Great app. Works great for adding my extra payments. Love the graphs. Only thing I don't like is that it crashes when you try to edit the loan and the add a photo option doesn't work.
Good overall, I like seeing the impact of extra payments...how much interest saved and # of less monthly payments. I would give it 5* if there was an option to input additional payments not during the scheduled payment date to make interest calculation more accurate.
Last updated in 2016..!!! This app is very much needed and there is no similar app in playstore with this functionality. It deserves more than 5 stars if some updates are applied. Those are 1. To Customize EMI amount (not automatic) 2. To add the EMIs manually each month and to skip any month if not paid. (I skipped 4 months EMIs due to horrible situation of Covid-19...!) 3. To add additional payments on any date (not in exact due date only) 4. Add Rupee in currency
This is exactly what I was looking for! I can play around with early payments and see how much sooner my mortgage will be paid off. I like how I can add batch payments to apply monthly early payments for the rest of the mortgage. This gives me motivation and I love seeing how much interest I'm saving by making even small changes like paying an additional $50/month. Small contributions really can make big impact!
It does the job. I keep trying to export my info as a back up but when it sends me the files, it does not reflect any payments, etc

Great app. Would have given it 5 star if you could have added years and months for mortgage term. I have 7 year 5 months but can only seem to select 7 years or 8 years .
my loan company makes it very difficult to see my lpam fully broken down esspecialy with total interest. this app os simple to use and breaks down your lpan month by montu. i love how it tells me how much money I'll save by paying additional principal.
Improvements need to be made. Unable to change interest rates after specific months to map changes in payments made of the years.

Graphs don't work but overall a useful app. Not entirely accurate but close enough...
Simple easy to use..but would love the option to show skipped payment..because of this whole Covid thing!

If you want to payoff your mortgage early, this app will help. I love it. It shows me the month I will pay it off and how much interest I will save. You can try different amounts and make adjustments to your extra payments and see the impact of those changes. It is easy to use and I give it 5 stars.
Had it on iPhone. Could not wait for it to come to Android... Thank you so much. Being able to export your loans is a great functionality, however, I have not seen an import functionality built in.. Please address this issue. Thank you. :) Thank you for the reply and instructions.
I love this app! I only wish I could add other loans or that there was another app just like this that I could use for a loan for lengths other than years. I cannot find any other app that is as perfect for what I want as this one.
Great app for seeing how much an extra payment will mean over the lifetime of your mortgage without filling out a calculator every time.

This app can only handle two mortgages. Looking for something to handle multiple mortgages. Otherwise good.

Finally, a simple app that actually let's you see the impact of your extra payments instead of trying to sell me a mortgage. Saved me the hour or so it wouldve taken to build something like this in Excel! One suggestion: Allow a single input for recurring extra monthly payments. Should be easy to implement, and makes it a lot easier for people who pay $x extra every month.
