Recently the app is not performing well. Long loading times is causing me and others not to check-in for points or to even try anymore. Why did This app become so slow loading and sometimes wont? Worked well for a short time, not now!!

I have been a member for 32 years and I love the people
Closes Itself upon Opening! Or Won't load. This app worked great until around the end of 2020. Now I'm lucky to get the app to stay open. If it does stay open, it says "Now Loading" but NEVER loads anything! Not sure what the developers changed with updates, but they need to undo the changes!
