It's good to manage the maintenance history on your car, especially if you do a lot of it yourself. However, this app has a severe reliability issue. The app almost always crashes when attempting to log in from the main screen. It usually works if I try it from another screen.

I just downloaded this app & thought the layout looked pretty user friendly but the 1st thing I wanted to do was to play some of the how-to videos. Not one will play & instead say "an error occurred while initializing YouTube" & a small error message at the bottom days "service missing". I use YouTube on my phone regularly so I have no idea why the videos aren't playing. I guess I'll be thankful I can log into the website should I really want to use the other features

Update after update and still absolutely worthless. How can the developers of this app still have a job. They should be embarrassed. If you CAN actually get signed in, the list of what doesn't work just goes on and on. Thank goodness the people who made this app don't acrually work on the vehicles. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Just continues to disappoint. Bought my truck 3 years ago and this app has been mostly useless since.

Not that great. 1. I am unable to see service records over a month of owning car. 2. Sending feedback in-app is seriously hit or miss if it goes through or not. 3. NONE of the videos work, it is missing the YouTube service. 4. The PDF manual for the car is not linked to chapters. So you have to scroll everywhere. 5. Constantly asks for my location even when I am not looking for service. For a multi billion dollar company, they missed the mark with this app.

Not sure when it started, ie new phone or Android 12 update, but the app does not open past the initial login/register screen. It just crashes

Can't sign on, everytime I try your app shuts down due to bugs. It was useful at one time but now it's just become a pain. I see no use of keeping it if I can't use it.

Clearly an app written by some interns from a local jr high. Crashes constantly, zero stability.

No links in this app work. The only good thing about this app is I can pull up the manual. It didn't used to be like that. I don't know what happened, but I used to be able to shop for parts, accessories, whatever, not anymore.

App sucks! Constantly crashes, and fingerprint login has to be reset every other login.

Most things don't function. Press on something and it just sits there. Occasionaly hangs while doing that as well. None of the helpful videos work, give an error that it can't start ytube. All in all, absolutely pointless.

Good luck getting anyone to answer or fix a problem with the app. I've been trying for almost a year to get them to put the right manual for my all new 2019 ram on it instead of the classic manual. Kept getting emails that they were sending it up the ladder to get it fixed. Still nothing! Don't know what's so difficult since they fixed it the first couple of months when I contacted them but it inadvertently put the classic version back on. Owned 5 Rams and no problem till Fiat bought them!

App does not allow login info. The app just closes. Clearly there is a bug in the app

Unable to check records. Attempt to sign in and app crashes everytime even after app update. Has been happening for a year now since downloading app.

The app is good for little more than tracking your oil changes. Recommended Services, owner manual, and scheduling are non-functional. This app has been poor quality for a while now. Surprised Mopar can't get with the times in 2022

I HAVE THE NEWEST VERSION INSTALLED! Stop releasing apps with major bugs. It is highly annoying and frustrating. The last version always crashes and force closes if I try to edit my mileage or upload my own vehicle picture in my garage. And now it will not even load. You see the startup screen and you sit there and wait and wait and then it crashes and wants you to close the app or send feedback. This happens on every single one of your apps. Not just this app.

App seems mostly useless, maintenance schedule broken, says see manual, so I clicked manual, nope, it's broken too. My vehicle is only 12 years old, so no reason to not have the manual handy. This app makes it more difficult to be a Mopar fan. Edit: absolutely no response from support, and subsequent updates are more broken than before. Now it's trying to force me to go to a different dealer and refuses to even show the one that is 2 miles away from me. And the voice-to-text is also busticated.

Installed and registered based on recommendation in recall letter. It seemed promising until it offered to help "schedule the appointment". It said I needed to select a dealer, but the app doesn't recognize even once in the state of Oregon even though the area several. When I tried to use the app to report the issue, it just locks up. Waste of time so far...

The app won't open no matter what I do. Changed my password. Still won't open.

Fix the damn app.I can't access parts I ordered previously from the app anymore. Every link does not work. Whoever is in charge of the app and customer service needs to be Terminated!!!

Still Not able to check maintenance schedule for over a year now. Not good for checking up on your vehicle, and keeping things running, is it??? Update: App has gone from some things not functioning, to it itself not functioning upon opening. 6 months of problems getting worse, and worse. My suggestion: FIRE your apps team lead, get someone in there who can fix this. This is unacceptable in today's economy of connected vehicles.

It is not letting me to sign in. When I try to sign in, the app shuts down the app is worthless.

App is terrible. I'm trying to use the Mopar store to buy Floor mats and the links in the app that say shop now don't work at all

After trying to register our 2016 Challenger Scat Pack for the millionth time, calling for help three times, it still doesn't recognize us as the owner. My other three went right in without any issues. The app is handy for a lot of things that I'd like to use on my Scat Pack. One Star until the issue is resolved. After one year, I still have the same problem. I can't even delete the vehicle or any other kind of editing.

Junk. Stopped working after it updated. Well it's 8 months later and guess what? That's right, it's STILL not working.

After jumping through all the hoops to claim a used car as mine, no past dealer visits are shown. Useless. Ford app does show past history so I I know service history of the vehicle.

MOPAR AND JEEP APPS ARE COMPLETELY USELESS. The only thing a user can do is download the app and register. After that - nothing works. The PDF Manual is not available and the videos will not play.

Haven't been able to sign-in or get anything of value from this app in years. If you read the reviews this is it's clear FCA does not care or they would do something to fix.

A lot of key features on this app are broken. I can't even check my garage to see information on my vehicle, and a lot of the links it opens in Chrome seem to have their own issues that other links won't have. Take a few notes from Toyota's app, theirs is a lot better in every way.

Only ever successfully logged in once or twice. App crashes closed as soon as i click on sign in.

I received a recall notice in the mail and was able to look up my vehicle info via VIN # on this app. Creating an account was easy and it listed all 3 recalls throughout the history of my Jeep, including exactly what each issue was concerning, when it was announced, and the status of whether it had been fixed or still needed to be addressed. It also provided a list of nearby dealerships that were authorized to conduct the repairs along with their full contact info.
