It's been almost 2 months and they haven't fixed the issue. I've already reached out notifying and giving them feedback regarding the said issue. It wont allow me to open my pending requests. It just keeps loading and looping back to main page. What's worst is, they just asked me to update and download the newest version when in fact it was already updated before they advised me to do so. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling again but now it wont even download.. So frustrating...
This used to be a great app. It's almost been 1 month since I have had issues. The app doesn't want to connect to the content. 5 stars before issue now only 2 since no one is taking this problem seriously. Like I said it's been almost 1 month since not being able to see content. The app just keeps saying oops there must be an error. Very disappointed in the way this issue is being handled. Maybe Moovz will be up and running again one day, maybe not since it's been almost 1 month of waiting.
I find it very useful. i'ts great, straight allies can connect too and have nothing to separate them. 😄 Only thing that I have a problem with, is the Compression of Pictures during posts, and also the app could have filters too and be able to write on texts or effects. That would be great. Congrats its the first LGBTQ+ social media app i like.
The feed section takes too long to load, or doesn't load at all. Doesn't load 99% of the time. I thought it needed to update the app, so I did. But still does the same thing. No, it's not my internet because I can watch videos and download just fine everywhere else. Just not in Moovz. Please fix. This app's pretty special to me. Thanks.
I'm not too sure yet. I don't like the 'groups' being set up as a group chat - I was hoping they were like Facebook groups where you can post different things and see events etc. The chat layout makes me feel under a lot of pressure to talk straight away which is hard. I'm still learning my way around and trying to work out how to find people with similar interests. It takes a while to learn where things are. But I like being able to search by hashtags and people seem friendly.
I'm guessing the app is just staying down forever. I didn't rly think it was that great an app anyways, but y'all could've at least given your users a timeframe so we could give our contact info to our friends before just shutting down completely.
The interface is a little bit cluttered. I searched for both guys and trans women and there's only six people listed in Vegas which is so weird. I guess nobody around here uses this app.
It's a great app, but would be better if you could upload pictures you've already taken from your camera/phone to stories instead of having to take a picture when you want to post to stories
I set this thing up for my wife yesterday. today it wont let me log in. it wants to force me to use Facebook to log in. I dont agree with this. and I have not sent any messages to anyone. so tell me why it says I been blocked. this is total bullcrap. if someone repays with some help. I will remover this comment. if not them deal with it.
I've recently downloaded the app and I'm abit overwhelmed by the people on the discover function. Is there a way to filter people out if the discover function from places I have no interest in? I don't want to have my feed full of people from the US, or south America etc
They have been doing routine maintenance for over a week now. Also, they added ads and you can't delete your profile. It just sits there in limbo as a frozen account. At one point they wouldn't take my password, and two days later my password worked.
Haven't been able to open the app for the past 2 weeks, it just force closes. I've done everything I can possibly do to try get it working but no such luck which is ashame because I really enjoyed the app.
I like the improvements to the app but I don't like how the searching for other profiles has changed. I'm not sure how to expand my search to other countries, let alone other states
Haven't been able to log in for several weeks due to maintenance issues. A few days is one thing, but several weeks feels super incompetent.
App hasn't been updated on over once year. Send like it has potential but it's not being maintained so I'm uninstalling it. Sad as we need more places to connect in the LGBTQ community that are safe online.
I actually like the app but its very slow. They need to update there system so that it wont always buffer. Its so annoying.
Has potential to be very good but right now it's cluttery. Also it says there's options for trans but I don't see it anywhere.

Hi. I'm happy I found this app, but I have a problem do. I can't log in to this app at all anymore. I've tried to change my password to a new one. No matter what I do I get an error message (That something went wrong and try again.!) Can you help me, please?
I can't login to my account for two weeks now. I emailed them multiple times. My friends sent them an email as well to help me but no resolution.
can we change the icon in moovz. I think this is a great app but inability to change the icon is kind of a problem. other than that this app is great.
Suddenly got logged out. Couldn't sign back in, even did try to use forgot password function only to get a message that my email does not exist. :(
App isn't responding keeps saying please try again every time since 6 months now , I have the latest version too. I want to delete my profile before I delete, but it won't let me do that
Good day! I was about to upload a photo in my account but suddenly it took me to the page that I need to login. So I login back but it seems the system won't let me through because there's an error message saying needs email validation. How can it be fix? I did not change my email ever since & it's the same email I've been using every time I want to reset my password. I already sent an email to ur support team. Thanks a lot.
