Lovely little free app. Simple and direct, very simple to use, a fine tuning on color channels in possible (RGB). No ads.
Was looking for an app to convert screen colors to monochrome, not pictures. This is not it.

This is the only app I could find that has an RGB channel mixer to influence the tonality of the mono output. I do wish it had more control over contrast and brightness (sliders instead of stops), and that it would allow to add some tint to the final mono image. But in general, this is a nice, simple, app that delivers exactly what it says it will. I highly recommend it.
Been searching for this! The simpliest the fastest, the most straightforward B&W app ever. Forget the presets, the fancy Ui, overpriced and feature rich but laggy app. I got a new phone and I have been searching for this. For those who know what they want for a B&W photo. This is it.
Small and simple app. . Download, when you like black & white pictures. If you want to edit your picture more then b&w then this app is not for you. . 5 stars because it is a small and effective app
Samsung Galaxy S5 and Network connected HP LaserJet 5p Printer. Using this APP has helped color photos to be printed very nice, useful and not washed out. I set RGB to 100% and 'Tone' to Hard and 'Curve' to -2 then save. Using the Hammermill APP provides a nice print. Thank you for this app.

One positive - it's free. It is also quick and efficient. But, alas, as noted by other reviewers, it is very simple. Unfortunately too simplistic for my needs. But it might work for you, if you need a quick dirty way to turn color into b&w, Takes but a few minutes to evaluate for your needs.
