Take the payment calculator with you to the car dealership - punch a few buttons to determine how it will affect your monthly payments when your salesperson tells you the dealership has a lower interest rate if you get a 48-month loan instead of a 60-month loan, or if you spend just $5,000 more. Pull it out when your real estate agent tells you he's found the perfect house and it's only $30,000 more than you wanted to spend. Or maybe he knows a banker with a better home loan interest rate than you were able to find online.
New added features include the lifetime cost of the loan and the principal and interest breakdown for any user-selected payment number.
Please note that actual loan payments may include fees and escrows in addition to principal and interest.

This app let me quickly compare car dealer vs. bank rates while negotiating an auto loan, which made the dealer offer a much better rate, saving me $2-3k. Thank you!
Does not have options to add property tax, mortgage insurance, homeowner's insurance, etc. Having this will result in a more realistic monthly mortgage payment.

Does what it says it does. One minor flaw is that it fails to do a 0% loan. (Can get around it by using a very low interest rate like 0.00001%)
This is simple and easy to use. Works for ANY interest rate. Except 0, but who needs to figure out 0%?? I mean really, c'mon.. 0% just did the loan amount by # of months and BAM there's your monthly payment.
Great app, works great! I also like how the app doesn't harvest data like other apps! (Ex. No camera, gps, mic access)
Just what I needed
I find no value in this app., as everything that is can tell you, one can find out by simply looking at ones statements. I do wish it could show how long it would take one to pay off each debt. Please improve.
