Pretty good, does exactly what it says. The only thing I want to suggest is auto-backup option, I have lost a month's log because I forgot to backup the data manually during that time. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with the app.
Great app. Special thanks for the daily questions. They make you think and sometimes even rethink something. And if you buy a premium, then the application will become many times better.
It's the best app Ever it really helped me with my emotions not to keep them in bc that just makes it worst the questions are very good they let out ALOT of emotions and it just changes my mood from the first day to now I can't believe how much I improved I'm feeling happy now and when I'm sad I'm just going to the app and see if there's a question I could answer it just makes me happy so I recommend you to download the app if you feel sad and you want to express your emotions
I downloaded this app in 2020, but I only use it frequently since 2021 and unfortunately in march I have reached the 3 years limit. Afterall, I still truly think this is one of the best apps and I love it so much, I just wish I could use it more.
I really like Reflexio! I have no complaints about the contents of the app, and the features it has work well. My favourite feature is the monthly statistics graph, which lets you see how your mood is over time. You can make multiple entries a day which are averaged out for the graph. A feature I'd like to see is a graph just for one day vs the whole month, so you could see how your mood fluctuates throughout the day.
Overall a pretty good app! It does everything I need it to & that it advertises, paying the ONE TIME premium fee was definitely worth it! The only thing I'd like to see is an option to remove activities, and maybe a few new themes. You can add your own activities, but after scouring the app I can't seem to find a way to remove any of them, added by you or preset, and the current theme selection is generally nice, though when it's time for a change sometimes none of them seem quite right.
100% recommend this app. My favorite thing about this app is that you can put multiple entries in and on the graph it will average out your moods. I think in the long run it's going to help me see what's going on with my emotions. Another cool feature is that it has a word collage with words you use frequently during the month and it gives you a place to look and see where your head space is at. Amazing app & amazing features. Would really recommend. I don't rate things very often.
Hello! I really like the app. But there are questions:are the photos I add to notes saved after deleting them from the device? If it is possible to save the notes as a text document? I downloaded the app when the phone was with a Russian interface, so the application became in Russian, and then I translated the phone into English, and the entire interface, except for questions, became in English. Will there be errors in saving because of this? And make please a function to increase the font
I don't know what I would do if Reflexio disappeared. Within 10 minutes I had gone premium, which seriously wasn't a lot to ask at all. I moved here from Mind Journal because I needed a different layout and more *Mood* Journaling focus. This meets all my needs, I love that I can upload audio and even pictures in each journal entry. Great features, really.
It's a good app since it gives easy access for when you just need to vent out in the diary or if you want something to reflect on everyday. However, it seems like the statistics only includes the moods for the daily questions. I hope the statistics also include the moods in the diary to make it more accurate. Thanks
It helped me reflect on myself and why patterns of things keep going on. I'm now going to prevent said problems from reoccurring with different attitudes and all that fun stuff. I learned a lot about myself. I don't like the fact that you have to get premium for little things though. I mean really, I have to get premium to make words bold? I do recommend getting a therapist though, this was just helping me figure out my emotional patterns and stuff. This is NOT replacement therapist.
The Word Cloud is the defining feature. The questions are great for stimulating a journal entry. The biggest issue is that words such as : "they, them would, have, must, etc." appear in the word cloud. This clutters the word cloud. I feel like the insights derived from the word cloud would be much more useful if those words were removed! Great app! the develops are very responsive.
The app's interface is easy to understand and is beautiful.I really like the idea of making themes...they are beautiful . It is an great app to record your feelings. The questions don't trigger me which is a great thing for the ones suffering from accute or severe depression. I personally used this app for anxiety...and it did help. 👍
This is the first time I find a mood tracker or journal app which doesn't have to pay yearly or monthly! Moreover, I got a discount from Google Play which make it cheaper.. I feel very lucky, more optimistic creating daily habit of journaling with premium features.. Really love the visuals, simple yet elegant and artistic.. Keep up the good work! I hope I don't have any issues about data backup..
Please, fix it! Recently backup stopped working. It always says that ERROR:UPLOAD, error creating backup. Please, what could I do with it? Really love this app, but the backup is very important for me. And, please, could you add some function to save all the notes as a document file with possibility to share it in those cases like error with backup. I really want to save my notes:((
Love this app. Buying the premium was worth it and the dev. team seems pretty chill. The app works really well with having a daily diary (+ other entries) and I love that you can search things via tags, dates, moods, etc. One annoying thing is that you can't edit feelings. You can't delete them from the option list (although you can add custom ones, which is awesome!) I accidently added a negative one to the positive side, and I can't delete that. It's very vexing.
I really like the style of this app and how it makes it much more easier to start journaling again 4/5 because some points: 1. Auto-save - I've used some other variations of this app before and auto-save on entries is a very useful feature in case of accidental app exit or any system malfunction in general. Its a hassle to have to start the entry all over again when I've already written down a lengthy one. 2. Themes - especially for AMOLED users, a dark theme perhaps? 3. More variety on moods.
I like it so far. However, the daily questions could be more helpful. I understand that they are meant to invoke contemplation, but they tend to be very broad in a way that isn't necessarily helpful, e.g. "Is it easier to forgive or forget?" Alternatively, they could focus more on asking one to reflect on specific events through a more helpful lens: "What's a challenging decision you made and what could you have done differently for a more productive outcome?" This way one reflects mindfully.
It's a great app however it's stuck on March 9th for me no way to move forward on to answer the daily questions it seems so then should I delete the app completely or will someone tell me why it's suddenly frozen???
This app sends me a notification to answer a meaningful question every night. In turn, it reminds me to write in the diary portion, put all my moods and select all the things I did during the day. Since I started about 2 weeks ago I've noticed my mental health has actually improved, because it has me think of my mental health, like whether I've had a good day or otherwise, and what moods I had. I've felt crazy improvement so far. I love it so much.
Im enjoying the questions, downloaded this app when I was having a really tough time and I believe it has helped a lot. LOVE the word cloud, would be even better if the simple words (e.g. and, but, that, etc) could be excluded from it as they tend to be the most used and therefore most visible.
I downloaded this app to help manage my anxiety and depression. I record how I'm feeling and the things that could influence my mood - sleep, sugar/caffeine intake, social interactions. I'm using it as a mood tracker and journal. It's easy & quick to use, so I've been able to keep up with daily logs longer than I have with any other method. I don't always answer the daily question but even when I don't log an answer, they do provoke thought. As an added plus, I love the color scheme. 😀
I love this app. I'd like to see more background options available. I like that I can back up everything. I'm not sure how to locate my "favourites" yet though. I like the music and photo options but a video option would be nice. The question of the day is always very thought provoking which is helpful.
This app is wonderful and the team seems to actually care. This app has no adds aside reminding now and then about their premium which is actually quite nice. You answer a daily question to get you thinking, log your mood and a daily diary. It'll keep a word cloud which is just kinda cool I suppose but my favorite feature is that there's a graph you can see how your mood fluctuate thought-out the month. I highly recommend this app.

The questions are lovely! very thought-provoking. They good starters to journal to. The features are really cool. I can't wait to see what comes next. I paid for the full version and even the slightest things like adding music and pictures or changing the for and theme is very soothing. For the price (even the free version) it's wonderful! It's helped me a lot and gets straight to what's needed.
