A very informative and fun app. It keeps me updated on team news and events. The in app trivia and prediction games are fun and you can redeem points for some really nice memorabilia. Its a great way to stay close to the team and players.

I use the Habs app every day, and use the Interactive section during each game. Very enjoyable. It's always fun to try to answer the daily questions... for which I sometimes come up with the correct answer.... 🙂 Go Habs Go!!!

Was great till they did recent update. Now alot of people can't sign in. I've updated and reset password as requested but still won't let me log in. Won't be happy if I lost all my points

Too many login problems. Gets very slow at times. Seems to have a lot of chatter between servers. Still, love Habs, so will continue using it. Go Habs Go

The new update is not working...can't log into account on app, but can on computer. Still some performance issues.

Can't sign in!!!!!!!!! I got a new cell phone and had to log back in to the Club 1909, but each time it tells me my credentials aren't right. I even tried resetting my password and it won't accept any of the passwords I put!!! There is no email or text we can send our problem to. The only phone number they give is for the box office...how are they going to help reset my password???!!! So frustrating!!!

I used this app to redeem points on Club 1909. The UI is great and easy to use however, I get logged out often for no reason. I wish that this can be fixed soon

App used to work well, but currently crashes when I go into the Interactive section. Same results on Samsung S10 and S8, different Android versions. Crashing not happening on my old LG Q7+

App would be good if it wasnt so buggy. Been trying to use it for a few years' but the 5 pick pool always stops working and you cant change players. Update: the developer reached out saying the app was fixed. Used it for a while and it's been better if for a year or two. Now having the same issue others are, it logs me out, and there is no option to reset my password

Edit 092619: developers seemed to have fixed this app! Only took one star away because it isn't yet perfect, have had to re-login as it couldn't access my account for a minute but minor compared to the last 3 years of loading screen only. Thanks for the efforts! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This app is actually great except that it won't load even once in the 2 years I've had my Google pixel XL. For that reason I give this app a single star.

Update: a week later, still same problem. Sent the screen shots. Hope your next update will fix the problem that many users seem having. Original review: Not able to log-in. Tried everything. Always end-up by getting the "Something went wrong screen". I had no trouble with the old version...

Last year, I would have given a 5. This year, app crashes too many times and the video interviews buffer far too much (it's worse if you tap on them and they open in the video section). They stop playing altogether after viewing the 3rd one. The games (Predictor etc) weren't working for the 1st game or 2 and there wasn't a post game quiz after the Coyotes game. Very disappointing. I sure hope you fix these glitches. GHG!

This app has great potential but is not very intuitive and difficult to know the results of the different games you play to accumulate points. Now I have been logged off and can't login. Not even with 'forgot password ' nothing happens when I press the link. Thanks for the reply, using chrome works well.

Can you fix the predictor please. Everytime i submit it keeps giving an error and tells me to try again It doesn't work when i do try again.

We are 20 minutes from Boston. We love the HABS we need better eng.options.

This app hasn't worked for me since last winter. I uninstalled it months ago and just reinstalled it today and it's STILL not working on my Galaxy S8. I can't get past the "Get Started" page. It's so disappointing. I emailed you about my problem in the winter but I didn't get a response. Can you fix this?

The last time I left a review with glitch issues, I received a reply foe the app developer a whole year later (about 2 weeks ago). So far this season, the app was working fine but now I had to change my password because I forgot it and wanted to buy tickets this morning. And now I can't log in at all. Keeps telling me there's a problem.

UI is a bit delayed on my device (Galaxy S7 Edge), player bio screens have inconsistent centering, lowered resolution ads, game times do not properly update with timezones (app will say a game is at 10 A.M. then the Ticketmaster page will say the game is at 1 P.M.), calendar kept changing months on it's own, and some cut off text on an introduction screen. Additionally, not sure why, but HabsTV vibrates whenever you bring a video into focus.

App is terrible won't open. Time to move on.

Download the new app and it doesn't recognize my password and email.

Easy to use and fun

Whenever I try to load the app, nothing appears except for the logo on a white background. That's how it's supposed to look when loading, but there isn't even a loading bar on the interface. I think this app has a bug, abd it should be updated.

The app works well enough for the little I use it. Notifications of team news and game updates. It is however constantly being flagged as a battery drain. This issue has been present for as long as I can remember.

Crapiest and most confusing sign-in experience I've ever seen. It's not just the app but the whole experience... It is unclear, confusing, requires multiple different accounts for no good reason, and most of those accounts will only be used for a handful of times. On the website, it works through what seems to be a Canadiens-specific ticketmaster backed sign-in. After creating that account on the website, I was able to accept tickets transferred to me, but only on the website. We need the app because as it says, it is the ticket. But then, there are 2 sign-in options, Club 1909 and ticketmaster. I don't want yet another account so I'd like to avoid creating a Club 1909 account so, lets' use the main ticketmaster account right?! But, the funny thing is, the one needed in the app is NOT the Canadiens specific ticket master account I used to accept tickets on the website!? Instead, it is the main ticketmaster account for any other events you buy tickets with them (btw, the sign-in on ticketmaster had also changed since the last time I used it, but not the Canadiens fault here...). After figuring that one out and successfully sign-in in the app with my newly restored ticketmaster account, it fails at refreshing tickets. "Please check back later". Good thing I'm not in a rush... You have to realize I have been doing software development for a living for 20+ years and I'm having trouble with it. I can't imagine my 74yo dad going through this. That game better be good...

It's been months now that the app isn't loading properly. Tried restarting my phone and un/re-installing the app but nothing works. All the while, I'm unable to accumulate points via top 5 pick or predictions.

I used to have the app on my Galaxy S7 and it worked for a while, then I could not log in anymore. Would not load. So when I upgraded to the S9 I reinstalled it. Worked fine for the first little bit. But has stopped working again.

I have the new update and still cannot login all it says is something went wrong try again phone is a samsung j3 prime, this did not happen with old app. Yes. to all, I log out and when I try to login It says something went wrong try again. Sometime it works after severals tries, I cleared the cache and reinstalled, same result.

I really like the new app design. So far it glitched once, the customer service was quick to reply and reinstalling is what helped. No problems since. I enjoy the 3 choices for the daily quiz.
