stopping. The photo upload feature just introduced isnt working as it keeps saying document cant be uploaded, without the upload you cant proceed to do anything on the app. My loan amount has been stagnant even after many successful repayment. This is very bad pls

The first three loan was a smooth transactions after which my dashboard started going blank not displaying again. I've contacted customer service severally but nothing was done. I downloaded new app but it keep saying the same thing. Please can you fix this?

I am having a terrible experience with your app. My loan has been approved since 7 days ago and you wouldn't just accept my card and disburse the money into my account. Your app keeps telling giving me error message (Bad request). I've written several mails to you with the screenshots of the error message but the problem has not been resolved till now. I just hope you are not expecting me to repay the loan you refused to send into my account.

Good morning to you, I have been trying to reach you through your App but no response from the attendants. I took a loan as at last year which I have paid back, but on checking it has not been cleared til now. The receipt of payment I can not trace, I tried the account on the app, by paying N1,000 still it did not reflect. Kindly rectify the issues. God bless, hope to hear from you soon. These guys are cool headed. They don't make noise, maybe that is why they are not popular. They quietly offer you loan without any difficulty. No disturbance about repayment date, though I think they need to send reminder few days to the repayment date. I usually forget this. Again, they should increase the loan limit. In all, they are good.

Please the app has not been uploading pictures while trying to apply for a loan. The error message is unable to upload dovument to server. This has been like this for the past three months. I have updated the app and still no improvement.

Monypal payment page is not working. So many complains about it and no solution. Still no solution for the crashing and forever loading page. I think they might be closing up as their email is bouncing back. Worked before but not anymore.

They debited me twice, for a months plus am yet to be credited back. I have been calling and they've not refund my money back. They employed unprofessionals to deliver customer services, just to refund my money back despite evidence of payment. They will never increase your limit only 10k d maximum no matter how long u av been wit them. So they are just waste of time.

After updating the app, whenever I login to my dashboard it is not showing it always shows error message and asking me to try again to update my dashboard. Please fix it If not I wouldn't be able to repay my loan. Thanks

Friendly rates. Friendly staff. If I could give 10 stars, I would. App wasn't always friendly to Use. I think they're still in development so it was a bit glitchy at times but overall experience was not bad

I operate this app for my sis and it's nonsense, she wanted to take some money and there was nothing displayed in the nano loans section since the day before yesterday. They don't have a functional developer mail because the mail keeps bouncing back saying the address is not found, so there is no way of contacting them. This is so not right. The one star given is even wayyy too much.

Money pal has been one of the best loan app. Your loan is disbursed in minute, but this time around i dont know what is wrong with the app. I applied for a loan yesterday, i'm yet to receive the loan. On my dash board it has started counting from yesterday. Please do something to rectify it. Thanks. The loan has finally been disbursed. Thanks

It's a nice app that really meet my needs when needed, yes it help a lot. But I will like the developer to see to a problem urgently, I applied for third stage it was approved, confirmed and disbossed but it doesn't get to my bank account. Please do something to fix the problem as the payback day roll on Thanks

Nice looking interface but still has a lot of bugs from applying for a loan that was never disbursed or link a card and still not able to credit your account. The developer need to work on this issue as the customer experience is poor

I have 2 stars cuz they lied about the amount of loan they offer and the length. Their loan only last 15 days and it's never beyond 10,000. I have taken loans more than 8 times from them and I paid all back before the due day yet the loan didn't increase more than 10k!, it's the same 10,000, no increase! Yet they lied that you can get up to 100,000. The only reason why they got the 2 stars is because their interest is good.

I dont know if i want to give any stars at all. I recently applied for a loan of 7500. The loan was approved but money was not dispensed. The app is already counting the days for me. I tried calling, but the number never connects, i have emailed, sent messages on the Instagram page. Nobody seems to be checking

Moneypal used to work fine on my phone and after the recent update, Moneypal has stopped. That's what the app says everytime I lunch it. Pls, the developer should look into this probs and also this is the third time I'm applying for loan on your app and the amount never got increased as said. How many times do I need to apply before the increment of my credit, please.

To use the App since the last update, I will have to uninstall and reinstall before I carry out any transaction at all. It's so annoying. Please look into it. I can't keep installing and uninstalling anytime I want to make use of the App.

Hello, I have been experiencing difficulty in paying back the loan disbursed for almost a week now. Is there anywhere this could be done and recieve an instant reciept of payment? I don't even want to risk paying into the Zed Account because of it malfunctionings. This is an interesting App... It will be fine is others can emulate this process to ascertain good comments from customers like me.

I love this app. I've never had any issues with the app since I installed it. Easy application, fast disbursement, easy to repay and you can reapply immediately. Kudos to you guys. Keep up the good work. Please don't relent in making the app better.

The app is good, but they don't increase the loan amount fast and the app has been acting funny, I click to pay and it suddenly closed, I tried it severally the same thing, I even uninstalled and reinstall no improvement.

At first when i was introduced to the app, I had thought it was not real until i applied for a loan at the cheapest rate and also have the option of paying in 2weeks or one month, Great work zedvance keep it up.

Beware!!! This product has the ability to deduct the loan amount from your bank before the due date and will not effect the payment on your dashboard. I have been a victim. Contacting their customer service is useless because they never did anything about the early deduction on my credit card. Till i have to pay them the second time via my dashboard. Bunch of criminals!!! Just imagine if i had borrowed a huge amount, they would have cleared my bank account an claim not to have received any pay.

I think the app no longer works. And it has outlived it's purpose. Refused to increase Loan limit for 6mths now and to for a week now that loan has been approved, it's been carrying the message we will disburse shortly. Guess the shortly is forever, I've contacted customer care through mails but seems they don't even knw this is happening hence no solution
