I have a new Samsung Note20 with a ton of room & I'm able to scan my tickets (albeit not easily). If you have limited free space don't bother with this, it doesn't do much but double-check tickets. I won HUGE in the Bonus Games while betting max– a straight flush! It gave me all the flashing lights & bells but never ADDED credits to my total, SUBTRACTED them fine though, and didn't let me enter the drawing! (I'll update this review if it improves in the future.)
App continuously crashes. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still does the crashing. I can't even open it. When I press the app all it does is crash. Used to be decent, but now it truly sucks. Clearly you have no intention of fixing these problems, seeing as how others have reported these problems and you've done nothing to fix the issues. Terrible.
The app worked great until sometime around February. Then it started adding duplicate play tickets whenever I grouped my prefilled out tickets to be scanned for purchase for upcoming games. It would work if I scanned one game at a time. Then last night my phone updated to Android 11 and now the app crashes seconds after launching. Like everyone else, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still won't launch...
The app has been very convenient and has been working great the whole time since I've downloaded it and I love the bonus game feature. Now there is some sort of glitch when i click on a bonus game to turn entries into more entries it just gives me a black screen .. please fix immediately!!!
The one time in over 5 years since I moved to this state, I played because the amount was so high and I don't have regular TV so I downloaded this app. I couldn't even figure out what time the drawing was supposed to be done. "Draw has not been held yet" was all it said up until 1AM Wed morning. I had to finally just Google the results and check all the numbers.
Not good. Crashes every time I try to open it. After submitting several reports ive not gotten a response and after further reading comments,I see now this is a very common issue. Not good guys. You have to fix the crashing. What's the point of the app when we cant even open the thing.
could not get the scanner to work. Kept getting an error code. uninstalled. Edit: Okay, over months I have installed this app 3-4 times now and always get "Generic error". It has never worked for me even once. Not once! Very frustrating! This is why I rarely buy scratch tickets!
Been using this app a couple of years, it's been nice to be able to double check my tickets without going in to the store. But it stopped working in the last month or so. It won't open, even after removing and re installing.
The app is terrible. The code scanner is touchy as heck, and is incredibly frustrating. Clicking most things in the app will re-direct to the website. Uninstalled.
It just doesn't update as it should. Big waste of space on a phone. And the funny part, lottery headquarters knows when the app began to have problems, but do they give a rats ass if it works correctly...hell no.
5/16/21 They must have updated it again because now it is crashing all the time. When it is working, it's an excellent app, but it doesn't work far too often.
App needs work. Camera doesn't focus when trying to scan bar codes, play slips not working, design/setup seems fake or lacking quality. Basically looks cheap and doesn't work.
Try to play bonus and it just keeps crashing. Use to work okay. Now, not so much. Now after update the app won't even open, just crashes.
It would have been 5 stars but lately it won't even open. I uninstalled, reinstalled. Hoping it gets up and running again soon? I see others are having similar experiences. I'll change my rating once it's working again.
App will not open all the sudden. Had it for 5 months with no problems and now it will not open.... so I reinstalled it and that didn't help and now I lost my all my credits from bonus play
Work great for a while. Now app. Keeps stopping and won't open. Uninstalled and reinstalled. That didn't help. Disappointing. Problem has gone on with no fix?
no go app won't work and I've had it before on my phone worked just fine and now it doesn't I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times what a junky app and all the money they get you think they'd pay someone a little better for a better quality of app
Good App with convenient features but the ticket checking scanner is way WAY too sensitive. Makes it hard to use! Otherwise, it's great!
Won't open. Error message pops up asking if I want to force close the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Waste of time.
Played the bonus games, was getting a lot of tokens, but they never added to the balance, but it sure took away my bet each time.

It is what it I guess I dont know it messed up on me the other day said that I won and now it wont doesn't want to load or work for me anymore I've uninstalled and even reinstalled it. I like it overall

Site should have said something about just going right out to pick my winnings up. Becuz, I had too wait a whole long 4 months for my $1200. But ended up getting $909 even in mail.

Has been a good stable app in the past, now it keeps crashing... phone is a Galaxy Note 10 running Android 11.
This was a great app, but lately it's been broken, which makes it downright miserable to check my scratchers. Please fix this soon!
Every time I try to retrieve my saved play slips it fails citing check the internet connection. Doesn't matter if on cell signal or Wi-Fi just doesn't retrieve the play slips. I have the app on several different phones with the same results. It lets me create them but not ever see them. It would be better if they were stored on the cell phone's memory and not rely on the internet or cell signals. Please fix this issue as this issue really renders this app useless. Thank you!
