Great idea for an app.... If it actually worked!
"We're currently unable to connect to the server. Please try again later."
"cannot connect to servers" all day... crap, bye.
Since the latest update it seems the app has been fixed, having no problems so far. I like it as long as it works it's a helpful app.
This app used to be a handy place to store my maintenance records. Now it's useless. Unable to connect to the server for over a month now. Performs alot like my vehicles uconnect feature, nice when it works and generally doesn't when you want it to.
It has been over a month and still says "unable to connect to server". This use to be a great app.
Can not connect to the server. So it's pretty much useless now.
Haven't been able to log on yet, 48 hours and counting rofl
It worked perfect until last update and now it's useless
Doesnt work and no customer service. The usual.
Was working then just stopped
Keep getting cannot connect to server
I have never been able to connect to server
What's the use of the app? Unable to connect to server for over a week and counting.
Been unable to use since day one. Unable to connect to server, so why bother keeping it?
DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!! IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!! AND THEY HAVE NO RESPONSE TO ANYONE!!!!! FCA HAS GIVEN UP
Cannot connect to server
Cannot connect to server
To FCA USA LLC - I did try using the app you mentioned, but I receive an error message about the username/password being incorrect. Please fix it. Does not list 2009 Challenger. Will uninstall.
Everytime I try to use it, it says it can't connect to the server. FCA should do something about it. Too much tech in their cars but can't make an app work!
The developers need to do some work on this app before it gets recalled and lemon-lawed. Based on the VIN, the app should know at least SOMETHING about the vehicle. For example, what good are reference materials or maintenence reminders for a gas engine, when the vehicle is actually a diesel? There is a lot of potential for a very helpful app here, but it's got a LONG way to go still!
Not a lot of value. Some higher up in FCA must have said 'Hey, we need an app' without asking 'why do we need an app?'. Its an app for apps sake. And its a crappy app.
Why is my 2012 Ram 1500 Laramie Quad Cab identified as a 4500/5500 chassis cab when I scan the VIN with either the Ram Toolbox app or the Mopar Companion app? This, of course, leads to download of improper information about my vehicle and instills little confidence in the accuracy of information provided. While I do realize it's a free app, it is representative of the company's commitment to quality and owner care, and therefore should represent correct information.
Does not support my year of car
Doesn't do me any good our car is a 2010 the app doesn't support cars older than 2011 app will uninstalled. No good
This app provides superficial information at best. I thought it would be an abbreviated manual with good information -- not here. It will help you buy a new vehicle, but not help with the current one.
It's great for reference materials but that's about it. Stopped updating the mileage.
The app won't open on my S5.
I've tried checking out 3 times and it reloads or crashes
