This app is terrible....etrade's app is superior. It takes too many clicks just to get to your holdings. And then when you do you can scroll left or right to see the columns. The underlying module they use for the asset grid isn't mobile friendly (or at least Android friendly.) The grid doesn't move when you try and scroll right or left.
The app is great when you're in it, but as soon as you exit out, having to verify your identity everytime is unacceptable, even after I changed my settings to bypass the two way verification. May leave over this annoyance. My FA left Schwab to go here, and I want to stay with him, but this apps security settings are flaming hot garbage. Please fix this! Does it for my samsung phones in the app and on an internet browser and I tried it on a new IPhone.
Its a nice looking app, but its frustrating to verify my device and it still has me complete 2 step verification. Even more frustrating is when I completely turn off 2 step verification within the settings, and it STILL has me complete the 2 step verification. When adjustments to the settings don't work, I can't give a 5 star like I would like to.
Asks for a verification code sent to your phone every time you log in, even though the device was already added to the trusted devices list. This cannot be the intended behavior as people likely need to log in multiple times a day. Reached out the dev team and was told that this is working as intended, even though this is not the case for web access. Why would I want to do password and text code verification every time I log in? Please fix this!
Step up your game Morgan Stanley. Scroll functionality within a mobile app is paramount, and yours is broken and unusable - has been for days. I've gone the polite route of submitting an error report and gotten no response. Embarrassing... Update: Recieved response from Dev, claimed stability issue was tethered to a chrome app update. Weird dependency, but its working now after updating chrome.

It takes too long for cash transfers from usual bank account versus my other trading platform. Platform is fine, does what it's supposed to do, just takes too long to transfer money.
The app has been great until this last update on 3/29/2019. On the historical tab the graph now overlays the numbers in the Android version. Can't get to the account values.
This App has gotten even worse, it is now impossible to use it to deposit checks. Something changed/got worse in app. I now dread having to deposit a check via this app. My review worsened from two to one star. It now usually says the check's image quality is bad when in fact it is sharp and clear. Rarely does it accept a check for deposit!!!
Whenever I select the 'remember my username' on the sign in screen it never works. This has been a problem for over a year now. I assumed it would be fixed so haven't said anything until now but this is horrible. Also when will you support face ID for Pixel 4?
Great App, always smooth. Everything I need to suit my purposes for having this App always works..... and everything works well!
Unable to deposit checks on mobile app. Tried to update app per message on site. Unable to update app (keeps clocking with a pending message). Very, very frustrating
when you hit back it doesn't go back, it just refreshes and keeps you on the same screen. very annoying

The find an atm feature says that it requires Google play services to be installed, which seems weird. Also google play services IS installed so it's even weirder this doesn't work. Otherwise the app is fine.
Newest update comes up with web or connection error. The problem is it blocks my VPN . I trust that the developers will rectify this so I can give it a thumbs up!
issue with depositing multiple checks. app crashes after each check requiring you to login each time. kind of annoying since they don't have local place to deposit the checks like a bank
Can't upload checks and the dashboards are hard to understand. Love the company, products, and advisors. This app is not representative of the service you'll get. The app is really hard to use.
Delighted to be with this company. I feel at home with my team. Every year gets better and better. Their app. is awesome and makes it SO MUCH easier to see what I want to know, whenever I need ro know it! I highly recommend my team at Morgan Stanley 👍👍😊😷
Not easy to use at all. I have to set up ACH and cannot figure out how to do it. No directions! Quite frustrating.
The quality of this app does not match the level of quality I would expect from an institution of their size. There should be a better intake funnel for moving my capital around and opening new accounts.
Not my favorite app. Everytime I try to do a mobile deposit, it locks up on me. Sometimes I can't even get that far. I uninstalled it (again) and am about to re-install it. Hope this gets better.
For CAD TFSA account (TD WebBroker) it shows the USD value but shows as CAD. It must be a conversion issue. Everything else is great.
Among the best designed apps of the type that I've ever seen and used, esp. given the breadth of information that MS feels a need to convey!
Updated app won't install. Old app doesn't work. And now I can't access my account. Wonderful. Anybody home!?!
Easy to use
App freezes up on Pixel 2 following 12/7 update. Screen loads but is unresponsive to touch inputs.
I like that I have all the info I need for day to day management of my account at the touch of my finger, and for more in depth info my agent is just a phone call or e-mail away.
