As a mortgage loan officer, & a high producer, I do not have time for a cumbersome application. This app gets me the information that I need quickly with additional resources.
Keeps claiming that there is a problem and needs to close. Need to fix that bug.

So, what about the adds? Non obstructive and pays for the app. Quickly helped me figure out which loan was cheaper; 120 months at 5% with $100 added per month, or 84 months at 4.5% . Same principle. Does everything I need it to do.

Good app....but I would like to see more options on payments, like bi-monthly, accelerated bi-weekly, etc.... hopefully you will be able to update and include the improvements soon. Thanks.

Everything it is supposed to do it does. Just wish you could specify a date for a lump payment to see how that changes the amortization. Using it for student loan calc & as a teacher I will get a lump sum forgiven after teaching 5 years on a loan amortized over 10 years.
Calculates monthly payments
I find it extremely helpful when calculating different time frames and interest rate amounts.
