Montana FCU Mobile App

The app is great, very easy to work with, but I've run into a little issue with mobile deposit. The last two checks I've recieved I have been able to deposit with no issue, but now when I go to input the picture of the check back, the app just freezes. It doesnt do this for the front side of the check, just the back.

The direct deposit feature has an issue. I'm on salary so every pay period my checks are for the same amount. I get the error that it is a duplicate check everytime & then have to go to the bank to have it resolved. Would be nice to have a check number field to add in that information so I can use this feature more often.

The app just keeps getting better. The actual credit union just keeps getting better. Want to really impress? Join the rest of the world with a digital wallet and quit trying to use the excuse "there aren't many businesses accepting a digital wallet" because it's straight BS. 90% of businesses now accept it and it's frustrating how terrible the debit card is. That is more important than this app.

Everything is good, except I can't transfer money to another members account. I've seen that other people are able to do it, but mine won't let me. We have the same phones, so why is my app not giving me the same features? (The app is up to date) It's a real hassle

So convienent. I live an hour away from my bank. This app is so easy to use. Very convienent to be able to deposit a check without going into town.

The app loads much faster on the phone than on the computer. Banking is also a little easier on the phone for most transactions. They did a good job with the app.

very awesome and wonderful App that the bank has. you can always get your balance that is up to date or transfer money to savings from checking or the other way around.

I have to uninstall the app & reinstall it so it will work. Very annoying. I live 100 miles away from my bank & rely on online banking to deposit & pay bills. Not a good system.

Good service but 2 reasons your credit union doesn't get 5 Starz 1: you dont offer samsung pay(like synching accounts / debit cards its a literal hundreds times safer than c/debit cards) 2: you don't offer loans to members that live out of state even if their trying to buy their first home which was a 5 bedroom for 30000 which was a literal over 2000 sq ft that I personally could've had and the resale value would've been worth well over 130000 in the area that I was buying absolutely a steal.

As good as it gets! I was not expecting to get such quality from a "small town" locally owned credit union app. It is just as good as the ones I had used in San Diego, Las Vegas and Seattle!

this app is user friendly and simple, yet it has all of the features that I need in a mobile banking app. also, the credit union is amazing.

Easy to get around in Very accessible. Love it. Very nice system that will help if a question.

Great service, friendly staff, always helpful when needed. Could use after hours staff.

Very user friendly and if I can't figure something out I just call and get the assistance needed.

Really hard to get into. Every time I have to uninstall and reinstall.

After an update the biometrics settings frequently reset which causes frustration, but all in all a good app.

I can't figure out how to get rid of payee no longer needed on bill pay other than that everything works well

So far, no issues. I have had a few months to decide and it has proven solid and it has won my vote.

I love using this app but since my phone had an update, it doesn't work.

Love being able to transfer and check balance and know what goes threw my account.

Super easy to use and I have easy access to my finances.
