MOREC is a high quality audio recorder.
You can listen while recording the sound using your microphone and headphones, and you can add audio effects in realtime so that it's really useful for vocal practice and ASMR recordings.

Unfortunately, the delay is unbearable and monitoring while recording loses any sense. That's of course not the developer's fault - phones are limited from this use by hardware and you can't use tools such ASIOForAll for trying to reduse lag.

Good for youtubers that dont own a mic or asmrists that dont have a super fancy mic either. Great sound control and different variaties of sounds and effects.

They charge you to use.
Although it's old, this is exactly what I was looking for. Simple and intuitive to use and it has monitoring (listening) of audio as you record it!
