I subscribe but when i open they said i am not subsscribe and i can not use the app but my money cut so many time what the hell is it app
The app cannot open and everytime i try to open the story, they become broken.. it's really annoying. > <
The servers hiding the apps content have been down for over a week. Unacceptable. Furthermore, this company changed it's other app, Monkey Junior, making it impossible for me to redeem my life time subscription which I paid for.
Doesn't load. Won't let me pay for a subscription. Keeps crashing. Worse app i have come across. I have a very upset little boy 😡
I downloaded this because my 4 year old sister loved stories and I read these to her before bed. I loved how there were many options that were all free. But now I can't read a single one without having to pay for subscription and there is very few options for free books. My sisters favorite books cannot be read now because it keeps asking for money. I liked the app originally, but dislike it now.
While my son enjoys the app, it has stopped working completely on my Samsung Note 10. I have paid for full version, and if a fix can be made I will update, but would like a refund if it cannot. The app completely locks up on start up and I have reinstalled multiple times.
Hello, pls fixed error in module pre-k / lessons / reading comprehension. It's stucked starting from lesson 4. Before I paid the subscription,no error at all. But once the payment is done, the bugs & error is starting to show up. Pls dont dissapoint your little loyal customer. Help ASAP. Thanks.
Goos app , and really helpful my Child to understan
Very disappointed with monkey stories. I've sent them countless emails with my device number asking for help in order to fix the issue of why it doesn't load the content and closes abruptly. I have 5 months ahead of paid subscription and it's useless, very much of the same with monkey junior. What a pity that they don't value their costumers and don't prioritize enhancing their communication channels

**EDIT 4/19 CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS COMPLETELY STOPPED RESPONDING AT THIS POINT. STILL NO REFUND. App completely stopped working (3/15/19) same day subscription renewed for the first time, over a month ago. "Customer service" if you can call it that, is terrible, they don't respond in a timely manner and nothing they suggest works. They had an entire month to resolve issue with no luck. At this point I've cancelled subscription (wasn't working anyway) and feel a full refund is more than fair.
Cannot download lessons from level 2. Error messages can not connect to Monkey Stories server.

I purchased a monthly subscription for my son and the app worked for a week but after that we could not add any new stories as the app could never connect with the server. Stay away!!! Now just want my money back.
I signed up for a one year subscription and now I'm trying to use the app and its telling me I dont have a subscription. The payment was already taken from my credit card. Definitely will report.
Paid for the app subscription and then stopped it working!! I need a refund and assurance my card won't be further charged!!! That's cause my son and I really enjoyed the stories... What a shame.

I downloaded the app and it comes up with foreign language instructions. I used it before and it was fine...I am using the same android device..so what's up? Please fix asap
The app kept prompting me to subscribe again even though I had an active subscription. I tried reinstalling and still was asked to resubscribe again. I have had a subscription for over a year now, but am now cancelling.
I love this app and I can speak English now I mean Indo to English
I like it. But it need to pay. I think it's better to give access to all user, i mena give the class (class acceleration for paid user and normal class for non paid ).

Bad experience..i have already paid for my kids but the apps not working as i am expected..when its come to the pronunciation time ..app keep asking to allow the mic permission but its already allowed all the time ...and its not function at all .Bad app service for me...its really fun for kids to learn but the app is really bad in system...
