Bought coins and never received them, went to the support tab and chose did not receive coins and submitted a screenshot if my google pay receipt, they followed up by saying to click on restore purchase which I literally did before messaging them, then I replied saying I already tried that and it didn't work and they never replied to me after. Literally the worse and most useless customer support. I wouldn't recommend spending any $$

I can't see anyone who messages me. I get the notification I click on it and it doesn't show the message😤😤

Horrible I tried login in with my phone never , it gets up to the part where it asks for the sent verification code and then the page just stays like that

Chat doesn't work and notifications lie and say that I got a message or a call or something. Don't use this broken app.

Its ok, but out of the blue chats don't stay open for 24hrs for me anymore.

I think y'all should add the search and texting button when we want to reach out to somebody and also pick whether we want to talk to girls or guy I feel that should be free

I can't login to my app! It tells me to check my internet connection, but my connection is perfectly fine. I had the code sent to my phone, but I only leads me to a screen that says "success!" and it stays there. Sent two emails that were unanswered. I have no choice but to uninstall and I can't even get in to clear my info first.😡 I only downloaded this to make YouTube videos. Made one, now I'll have to find another app to make more.

I really hate the new update of monkey app, its hard for us to find girls unlike the old monkey, we man doesn't want to talk in our same gender, i hope you get my point, i know you want us to buy coins but we dont have money to spend in your coins because we're poor, so i hope you will let us easily to find woman in your app. Maybe after you fixing it i can give you i high rate,

I love this app and its features. Meanwhile other messages from the sender are not visible knowing that someone messages me as it notifies me. But when clicking it does not showing any kind of messages. On the other hand, during video calls, there are delay feedbacks, i hope that this comment may notice and resolve it for better use of this app. Thank you and good day!

This is literally the worst app EVER!!! It keeps saying " come back when your 17 " I AM 18 FIX YOUR APP BRO !!!!!

The concept of the app is AMAZING , However i must say , it has way too many bugs and I dont think the developers are doing anything to fix them, for example: when i post a moment, the app shows that the moment is posted on my profile but when others visit my profile it doesnt show. Another one is when you message "too many people" , the app literally doesnt allow you to message any more people, meaning it would show that you sent a message but no one would actually receive it..

It was all going well until it kept on pairing me with just dudes for 2 days straight. The worst part is that I get notifications of messages from girls trying to talk to me and when I go to my inbox the messages are not there. It's like my inbox doesn't reload no matter if I force stop the app and open it again. Nothing works!

Can't communicate with my friend that unblocked me. We're talking through bio😭. please make an update where we can talk again in chat, or at least make a call.

This is very great apps to find new friends to talk with, but the only things that annoys me is I can't message or call again my recent connect.. I tried to find that person on recent connects but I can't follow him nor message or call that person again. Please fix this!!!!!!!!! Please do something to make a better communication in this app.

Phone notifications says I have a message, showing what the message says..but then when I go to the app, there's no said message...

for some reason this app takes forever to load messages and peoples profiles and notifications. its so annoying when your tryin to check your messages and the screen takes 5 minutes to load. also the calling is very inconsitant. some times if i try to answer a call it will jus take me to my message screen and load for a very long time. i have to close the app and restart it often. very dissapointing

Every time i try to upload it constantly says "uploading" and nothing happens . Hoping this issue is fixed soon.

The message "A system issue occured. Please try again." Appears on my screen any time I try to use my number to get past the log in screen, not sure why this happens. If the developers could respond to this to help me get this fixed then please do. EDIT : I found out that if you have a VPN activated it will not let you log into the app. The app is now working, and it works beautifully!

When I first got the app it was fun and I truly enjoyed it a ton. However recently since the update, all my photos I try to use as profile photos keep getting taken down and marked as inappropriate even though they are far from it. I tried to contact Monkey about the issue but no respond. I recommend this app to an extent.

This is a grate app but I hope they stop bugging me so i can message my friend😙
