Got it working, only problem is the mouse is always trying to go a little to the right when it moves forward, it should have a calibration function to reduce power to one side slightly so the mouse stays straight. also I can't move and turn, the joystick function really needs to be improved
I don't understand how you guys couldn't figure it out but it works fine. Turn on bluetooth on your phone.Mouse has a button at the bottom of it. Turn it on so you can see a flashing blue light. That means bluetooth is turned on. Next go to the app select Play and let the app search for the device. Select it (green dot) then turn on pairing by sliding to right the button on the screen above. After pairing, on the screen will appear a menu . Have fun ! My cat loves it. I used my Galaxy S9
I should have checked the reviews before I bought. We tried on 3 phones, all reported pairing, interface non-op on all. No link to any trouble-shooing information. We are not tech newbs, all have worked tech professionally. Lennie is very sad, he would have loved it. Going back to Fressnapf Morgen. Back to the search engines, sigh.
Doesn't work. Tried it on three different phones, CAT s30, Samsung s9, samsung s9+. Bringing the mouse back. Disappointed.
App does not work so sad 😢 my kitten would of loved it but it'll have to be returned - ill be letting the store know also so they can take that into consideration when ordering more stock......
It keeps searching but nothing happens. The app is 2 years old. Please update the app
Does not work. Phone is paired with the toy but can't find it in the app. Don't waste your money, returning the POS.
Purchased in Feb 2022 and could never get the toy to be picked up by the app so will be returning.
App works exactly as intended. Simple set up and the cat loves it!

Simply does not work - you can do the pairing song and dance anyway you want, it doesn't matter, the app does not see the mouse. I suspect the app needs an update to work on newer Android versions, but that doesn't matter, as it shouldn't be an issue in the first place. It's an app to control a cat's toy. How hard can this be? Phone: Samsung S10, latest updates.
