The story of Morphite takes place in a far off future when humanity has long since populated the distant reaches of space. The player takes on the role of Myrah Kale, a young woman residing on a space station and workshop under the care of her surrogate father, Mr. Mason. What starts as a simple exploratory mission to gather supplies to support their shop rapidly turns into a journey revealing Myrah’s unknown past and her relationship to a rare, coveted, and nearly extinct material called Morphite.

In order to unlock and understand the mysteries of her past, Myrah must travel to undiscovered planets, roam uncharted sectors of space, and confront exotic creatures and locales in search of this Morphite.

Aside from the main storyline, the worlds of Morphite are randomly generated. Encounter various creature types, landscapes, caves, rivers, and more to explore. Explore large space stations, abandoned or infested with alien life.

This game very lo-fi and not fast paced. I still found it fun. You visit different worlds and animals and colllect items, and solve ways to move on in levels and tasks. Its an adventure game with so many possibilities. It definitely needs more variety and choices. It gets mundane. But its ok for a slow paced relaxing game. To creators: more varity please in animals, planet types and landscape, plants, tasks. Im sure many others will love it

It is a very decent game. Good storyline. Great Controls. Good graphics. Thing is that, instead of buying the story with a lumpsum, could make it so that we can buy each additional chapter at a low price? That would be great. I stopped because i couldn't go to Jorla. But all in all, without the big purchase, it's all great.

The game is great, it has great visuals and a good story. My only complain is that I face a few glitches, some being in the form of the movement touch pad getting stuck in the direction I push it towards, thus, not letting me control the movement of my Myrah. There are also a few on screen glitches, when I land onto a planet, the screen goes black, and takes time to come on, and also at times game freezes all of a sudden. It's a really good game, if these problems are fixed, it can be even better.

The game and the concept itself is amazing. But while playing through the story, I noticed that on mobile you couldn't transform to morphite. In fact the button for it was no where to be seen. I was very disappointed because the game has much potential. Issue #2, I experienced horrible lag at planet Quantillium. I usually don't get lag at the other planets. This lag disabled my ability to fight and jump. I like exploring the massive amounts of galaxies, but I also like to play the story mode

By far my favorite mobile game ever. The idea of mobile gaming has always been very enticing to me, but unfortunately I've never found one that I can really get into. Far too many are repetitive, have terrible controls, or require real $ spent to enjoy. The story is engaging and goofy, the graphics are great, and the controls are customizable. I gladly paid $5 for the full story & $3 for the rocket boots. It's a mobile No Man's Sky, less in-depth, and easier to play on the go.

Looks like a fun game, if only it worked. On start up, you're greeted with the logo of the game company then a black screen. That's it and when I change the volume, the screen turns into a siezure inducing mess. Please fix this, from the pictures, the game looks like a lot of fun and I've read a lot of good reviews with the only downsides being bugs. Hopefully I and a lot of other people with the same problem, get to play this.

Looks interesting. Never continued with it though. Right off the bat, I didn't like that it wants permission to obtain all your contacts. Second, some if the non-game controls - like the 'I'm to close windows or the 'quit' 'continue' etc. are really far too small (and I am using a Samsung Galaxy S9). Third, the music is so loud and the narrative voice so quiet that it cannot be heard. But good effort.

For record: As of right now I haven't played the full game, but I would if I had the cash to spare. Graphics are great, the art style works well, especially for the mobile platform. Gameplay mainly seems to be structured around scanning and defending yourself from polygons. UI is clean although I would say the in-app store occupying a large portion of the screen is a mistake. I also think the purchases should be collated. The story is priced well but the extras seem out of place and price.

This is a really fun game. The graphics are nice, it runs smooth, and the controls are good. I want to purchase the full version but i was hoping there would be controller support. I use my controller for pretty much all of my games and this game would be great with controller support. If you add controller support then ill purchase the full game and rate 5 stars. Also, the game goes to a black screen when you land on the starting planet. Hope you can fix that.

IT'S BACK!! My experience was good to excellent. I was frustrated when they took it of the Play Store without warning. Some areas still need improvement such as the map. It would be nice if the map would record all the planets as well as the route you took to get there. Combat feels good even with touch controls. Planets could use some more variety as it does get a little repetitive sometimes. Although I do find myself getting lost in the game. Which is a good thing! Still love the story!

Game looks great, my only issues are, looking around is really hard, would be better if we could get more sensitivity when looking left/right, Also, it let me play the first training solarsystem, but as soon as I tried to land on another planet, the screen went black. Now everytime i boot up the app, i see the starting logo, then it moves to a black screen, and won't do anything. I have zero ad blockers on. Will star more if you can help me.

This game is good in concept, but poorly executed. While I enjoy the minimalist style, the UI should not be minimalist as well. I find it a little insulting that there is a brazen button, both on-ship and on-foot, that is dedicated to the menu for buying a game advertised as Free, especially considering that I can't actually land on a planet without it black-screening. And yes I've played with the graphics and settings and nothing resolves that issue, and if it's a loading screen, then the loading times are abysmal. The business approach to Morphite needs to be re-evaluated: if you're going to hide the price inside the game, then there needs to be content that keeps a player coming back, because people will pay for things, cosmetic or functional, in a game that they like. This looks like it has potential, I only wish I could have played more than three minutes of it.

I don't know why i can't kill some creatures. I just die trying to kill them. It'll be good if there is a health or level bar for creatures. The control isn't that smooth and the graphic make it easier to get lost even though there is a mini map and there is no way to get back up if you fall from the cliff there need to atleast a way to explore without worrying about getting lost or getting stuck with no way to get back. Other than that everything is good and the story is what make it worth playing its relaxing to play and love the material design. But there isin't much of a trill. Yea not a pro gamer but its still my hobby so hope you can make some change if you can and make it better. It'll be cool if it have skills, dodge button and status upgrade like some classic rpg element with that it'll give player motivation to play for hours mining or grinding

This is an absolutely beautiful game, with simple and enjoyable gameplay. The ambience when exploring new worlds is breathtaking. The looks are simple, but the movement is gorgeously smooth! Unfortunately this is ruined somewhat by the fact that the playing screen goes over the edge of my phone. Zooming out does no good. It inhibits gameplay because many buttons get covered up, and makes the whole thing look unprofessional. If this issue was resolved, I'd glady buy the full version.

*Deep breath* Alright. The game is excellent, the graphics are beautiful in a way only low-poly graphics can be, and the open world aspect is awesome. But I hate how 99% of the story is locked behind a paywall AND it's ad supported. I would be perfectly happy if the entire story was unlock and there were ads, or if there was a paywall for the main story but there weren't any ads. Having both, though, that infuriates me. I feel like this is an EA game with the shear level of IAPs. If there was an option to play the game w/o ads for the first part and then continue the story with the current level of ads, I would take it immediately. TL;DR: 10/10 game + 0/10 ads = 5/10 overall

I really like the game. even though the graphics are a bit blocky (polygons) but they let you play only one mission before they ask you to pay to continue the game. I know about in game purchases to things like more lives, better shields, more gold. But to stop you cold asking for money. No. If that's the case just say it's a demo (free version) So i don't waste my time.

I enjoyed the what I had played so far, although the controls I thought were a little too sensitive. Unfortunately when I went back in it today nothing had been saved and the game starts over. I've tried going back to the menu too and nothing. I'd played for a good hour as well and really can't be bothered to repeat it so I'm moving on.

This game is a really great reminder of two of my old favorites. First is jet force gemini on the n64 and the second being Metroid prime. This game captures a sense of wonder and made me want to explore. Not even mentioning that it has the only well made touch control system I have ever seen on a mobile fps. Specifically for the talk an enemy to shoot mechanic. The one thing I would love to see happen with this is to be able to bind keyboard keys to the controls. Otherwise 10/10 am very pleased and would laugh at Kit-Kat's banter all day.

I am extremely disappointed in this game. It is basically the exact type of game I have been searching for just to find out it's like they stopped working on it halfway through and just released it. Here's a mission where we need you to collect these 8 items on the map but the game is only gonna generate 3 of them soo.. idk, good luck dude lol. Besides the fact that you seriously only get to complete ONE. SINGLE. STORY MISSION. And then it hits you with a fee to unlock the rest of the game. There are plenty of other things to do and explore without paying, but good luck accomplishing anything without glitching out or mission items just not being there or not responding to commands.

nun. Dec 2, 2020

Training and first mission is free, after which to access the second mission is $4.99. Your game is great but if you advertise the game as free, make it free with in app purchases like aesthetics and even upgrades. advertising as free only to have to pay after the tutorial mission is aggravating and reflects the care that the developer has for their customers, little to none. That aside, the graphics are alright, triangular but you've done well with the art style and controller capable 7/10

Zek. L. Jun 9, 2019

it's honestly a really good game but the sensitivity is WAY to low and even if you turn it all the way up it still takes a few presses to turn 90 degrees. Also, this game would could be so much better if you guys made an option to play it on a PC or mac. other than that tho, the graphics are amazing and the story plot is incredible.

Amazing! I was always looking for an adventure game but they were all so boring. This game reminds me of subnautica. Beatiful, endless landscape, adventure in a way that is very rare and so good. I love it but I hate how dies so quickly right on the second mission. 1 mission and you have to buy the rest! I did see a comment before I downloaded this and said it's worth buying. So I expected a demo/trial and 3 missions or 2. Okay but truthfully I think it's worth buying. Pls make the demo 2 though.

GBR. S. Sep 21, 2019

The game is enjoyable, even if the controller support is not working. I decided to simply ignore the mission request after receiving the beacon and am exploring the nearby systems. The mobile controls are usable on Max sensitivity, if a bit annoying. I tried to use a dualshock 4 on a device running Android 7.1 but no control mapping options appear in the control subsection of the settings. Seems nice for what it is.

Game has an interesting story and has a slight no mans sky feel but I think with the story in this it's better. Also just a tip for space battles it needs better controls for steering like when I want to turn I don't want to repeatedly drag my finger on the screen. It just needs more of a drift in the direction I want it to go so it feels smoother

Fun and interesting space exploration with a great story mode. Fun dialogue with many puzzles and side quests. I like how random planets are generated differently each time you revisit them and it's definitely worth paying for in my opinion. I also like the different upgrades you can get and the seemingly infinite number of planets to travel to.
