The app is a good idea and has all the information I would want/need if only it worked. It is super laggy and constantly saying "My session is about to expire" even after just logging in. When I try to view my statements it freezes on "loading" and I have to exit the app and enter back again. Please fix these issues for a easier and less stressful experience.
As of now, this app is fundamentally broken. i can't use it to do anything. It freezes, goes to blank screens, won't take information. Keeps asking the same things and won't take answers. I downloaded it to attempt to make a payment and have been unable to do so after many attempts over several days. To even log in was a fight as it keeps trying to log me out every few seconds.
Every time I switch to a different tab, it says "Time is about to expire, continue or log out" It's annoying! It also wants to access my photos, files and make calls... why? Other than that, it's good. It's now April 8th and I've been trying to log in for the last few weeks and it won't let me. I enter my username and password, hit "sign in" and nothing... yes I have the correct username and password. I'm thinking about uninstalling this stupid app.
This app is just as bad as the company. The app dosen't work at all, just a blank screen. When I call the company due to a billing issue they are useless also and each representative says the conplete opposite, no one is ever on the same page. They will then offer to take payment over the phone but want to charge a fee. This has been by far the worst experience ever. My three year old makes better sense then these people. ๐ก๐ค
TERRIBLE, almost never allows you to log in. lender charges fee to pay over phone whenever they can't resolve log in reset with the app. Several times when I'm actually allowed to log in, my bank info is wiped out. currently logged in but app is not functioning; just a frozen screen and doesn't respond when I click on anything. Constantly says session is about to expire right after log in. Update: Uninstalled. Also customer service is horrible. If our mortgage wasn't sold would never choose them.
Ok the bugs have been better lately but it doesn't run smooth or consistant. You enter login infor and submit, loading screen shows up and disappears immediately. This takes 20 minutes to get through. The app trys to time you out if you dont click on something every 2 seconds........ there's work to be done but its showed improvement.
Every month, for months on end now, I struggle to use this app. I'll try to sign in and it won't even reject my login credentials -- it just won't do anything. When I actually am able to log in, it won't load my payment, bank account, or allow me to submit a payment. I try their other app and get redirected to this one. I try using their website, which is also awful. Their IT is terrible! When you follow the instructions they give bad reviews to email them THEY NEVER REPLY. Been waiting 3 weeks!
App never works. Frequently cannot login. When I can sometimes it will allow me to get to the payment page (usually not). If it does occasionally I can select my bank (usually not), but I think I've only successfully posted a payment once out of the dozens of times I've tried over just as many months. No support, no fixes. Just as worthless as LoanCare as a company. Wish they'd just sell my mortgage to another company.
HORRIBLE APP. if i could give it ZERO stars i would. app is so glitchy and from the dates of the previous comments NONE of the glitches and bugs have been fixed what so ever. -slow to open anything -repeatedly saying session about to expire after every page clicked on - many failed log in attempts and never saves your user name when the box has been checked. - NOTHING LOADS NEEDS FIXING!!๐ก๐คฌ how can you have an app thats supposed to make making payments easier when you cant access anything!!
I'd like to be able to pay my mortgage online without extra fees so I got the app that's recommended, it just constantly asks to verify my # and every few seconds or button I push it says session timing out also never remembers my login ID. really does nothing...... PLEASE FIX its offered to make paying easier yet it's basically non existant because it doesn't work at all.
This is the worst. I have been trying to log in for 4 days to pay my mortgage and you hit the log in button and nothing happens. You have to continue to hit the log in button numerous times before it starts to think about doing something then takes you to a blank page. So you go back to log in again and, once again having to hit log in numerous times for it even to do something, then it takes you to a 'service is unavailble' page.
Super glitchy! Every time you log in, you have to confirm number and there's a number on there that's not mine but I can't delete it. The last few days I have to hit log in several times for it to go then when I do get in it says my account is about to time out then does it every time I touch anything. Trying to make payment but my bank account info is now gone now. Too much of a hassle every time!
Never wants to load. When you hit submit, it doesn't do anything. I went back to using the My Loan Care app. This mortgage view app had too many issues. It's always saying submit, session loading. It's got more issues and no one has time for it to keep trying to reload after everything you select to do.
Can't log in on the app. I put in my credential, the the loading wheel, and then nothing happens. It just stays on the sign in screen. Would be great if I could actually use thus to manage my loan. And the other app quick working with all the new company updates. Uninstalling both.
Every month, every single one, I have trouble logging in. I even got a call from IT to tell me to use this app instead of the other one. It worked when he was on the phone with me, so I thought that fixed the issue. Here I am again, trying to log in only to have it do the thinking dots (......) and never actually proceed to the app. Fix it. This is not a good way to do business. In today's day and age, it should not be too much to ask that you have a functional app.
I would have given this 4 or 5 stars no problem. It USED to work well with my account and my Galaxy Note 8. Since I switched to a Galaxy Note 10+, when I enter my information it tells me to use the other app. I've never had a problem using this app before until now. The other app is glitchy, slow response, errors out frequently. I would have preferred this app over the other but now I can't use it. When I went to "register", it says I have an account...security questions do not show up.
multiple issues! app won't load, won't let me log in, when I do get in, won't let me add my bank info, change/add contact info, the list goes on! this app needs a LOT of work before it is useful.
First it doesn't recognize your log in information. After taking the time to put everything in, it tells you you're already resisted. Then every 5 seconds you get a pop up box saying your session is going to expire. If this is the back up plan for making a payment, because the website isn't much better, you need to remove the fees to pay by phone.
Frustrating to say the least. Tried to log in for a week to pay my mortgage, got a blank screen after pressing log in a gazillion times. ๐ Uninstalled, reinstalled.... same thing ๐คจ Glad to see I'm not the only one, but seems like there's enough people having critical problems that this should have been addressed.
it worked last month and now it's not working anymore. keep getting error code and a blank screen ๐ก it is up to date. Now I keep getting a pop-up message telling me my session is about to expire right after I just logged in!
Garbage. Doesn't work. Continuously prompts that your session is about to expire. Doesn't actually advance the screen to allow you to make payments. Poor app all around.
App is very buggy. Keeps telling me that my session is about to expire. Keeps locking up everytime I try to make a payment. It doesn't save your user ID when you ask it to. This app needs some serious updates to it.
App never wants to load, nor does it carefully transition through the tabs/ options within. I often cannot login, as the app will tell me my time has expired before it even loads following login, causing me to login in again before I am able to navigate anything.
Doesn't work properly. Everytime I tap to go to another section, it tells me it's about to time out. Also I'm trying to make a payment and it's not highlighted, and when I try to put my banking info and hit the continue button it doesn't go anywhere. Please fix
NEVER use Lakeview. If you pay early, you are still charged the full month interest. If you pay on the second of the month (instead of on or before the first) they charge $5 penalty. They actually charge you extra to pay online! If you call them online, you have to go through THREE banks of menus. When you talk to the service rep, his explanation is essentially, "I understand you. Tough luck. That's the way we do things." The rep has zero empathy and no authority to do anything. Disgusting.
This app NEVER works!! It will not save my log in ID, only opens the app 1 out of 20 tries and even when it opens it pops up with a 'session is about to expire' any time you click something. Waste of time!!!
This app is horrible!!! It freezes more than it actually works. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times and nothing has improved. They really should consider updating it.
Works only about 50% of the time. Lately I keep getting a pop up that asks if I want to continue my session or log out. this happens every time I click on something. This app has some serious bugs that need fixed.
I'm having the same issues several other people have mentioned for months now. wish they would sell my loan off to a different company that will fix the issues with their app. trying to pay my bill so i dont get hit with a fee but contines to say time is about to expire or log out. people are saying what the issue is why hasn't it been fixed yet?
I keep getting popups saying my session is about to expire and I need to select either 'continue session' or 'log out' every. single. time. I click on ANYTHING. I've tried selecting continue and logging out and back in and nothing works. I have tried multiple times to send an email as instructed in the response I received, but it never goes through. Your app is horrible (and apparently customer service). I have uninstalled it and will not recommend it to anyone.
