Have two cameras with this app. One we used constantly. Kept getting errors saying cannot connect to server. Then I reset the camera and now I can't even get into the app anymore. :( It's a bummer because I like to keep an eye on my girls to make sure they are getting to sleep. Had this camera for 3 years and second one probably 2 years. I know they will work if I have to connect them elsewhere. Anyone know if they have an ip to connect to locally?
Really annoyed with this camera and its app. You have to create an account when you join (not usually a problem). I was using it in the kitchen to keep an eye on my dogs while I was out. Threw it in the bin when I found out it had been hacked (it was scanning my kitchen but I was the only one with the login details!). Forgot about it until today when I found the login details by chance... Now I find that I can't delete my account and all their placeholder Web page does is direct you to the app.
Ive had this camera for awhile and after losing connection multiple times we went with a different camera. Now after about 3 years and a phone upgrade, I was hoping to use the camera to watch our dogs while we're at work. Well, the app wont work. POS. oh well. Samsung S10, app said it's for an older version.
Iv had no problem with this other than signal fluctuating. Got new WiFi I needed to log into but I can't connect to server to change it. This camara was quite expensive and now you haven't updated it since 2017 that it's just stopes working properly! You need to do an update like now so thoea of us who bought the stupid thing can use it. Otherwise delete it from the play store!!
The service just stopped working. Even blocking local access. The new service/app just dropped support for the Blink-1 cameras and rendered them useless. I used to love this in spite of its deficiencies. Could you just please tell us how to keep using the Blink-1 offline at least??
This is probably one of the worst App. it always has connecting problems. it might be a miracle to detect camera. i have 2 brand new cameras and destroyed my money. it is a total loss of money to go for it. However it worked below average or acceptance 3 years back. company must pay back or replace the product to existing clients
software USELESS!!! Worked when I bought the camera. had to reset camera due to a router change. now software cannot connect to Motorola servers. its been this way for over a month. can't use camera because I can't set it up
Developer's answer "The ME app is now a discontinued app and is no longer supported. The ME platform was replaced with the Hubble platform a few years ago now, and the older cameras are not compatible with the newer Hubble app. As the ME platform still works and customer with cameras could still use them we kept this running so customers could continue to use their current cameras. We are able to offer a replacement Focus85 camera, at a discounted price of £30.00 including P&P to a UK address"
I had no issues for 5 years and just this month it says could not reach server and when attempting to login via app and online, reset camera and uninstall and reinstall app...it still continues to say cannot reach server or camera offline. Hope the developers read all their common complaints. PLEASE repair or update the software
wont work on android or pc now but works on Apple. very slow. had it for a few years and was good to start but not any more.
Has major issues with connecting to wifi and constantly timing out before it even connects at all. Unusable.
worked good until. my phone updated. keeps saying this app was bulit for an older android phone and may not work on your phone. check for updates. there's no updates yet. so it doesn't work now
Server shut down. Now useless for watching over internet which is what I bought it for in the first place. Paid nearly a 100 euro for this 6 years ago.
out of business? Seems their servers are down or inaccessible as of the beginning of the month. makes the camera pretty much useless.
It was stupid. Was not working as described. Will not let me connect to any on my 3 camera for some reason. Very disappointed with this app. Sorry, Thank you,Louis k
Connection to server cannot be obtained! Really?! Waste of money, time, and effort into an app that doesn't work.
Worked fine then all of a sudden won't connect to server.... What the heck!? Spend good 💵 in this and now can't use!?!
Worked as expected until 2 weeks ago. Suddenly unable to connect to the server. Cannot correct the issue.
The app no longer connects to server making it useless as well as the camera. Help section was removed. Waste of money.

Please give update this software is not working on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. A message is appear on screen that app is older version of android plzzz give update
Been using this for 5 months now and since a few weeks cannot connect to the server anymore. Not truly a big issue since we could connect to the babycam locally. However, that broke today as well as the app insisted the cam wasn't locally connected on the laptop. Reinstalling the app has now caused the inability to add a camera at all, so even connecting offline no longer works, rendering the whole cam useless. The website hasn't ever worked and the support section is completely offline.
