super easy to use

I like that this app let's me type in exact numbers and percents without having to scroll on a bar/line. I also appreciate not having to give access to my personal information... boo to other apps that require invasive access to all my contacts etc.

I love the basic application. I wish it gave you a true calculation of the amortization . Most if my customers have questions either about thr monthly breakdown or tiyal interest paid at certain point of the loan. If I know they need this a head of time I dont even bother with this app.

But interest/principal ratio in payments and amortization could have been shown as a detailed schedule rather than only a graph, it is not clear that way.

Very easy to use. With other expenses like insurance and taxes often included in monthly payments, we can see a more realistic view of our housing costs.

I use this app all the time, and friends always ask me for my super quick mortgage estimates because I have it, makes me look smart.

Would be even better if you could get exact amortization numbers in addition to the line graphs.

Very good calculator. My only wish is that it would keep the values so you don't have to re-enter them all the time.

Calculates what you need it to and does it efficiently. Gets to the total monthly payment and doesn't require information to be reentered if you want to try out other scenarios.

App needs a way to add multiple extra payments with dates for existing loans. I want to know how much I can add to the payments to shorten the loan term

For some reason mine has no tabs to open anything but the simple calculator. If I could get the tabs it would be ok. There's nowhere else to change settings or anything else.

Great and easy interface...dti ratios and amortz schedule huge add ons...only additional tool I would incorporate is extra amount monthly paid to mortgage....great app

Nice mortgage calculator which also Includes DTI (Debt to Income) Ratio... that's a very nice added touch. Double Awesome.

Great Calculator. So easy to use and always works. This is one of the best I have used so far.

It's great!. It shows you what you need to pay if you have a goal to pay off your long term loan in a shorter amount of time.

Few options. No payment schedule. A bit cumbersome to use.
