Moovby - Rent your neighbour's cars

I can't even load the app, once click jump out from the app. Please solve this problem currently using android 12.

can't get sms verification code to even use this. not sure if they are still in business. sent a message to their Facebook but there is no respond.

It doesn't work. When browsing for cars or destination it took forever to load. Had to just remove it. 28-Feb-22: I've uploaded the video of the issue. My reviews will remain as status quo until the issue is fixed.

Received email saying that my profile already verified, but always had a toast message saying that 'Profile verification underway" when I tried to book. Wrote a review and Moovby replied with 'send email to them to help with the issue', sent and received the reply, but UP TILL NOW THERE'S NO RESOLUTION. WHAT ARE U GUYS DOING? BUGGY APP AND BAD SERVICE.

So far, so good. Helpful CS team. Easy to find cars within my budget, rental process was smooth. The only thing I think needs to be improved is the price slider bar. It is hard to move the bar to the price range that we want. Other than that, it is a great app, better than other car rental/sharing apps.

I can't even get past the first step, which is to load my picture for verification. After I upload a picture it just keeps loading, and loading, the circle keeps spinning but it doesn't progress. I've un-installed and reinstalled, still doesn't work. Help! Update I've replied you back on 3rd May, and I'll change my review once the problem is resolved. Thanks!

Please don't even bother to use this useless app. Some of the owner even admitted that they are no longer active on the platform but still there. False hope for customers. So waiting for approval is just useless and hopeless.

Worst management. As a hosting party. I should get my payment on weekly basis. Now its pending for 3 weeks!!! Payment they made only for past 3 weeks!!! Update 17th Mar 2022. What a day. Moovby apps showing that payment has been made on 14th Mar 2022 to the host (me). But i dont receive any!!! Seriously.

Hi, this are my first time use moovby. Its a good & easy application to get a rent car. I had a great experience. 5 star for application. The car owner also kind, easy to communicate n sharp directions. I will use again next time for outstation day trip 👍🏻

hi everyone this is my true experience in 2021-2022 1.i hv request from few host but last minute they cancelled my request. then i need to find other car in last minutes time. 2.i hv booked and paid with bank card payments in the app, but when the day of booking come, host cancelled my booking said the car was accidental/broken down. Then i requested for refund from customer service named Ms Azlynn but until now 17/2/2022 no refund have been made to my bank account. 3.Very slow CS response.

It took me 4 times to get my driving license approved. Takes long time to load data from server, the first page of the app has not finish loading even after I finish going to toilet.

It's a good idea. But there's room for improvements. I would love to see this idea succeed. Here's what you can improve for now. 1. I can't login using Facebook. Somehow it want's to pop-up but then vanishes. But I succeed to login using Google account. 2. I can't upload my profile picture from the Gallery, it allows me to choose from Gallery. But then, nothing happend. I can't proceed to the next step without uploading the profile picture first. Looking forward for improvement from your side

Just download, doesn't even start! I just downloaded the app, I open the app, and try to click to sign up, nothing happens, the screen is not frozen because I can scroll through the menu, but when I click to start nothing happends, never had that happen to me b4, my S8 is pristine, so I know it's the app!....that's wack, UNINSTALLED!

Just made my first car rental booking. Registration was easy and fast, lots of car to choose. So far, no issue with the apps. working fine. Very good customer service, by the name of Sarah. Manage to book and secure car booking with in 30 minutes. Let see how it goes after the whole deal is done. will update. Thanks Sarah, Thanks Moovby Update: Moovby need to fix the apps. Loading speed is super slow. Anyway, customer service is great. Only the apps is abit troublesome. Need to be patient.

As a user, i love the filter button available in the App, i can quickly search for car model i like based on category and brand, and if i cannot find any, which is seldom the case, Izara or Bella will be more than happy to assist me in finding whatever car i wish to rent. I highly recommend this app to anyone who loves to drive different cars that suit your different needs and events.

i joint last month and could succesfully log in. This month i tried to login but the app stayed stagnant and came out saying there is no such account. So, i tried the "forgot password" link. But when i filled in my email that i registered with, the button was not functioning. I hope the people who created this app..do something fast or you will lose many would be customers.

Super quick process for registration and so many variety of cars to choose from. The process to book your car and get it on the road is super easy as well. App is user friendly and not complicated at all.

Great app which is useful for people who don't have a car. Interface system is understandable even for beginners. Overall, great app that is easy to use. Totally recommended for other users.

Moovby team need to build end to end smooth app experience. The back and forth comm offline outside the app leads to confusion especially when CS team does not clearly communicate the expectation and to do list. 5 stars for effort. 3 stars for now.

Nice service. Easy to use interface and affordable range of prices for car rental. It's worrying to rent a car because the condition of the car isnt really known until the car is obtained. Some car photos r just googled photos instead of their real car. Maybe requiring the car owners to post photos of their car and a rating system for the cars for renters to rate the car rented in terms of cleanliness/condition would be great.

I've set my hours, and it keeps showing me cars in search results that are not available. Why are you showing me cars with 1 week minimum booking when I want one for half a day!

Easy navigation in the app and easy to understand how to use the first time, too. Very recommended to rent cars. The price is also reasonable. Good app!

Unable to login using FB or Google. Had to register using email manually. App also not very user friendly. Most searches come up empty. At least give options instead if chosen cars/dates unavailable. Please improve.

The price range slider starts from RM 0 per hour and ends at RM 1,417 per hour. That is SUCH a HUGE range for a horizontal slider to be able to select reasonably on a phone screen. Why would anyone ever need a RM 1,417 PER HOUR range? Giving it a 2 star because rest of the app seems good. Update: now i see it's up to RM 31,167 per hour. LOL. What's up with your filters guys?

Its a great app to use, simple interface, easy and convenient. An amazing platform to rent cars! So far, I've not experienced any problems. Good job!

Awful, doesn't even let me move pass the first step, I literally JUST put my email and password in, then tells me in foreign language that it's incorrect email or password, even though I just confirmed from my email... tried from both my regular 4g data connection AND wifi, neither work... Junk

Keeps crashing. Does not filter. And can't upload any required documents. Keep at it guys. Looking forward to next improvement.

The clown with the Lamborghini keeps cancelling ...dude...I just need it for an hour and am willing to pay 2k ...f off lah .. uninstalling
