I was having issues with my account and emailed IT (mooyah IT). They fixed my account issues, but now the app won't load past "bringing your account information". Just like other reviews, I uninstalled the app and installed it again, it still doesn't work. When the app works, it is very easy to use and straight forward. Never had any issues until now. Please fix this bug. *You can order through their website on mobile browser btw*
App will not move past confirming my information when I connect to Facebook. So I can't speak to how the app works. I already uninstalled and reinstalled it and I'm not really interested in repeating that and can't back out. Maybe if I force quit but again I'm just not that interested. Too much hassle for free fries. Also, just as a side note, despite their website connecting to Facebook perfectly and importing my name correctly (with the apostrophe it has in it) the app is incapable. Lame.
Worst app I've ever used. Doesnt let me apply the coupon it offers me....I'm required to use this app unless I wanna wait until I arrive at the restaurant to place my order. As the store informed me they dont do Togo orders on the phone. When I try to upload a credit card there is no save button. Then I try to scan the credit card that doesn't work worth a damn either creates a green box on the screen but never does anything. Doesnt offer a cash payment option. Never could place my order.
The app leaves a lot to be desired. No back option. Laggy. Slow. Difficult to navigate the menu. This a rating of the app, NOT the food. Food is GREAT!
They didn't honor the Free Fries. When you click redeem it says to be inside the store when you use it. I went in the store to pickup my order and they said I had to add it to my order...but I wasn't given the option on the app. Also, I didnt recieve any points even though I ordered and paid through the App. I won't be using it again, it's too clunky and isn't user friendly.
Compared to McDonald's & Panera, it is usable, but clunky in comparison, to navigate, select, etc. Based on that it would be three stars. But have to drop a start because, once I got everything sorted out, I went to place the order and discovered that it doesn't accept MooYah's *own* branded gift cards as payment? Seriously?!
LOVE the food but the app is dicey. First time I tried to scan a receipt it told me I cannot use the same receipt twice! Tried manually and got the same message yet no points were showing. Finally shut the app down and re-opened it and then my points showed up.
So I had this app installed on my phone for over a year and had $40 in rewards and nearly enough points for another $10. Then recently it stopped working. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling through the Google play store but it won't let me because now it says it's incompatible with my device. Well Mooyah, I guess the jokes on me. From now on I will never patronize your company, there are plenty of other burger joints who'll value my business.
Very disappointing. I have ordered through GrubHub in the past and may want to use them again. The order had mistakes and food quality was poor. Not sure I will order from them again.
Just installed and uninstalled this app 4 times today hoping it would work. It still hasn't. It freezes on the opening Mooyah photo reading, "Bringing up your information..." Fix this app asap, Mooyah, and then email me when it is bug free!
App is squirrely! I've had the app for a year and had no problems, but it hasn't given me points for the last several visits. The "Scan" feature is suddenly missing! What gives?
They redesigned the app in such a way that makes it very difficult to work with. My primary complaint is that there are number of confirmations screens for additions to your order which you don't necessarily want. In addition you should not be required to have an app in order to place an online order.
Doesn't work ever since the oct. 30 update. Now when I open it gives an error "device compatibility test check failed, probably your device is tampered". I hope my points balance hasn't been reset! Very unhappy.
It worked great for a while, but now when I try to start it, the app says my device failed a compatibility check and is likely tampered with. I'm not sure what that even means, but as I can't start the app I have to uninstall it.
This app is garbage. You literally have to keep redoing an order if you change your mind. Most difficult fast food app in the world.
The first time I tried to use it the app to order pick up, it immediately rejected my order twice in a row and caused my card to flag as fraud. If the store I'm ordering from can't take app orders, there should be a warning shown before it tries to charge customers cards causing them to sit on the phone with their banks to get a fraud flag lifted. Poor planning and testing.
The only thing that ever comes up on my app is the statement, 'Bringing up your account' but it never opens my account. Love the burgers though, very tasty. Just wish I could get the app to work so I could get the points and rewards.
The app won't let you fully modify any pre built items. Want to add pickles to that new Texas Chili burger? Can't do it. Want to swap the American cheese for cheddar? Can't do it. It's a good app otherwise.
I can't even access my account anymore. I enter my correct email and password, but it keeps asking for a phone number. When I put in my number, it says its already taken, but it's already been linked to my account, so I can't even get into my account at all anymore.
Cashier was not familiar with the transaction process. I assumed he was new, but other than that everything else went pretty smooth. Manager was very professional.
Had no issues with this app until about 2-3 days ago. Started as Invalid Signature error messages and now post reinstall, it will not load. Have to think it's a Punchhh issue since the same thing is happening on another app of theirs that I have. Please fix.
Great customer service. The menu has any healthy options. Would definitely recommend.
Food is great. App is atrocious. Now it's asking me for my phone to do thr rewards program but when I enter my cell it says it's been taken? Cant do anything with app now.
App has more bugs than the restaurant. Store can not scan qr code for free burger and 6 digit code does not appear. Need an it person to perform a basic functionality review
User interface is cluttered and slow. For to hard to navigate for use.
App regularly freezes on the opening screen requiring a phone restart to resolve. In addition, I regularly get a message saying some item on a prior order has changed (isn't available, even though it is) and it won't even let me see the order with all the other items. This is a bad user experience. At least show everything else on the order otherwise I have to re-enter all the items that are still available. It's getting more and more frustrating and we choose Mooyah less frequently.
