The app, as usual, deletes entire order when confirming and adding cc info....this is so frustrating! Usually have to do it 2 or 3 times. And can't just call and make an order and receive same deal....
It eventually got the order submitted. Every time I selected my email address it kicked back to install/open although I have the app. Then it didn't indicate if items were being selected or not until I put it in the cart. Would've done better calling. Frustrating!
Awesome pizza place, app was easy to use. One thing I would like to see available in the app is the option to change the base on a specialty pizza. You can change everything else but not the base sauce. I had to rebuild a specialty pizza as a custom just to swap out the sauce.
The app didn't work on my tablet & I finally got it to work on my ph. but had to keep correcting the fields for minor things like under cardholder name, the period behind my 'middle initial' had to be removed in order to take the info. & a few other, similar-type details had to be changed to move on that seemed to me, to be, "minor". But otherwise just fine app.
Pretty good app but on just about every other app or webpage the autofill option pops up when entering credit card info. I am unable to save my card within app or use autofill feature and am having to go get my credit card and manually enter info each time. Other than that no issues.
So good so far. Excellent staff. Just ordered the Greek Odyssey pizza. It looks delicious on the picture. Can hardly wait! 🍕💥😺😻😎😋 I am sure I will love it I've never had a pizza that I did not like and I'm sure this one will be fantastic. Oh...I guess this is for rating the app...it was simple enough for me. Also ...they require a mask to enter the store...bummer. However you can order from outside the store if you do not wear a face diaper. Great option!
The text boxes for filling in forms were a bit clunky, hard to tell what the next step was sometimes. It still worked without too much frustration.
It lets you order Monster pizza, so that's great. The UI isn't completely consistent about the add to cart buttons, so a 1/2 point off for that.
Great app. Only on special instruction is where problem lies. Needs to be more than 32 characters. Instructions to get my order is quite important don't you think? That way business can continue through pick up during this pandemic.
The app definitely needs to be improved. Not easy to put special instructions when its 32 characters or less and I can't even fully enter my name!
App is nice. But be careful, the back button exits you out completely and you have to do your order over lol.
way better than the last time I used it years ago. The back button on my phone closes the app instead of going back. You have to use the back button within the app to go back
Great! I use it all the time. However the defer an order feature doesn't work for my app. It works on a computer though. 🤔
App crashes whenever I choose autifull options to fill out fields during registration. Cart gets deleted if the phone screen is allowed to time-out.
Easy to use app. Only thing that sucks, they dont deliver until after 5pm. I'll update after I get my pizza today.

It does what needs to be done. Still could be better and cannot check order after complete.
No option to add tip, if paying by credit card, a d you accidentally hit "gift" all of the info gets erased
Simple to use, always works, easier than calling in because you can take your time!!
It's pretty easy to use ,I don't like how it makes me manually enter my card each time .other then that works fine.

Some minor issues with options not working and having to refresh the app but otherwise good app.
Monster pizza always has excellent good and service. Very consistent in both areas. TRY MONSTER 🍕!
App works well actually for a non-chain store app. First time ordering, high hopes!

The only issue I had was not being able to chose future order time. Not sure why.
Works ok, wish i didnt need a separate app for an individual restaurant. App functioned ok but while making selections i had to keep going back to continue to the next selection. It also made selecting some options difficult to select, might be user error or compatibility. Its good, not great.
