Monson Savings Mobile Banking

I am having a problem getting into this app since it's last update, I now get a message "We have detected an Automated Click Programs" in use with this app. We don't allow the use of "Automated Click Programs". I never installed any click program, don't know what they are referring to. Has anyone gotten this message or know what this ? Thanks for any help.

This app used to work amazingly. It used to take a little while for a transaction to go through to the app which is expected, however ever since my card was compromised and had to get a new one it hasn't work whatsoever at all. Wont even log me in even with the right info. So I don't know what to do about this.

app wont work, get an error every time I go to use it, I either have to re-install it, or clear my cache. When it does seem to work it won't let me login, I end up having to login through the website.

Working with monson savings is refreshingly easy..

App is up to date but keeps closing on me. I have to delete it and reinstall it. It does not work consistently and I end up loging in via the browser. Please fix this issue.

The best app to use for your banking, so easy and secure. The call when a PROBLEM comes up. They shut you down when too much time, will walk you threw anything you have ? about. PERSONABLE. They are alway improving things...... I have tryed lots of banks..... this is the best.Branchs are close to me and open.

App dosen't work after consulting the bank in person was told i would receive a call, never happened was told it was my phone, went to Verizon they confirmed it was not, at lost. Like the small bank feel but if they offer a service and then just stop makes me wonder whats going on with the rest of there business🤨

Constantly turning off fingerprint login by itself. Randomly will fail to recognize login and will lock me out. Which is just wonderful while on lockdown and the bank hours are limited.

App is great and so easy to use very happy with it i can check balance, transfer money, get statements, and see pending or any transaction that goes through my accounts

Love this app. It has all the functions I need in a banking app. Quickly view balances, make transfers, and even deposit checks.

Always have problems when I want to check my account. I get a lot of error messages. Sometimes Uninstaller and reinstalling works but not always. This needs to be fixed.

So easy because I know whats in my accts all the time never caught short. If I'm out and need more available for a purchase I didn't plan on quick transfers are simple.

I use this for basic purposes, mostly transferring between checking and savings. It works great and is efficient.

found app to be helpful, like the instant balance feature. Also like being able to transfer funds from home

It works, and it works as expected. I have never had a deposit refused and mailing checks has never been easier.

Super easy to use! Helpful! Rarely have an issue, if any.

It's not working. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it to try and fix it but I can't do anything. I can't click anything at all or even being up the keyboard.

Constant freezing, even with deleting it and reinstalling. The old app was way better.

Works as intented. I like the ability to manage my bank account with the click of an app.

I have to reinstall this app everytime I sign on. Once I'm on I love it. Very easy to use.
