ancient times, Android Q is in pre release B6, how about an update.
log in fine on Moparownercenter website but on this app it won't let me.I have the uconnect app but it fails to compare with the onstar app because you can send directions from your phone to the car, find your car, and more with the onstar. So Chrysler needs to get it together and update the uconnect app. I have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee so shouldn't be a problem. I traded a 2010 Chevy Malibu in on it and I miss the onstar so much.That car even had an awesome phone built into it incase your cell phone died
Could not log in, hit the Help button went to a different page. I wound up clicking on the link for Mopar owner connect, login page came up and everything worked. They need to change the login page it does not work unless you hit HELP and click on the Mopar owner connect link. login, put in your info, choose your vehicle and bingo
I can log onto the website fine. I try to login with this app and get invalid username/password combination error, just like everyone else. Do us a favor and either repair the app or pull it. Don't waste our time downloading and fiddling with a useless app. I rate this zero stars. One star is giving it too much credit.
How many times are you going to read everyone complain that your app is broken. IT WON'T LET YOU LOG IN. As with everyone else I can log into the website just fine, but the app says my password and or username is incorrect. Fix the app or remove it. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S6
Read all the reviews....I have the same problem as everyone else. Unable to log in. I get invalid user message. It works fine on my pc. What a waste. I want to use the mobile app...not my pc. Please fix. I am only doing a trial of the u connect and will not purchase after the trial runs out if this app isn't fixed
This app will not recognize the user name or password. If I click on "forgot password" it takes me to the website in which I'm able to login with the same username and password with no issue. This is highly unacceptable especially after aquiring a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee and being told that I could use this app to access features of my vehicle from my mobile device. I see that I'm not the only person with this issue and there has been nothing done to correct this issue from what I've seen.
Anyone listening? I'm like James, changed password and got it but then once logged out it's the same problem, can't log in again because it's back to not functioning. And like all other people, password works online. I would note that once I was in briefly, the app did not have the options it shows in the screenshots. Doesn't look like the same app to me. I want to remote start my car and that among other things isn't there. If I try to put my car info in, says it's not found! Get it together
I was really looking forward to using this app. Very disappointed that I can't connect, like many other people. I'm a software developer who has done some android development, so I'd be happy to fix the problem(for free) since evidently your developers can't.
Same issue as everyone else as of 7/1/15 can login online and the app still gives the invalid username/password. I was really looking forward to trying this out sounds decent if it would work
I think this app just sells your information piece of junk wouldn't even let me connect to my car
Every time I TRY to sign in I have to uninstall the ap then reinstall, but that doesn't always work either
I can't rate it up or down because I can't use this app. I was mistakenly trying to use this when my vehicle is equipped with "uconnect". Customer service helped me resolve my issue, thus 4 stars for customer support. Before complaining that the app doesn't work on here, try emailing customer support.

The only way to access this app is to keep resetting your password. Once you log out and try to log back in it doesn't recognize your account. Chrysler isn't even aware that this app is linked to uconnect Access. I tried to explain that I have both apps and every time I change the password on Mopar it changed on Access, but she said only the the Mopar website and Access are linked. Then why does it show the same info I set up on the Mopar Owners Connect website? Fix it please!!
Same problem as everyone else, surely you know this will keep people from subscribing once their trial is over, you haven't even updated the app since February.
The program will not let you log in. I'm using an Android phone and I constantly have to ask to reset my password in order to log in.
Same problem as everyone else! Cannot log into app but password/username works fine on website. This has been an issue for well over a year...one would like it would have been dealt with by now!
I can log in on the website, but the app tells me my credentials are wrong. I've come back to try several times and it just doesn't work.
Like EVERYONE logon fails. I guess they don't care that the app does not work. I have never even seen what it is capable of.

Terrible App freezes,up on My Android phone . Pass word. I have to reset each tome I log out to log back in . Yes I typed it correctly .DO NOT PAY TO HAVE THIS ON YOUR VEHICAL. IT'S JUNK .
Does not work.lady on phone did not help at all. Got new password , Does not work They will try to make you think you are using wrong password.
Keep getting password issue. Reset via website. Need to reset each time I go in. Not worth my time. Mopar needs to address this...
The app website keeps freezing or won't pulled so I can use the password.
This has to be the worst app and the worse customer service ever! I didnt read the reviews before downloading but I will next time. Play store you need to block this shity app until Chrysler gets its act together. This is when people dont support American cars. All of these negative reviews tells me that either your not reading them or you just dont care
I just bought my 2017 vehicle today and the app doesn't work. It works on the web. I don't want to pay for something that doesn't work!!
I guess like everyone else here I can't login . Forgot password takes me to the Web page where I can login with no problems . Please fix app or remove it .
Yep kept saying that username and password is invalid for me too. I hit help & hit the link there to log into owner connect & then login which doesn't say invalid,so,go figure 😡
This is the app they want you to use to remote start, open doors, etc. but the app fails to connect to the server so is basically a waste of phone space, it was a major selling point for the dealer.
