It used to be a really good app before the more recent changes. One of the more irritating changes requires you to pay for Mindoc Plus to view your progress for the past months. I understand needing to pay for in depth statistics and a more personalized approach but this is just too much. It's absurd for such a basic feature to not be available for all users. An instant downgrade from 5 stars to 1 star for me.

Don't get me wrong I love the app but it needs improvement. I understand the color change for spring but it's harder for me to read everything. I also have issues with change. The mix of these two things are confusing and frustrating. I wish there was an option for which color scheme you want. Or at least an accessibility option for those who have a hard time reading with bright/darker colors depending on our needs.

I wish there was a way to go back to the old theme. This one hurts my eyes and I also struggle with change. I think I'm going to end up picking the wrong mood a lot because the colours aren't logical to me. I've been a user for years but I don't enjoy using it now. I hope you'll consider an option to use the old colours or any that are a little less strident.

•Needs more flexibility in timing. User should decide morning, afternoon, evening hours. •Entries outside the prescribed times may be entirely lost, as in not recorded. If you enter a lengthy description, it's frustrating to see it just disappear. •Why not allow journal entries at all times? This can be separate from the questionnaire. It's nice to whine on someone's shoulder, even if it is a computer app.

I love the new colour scheme options! This app has helped me to understand my feelings on a day to day basis, and to predict depressive episodes. I find it helpful to send screenshots, to help them to understand how I am doing emotionally. It's been very beneficial! :)

Some questions seem not to take a status quo into account and i feel that none of answers capture my life. Like "have you improved at something?"and the answers are yes and no. But i already have a very high level, so I did not improve. But "no"feels totally like the wrong answer. Or: have you reached goals? When I do not even have goals.

Can't do anything on the app for free apart from log your mood daily. And the mood options to pick from aren't very descriptive or including some main emotions. Even with the paid version it doesn't seem that there's much to do

There are some good things about this app but also some disapointing as well. It's simple in terms of understanding, the design is very friendly and easy to operate. On the other hand everything is superficial and too generalized. It's just a simple mood tracker, nothing more. The simplicity makes it repetitive very fast and it doesn't help to analyze your problems. Overall it's pretty mediocre. I wouldn't recommend it for long term use, or if you can't get a refund for your insurance.

This app has been great. I started using it late 2019 and have kept up nearly every day. It's no replacement for therapy but it helps give you insight overtime into your mental and emotional patterns. The notifiications seem to break with every update, but they also get fixed relatively quickly. Overall a great app. Lots of features even for the free version.

Pretty good app that I have used every day for two years or so. The bi-weekly results are a great way to see a sort of big picture of how I'm feeling. Occasionally it doesn't send a notification when there's new questions, and sometimes it doesn't bring up the mood list after the questions, but overall it is a good and helpful app.

Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this app. These people after I cancel my membership before the trial was over four days later accepted the money that Google took off of my account and refuse to give it back. I do not have very much income I barely make it as it is and they refuse to give my money back even though I had deleted the app before they took my money

In the free version there are daily questions that you're supposed to answer 3 times a day to identify patterns in your mood. It shows you courses that you can buy but there are not many resources for free. It is somewhat helpful to be able to view your answers for each set of questions and notice patterns.

Developments are well thought of and gives much more support rather than the simplistic style it had before (journal and mood tracker based analysis of mental health). I've been using it for a few weeks now and does seem to give a realistic anxiety levels for someone to work with. Insights though sometimes not really directed I too the person, can be good uplift.
