Live stream all the games you don't want! Monumental manages two championship teams, and you'll have to wait 24 hours to watch them! Hope you didn't buy a newspaper or log in to any sports sites or there'll be a spoiler alert!! Monumental's subscription service is less than garbage.
Signed up for the 1 year free trial with my Capital One card. Installed the app. Found out I couldn't watch LIVE Wizards games. Canceled my subscription. Uninstalled the app. 🙃
This is for the television and video clips of the monumental sports franchises. Its completely not the correct app for tickets. They should make that clear.
Completely broken. Cannot log in to see your tickets. This experience is from last millenium. They really need to add some it-resources to come up with something that works for their paying customers.
I just want to see and transfer purchased tickets with the app. I don't care to subscribe, watch old sporting events or watch commercials. Where are my tickets?
Worst experience ever. Terrible App for tickets to Caps and Wizards game that continuously fails to identify you, which is the root cause of dozens of other issues.

This app is garbage. I signed up for the free month and my subscription didn't cross platforms. I contacted the company twice to find out why...no response. The app itself is spotty and shows live games when it feels like it. I'm having the same issues on my fire tv stick as well (I had to use my spouse's email account since I already signed up on my phone using my own email and the subscription didn't cross platforms). I hate that this is the only way to watch Washington Mystics games. It makes me want to pick another team to watch just so I don't have to use this app.
Terrible app. I can't see the tickets I purchased. Game is in 2 days and no one knows how to fix.
Worthless. Don't waste your time, you won't be able to get your tickets. Devs should be fired immediately.
I downloaded the app to access my tickets and all it does is just show a loading icon on the first page and it totally unresponsive, being only one of two way to access game tickets this service really needs to pick up it's game

Can't log in. This has no business being a published application on the App Store, much less one used by a major sports team
The app is not what I thought it would be, I can't watch it on my smart TV so I can see it when I'm at home. The Mystics games need to come back on NBC sports Washington or NBC SN watching on a mobile device only is not really good at all. Plus when I open the app the game doesn't play I have to uninstall and reinstall for it to play and I have the latest phone it's only good for keeping up with team news and scores.
