This worked when I first got it right after purchasing my car. Haven't been able to use it for months, but now that I no longer live in a gated area I need it more than ever and can't login. There's no way online to login and no way to reset your password or anything. It needs fixed ASAP.
The app needs updated. Similar to Todd Taylor's review, all I get is a logo screen, nothing else. Fix this.
The app work great in the beginning...now when I access it, it just stays on the main screen...I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still experiencing the same issue please fix this issue
It doesn't allow you to log in at all. I input my log in password and I've had this awhile and when you hit log in nothing happens at all.
Purchased my vehicle in Canada 🇨🇦 and it tells me that the app is not available in my country. Love my vehicle like too be able to check on it, but no app. Too bad I can't rate it below one star.
Very seldom can I actually get it to work properly. So disappointing that I spent money on this service. Should have spent the money on a good aftermarket alarm and tracker.
Update needed. Assistance leads to a non working phone number. reloaded app same result after calling them. otherwise great phone customer service once you get someone.
Don't pay for this at all. They told me that it would be for my life and would transfer to any car I get as long as I either bring the evts from my car into another one or buy a new evts that my lifetime membership would be forever. They lied, sold my car and so I longer havr an active subscription.
Often I have to uninstall and then install the app, because there seems not to be an automatic update.

Unusable: It asks me to sign in, but I have no account, and no way is provided to create an account.
Costs a lot of money, provides lots of false VIP alarms.... useless.

I have been using the EVTS service for several years now. I defiantly have peace of mind. I am writing this review because there is a bug. After the last update I had to clear the apps data and cache. This has seems to fix the login issue for me.
Doesn't work most of the time. If it does work, there's not much to it Edit to add, now it works NONE of the time. Completely worthless
Love the app. However, after the latest Samsung update, the app opens & stays on the logo screen without ever moving on the map feature. My notifications still work, but I really need access to the map feature. Please help. Thanks.
