Slippery sidewalks are a major problem in Ahuntsic but they are only willing to do something if its in front of a public building's door and nothing else. This is all for reporting problems but the part of the app with notifications is badly made too: it offers the option to send emails but not to send a notification for your street or area.
I live in l'ile Bizard and pay taxes to the city of Montreal like any other borough, but the app does not allow to report snow removal and pothole problems in ile Bizard. Useless app to me. Same as - service not available - but we'll charge you in full the property and welcome tax anyways.
Reported garbage in back street on November 13th, no action taken since. Garbage is still there. My district is covered but don't seem to be taking any action on issues reported via the app.
Can't get to the alerts or subscription pages. Looking for area specific construction notices. All in all about as half-assed as expected.
Restrictive categories make it impossible to report anything unrelated to cleanliness or a broken bench. No "other" option, you have to call 311. No use for the app, just call.
While trying to get alerts I sign in, I select the alerts I want and Lo and behold I get a message in French: Désolé, nous n'avons pas pu trouver la page que vous avez demandée......Not Surprised!
Horrible. we have to adjust the phone to change the app language. what a prehistoric app.
Useless. They mark your report as completed when it's clearly not.
Seems they have problems and I can,t connect. Been like that for months.
Needs share option for alerts.
Often crashes, limited options
blank screen is what I got. doesn't work
Let me save you time: just call 311.
Nice interface. I expect that collecting data on problems in this manner is going to be more useful than calling 311.
Stopped working. Had to uninstall then reinstall
Not letting me create an account
I'm really disappointed by this app, it is such a great idea with a terrible execution and follow through. You can submit notices that will be followed up on in two days but in truth no one seems to be following up. Notices get closed without completion, you can't follow up once submitted and then others get done without being closed. It is really random and often slow. Montreal can do much better to engage its citizens to help keep the city clean and safe
