Almost perfect. It would have been better to match P&X instead of P&C, same for others (U&G instead of U&D) Etc. EDIT after more training, I must say I was wrong, even if it's easier to remember U&G visually instead of U&D, it's harder to remember them with sound. Since we learn by hearing the codes, this is indeed the best way to match the letter. However I still would have made some changes, for instance : F&L, Q&Y, etc.

Best learning app I've found, by far. The letters have just the right lengths for the dits, dahs and spacing between those. I've tried quite a few, finally a good one! The interface is simple. There is a sample page that makes all of the sounds. Then there is the challenge page that uses Koch. You can back it up if you need to. There is another app from these developers that has a Morse chat with real people. I'm looking forward to being able to use that soon. Thanks!

So far seems good; although It's a shame there is no option to mix upper and lowercase text in the display when learning. The learning method appears to be quickly translating visual to audio and back so a mix of upper and lower case would serve to increase the 'difficulty' and help learning. A visual timer would be nice as well to reinforce the necessary speed that morse needs to be operated at, as right now its hard to gauge. The keyboard randomizer feature is very useful.

I've been wanting to try and learn Morse code but couldn't find any good apps or tutorials on how to learn it. And, honestly, I've learn a lot so far from using this app!! This app is a really good way to learn morse. I'm a auditory and tactile learner, so doing the Morse physically after learning it visually, and put it to the test with the "sending" part of learning, helped me learn a LOT!! 9/10 really cool!! :D

FEATURE REQUEST: Can the keyboard keys be larger? I keep making "errors" because i hit the letter next to the one i aim for. Makes it difficult when trying to go quickly. Otherwise, fully enjoying the pro version. Great investment. Successfully achieved learning Morse for my pandemic/apocalypse skill.

pleasant fun and the learning process is great! i think its well suited for pattern recognition type brains. whenever I use this I think of sneaky baseball players. hehehe. that being said, it's use of auditory sound with visuals and pattern recognition is really great. it's a good mix of drilling basics while still being fun.

The user interface is really cool.. loved the fact that this game is ad free!! I think I'm gonna purchase the app in near future👍... my only concern is that there should have been a feature to sign into an account or something, so that one can restore the purchase when they change the phone from iphone to Android or vice-versa.

pretty simple progression, basically they start with the simplest then as they progress they add the mirrored letters together like et,so,ud,rk while revising the previous letters. Only note is that I would like to be able to contrast the two mirrored letters when learning them before revising the ones I've learned.

Love it. Well designed, well explained, makes you learn fast. Later on when you progress to 'senteces' level - sentences are not just any - some of them are wise statements applicable in your daily life. So you learn more, than just Morse code. Many options in settings to adjust learning to your skills / convenience. Excuisite job with this app, well done !!!! I find it so good, that for the first time in my life I actually decided to post a comment here. Keep it up!!!

Just downloaded.Seems great so far. Cons: When sending code you have to hold the dahs noticeably longer than normal for it to register as a dah instead of a dit. You also cannot hold it 1ms too long or it's "wrong". Very annoying. I will update after I've used it for more time. UPDATE 1: I also see that a lot of this app is locked behind a pay wall. You can only practice sending code with the letters E,T,A,N,S, and O. Ask other letters cost money.

This is a fantastic tool to begin learning Morse Code and I have recommended it to quite a few friends. The 'learn by listening' method it uses is unbeatable for true retention. The improvements made over the past few months by developers have greatly improved this app, and the few dollars spent to gain access to the full version is well worth your money. Cannot recommend enough. Keep up the good work, developers!

this makes it so quick and easy to learn Morse code, very glad I tried it out. just a warning though, in order to get past like the first 1/3rd or so of the alphabet, you have to buy the full version ($7.99 one-time purchase)

This is a very good app for learning Morse code. Plenty of levels and challenges to get you started on recieving and transmitting Morse code. Starts with learning each letter individually, then progresses to short words of selectable length and even call signs.

Thanks for adding the possibility to define a set of characters to learn. Unfortunately, I didn't find a way on how to see all of the selected characters at once when training or in challenging mode. Some help on that would be great, but maybe I'm missing something?

It's been like an hour only and I've already learned receiving half the letters. It's not only helpful but a fun learning experience. The only thing I'd love is an option to just key a code and see what comes up on your screen, just to practice alone.

First time I ever purchased a premium version of any app. Didn't expect this app to be so well developed when I downloaded it. It has a very nice system to test your learning progress with a point system that is quite accurate in understanding which parts the learner didn't understand completely. For example, it also considers the time you need to answer in the tests.

Absolutely wonderful, the pace isn't too fast, you can replay the sounds as many times as you'd like, on most levels you can visually see the dots and dashes, it's great. I haven't gotten to the sending part yet but I imagine that it will be just as good. :) Would definitely recommend!!! :) :) :) (just so you know, you do have to pay $3.50 to get the full receiving thing, and I think $6 to get the full receiving and sending, but I think it's probably worth it and will probably get it soon.)

I am only a few letters in, but I'm loving this app. I'm learning the letters. I like that this app teaches by sound, since most Morse Code learning is by sight. I also like that I can replay levels, effectively moving as fast or slow as I want to. This is my new go-to free time app, since it's fun and I'm actually learning.

I already know Morse code. I've taught it to fellow ham radio operators and to a fellow active duty military person while deployed overseas. I just want to practice copying punctuation, but this app wants me to pay for that feature. No, thanks. I'll find a free Morse code practice app.

THE BEST morse code training app I've ever seen so far. But the problem is accessing to higher levels... I mean, i can even tolerate a lot of ads but still be able to access all levels.

clean ui, easy to understand, teaches well. well worth the extra 5 -8 bucks to be able to scramble the letters to make sure you're actually learning what letters they are instead of just muscle memory.

Perfect APP to learn morse. Easy and intuitive interface. A classic that I would recommend. To the developer: in the keyboard, can you add a point or a line in the number zero (0) to distinguish it from the letter oh (O)? Thank you :)

Fun and useful, I bought the higher tier for practicing sending. Simple and well done. The one thing I would suggest for learning would be to implement spaced repetition method. I think if you did that this app would be absolutely perfect.

Excellent and fast way to learn, but the free version doesn't allow you to learn everything. There should be a free version with ads or something similar.

overall amazing app, my only complaint is that if you go back levels you've passed you have to do them all to get to the farthest level you've reached

App asked for a rating mid game. So far the learning has been really intuitive and had felt good with it's large customisation options. Will give 5 stars if the game keeps up like this :)
