Mortimer Beckett and the Book of Gold

It's nice to see Gamehouse trying to expand what kind of games they make, but I think this is a bit of a flop. However, the CONCEPT is cool and I think if they spent a little time refining what's here, improving gameplay, giving it better graphics, and making instructions a little more clear, then it would be a solid entry. I'd like to see them try again with the concept because I think it could be great, but this is more like an alpha test for something that could be.

I just finished playing this game in Hatch and damn, that's a good one. I couldn't stop trying to solve the puzzles! All levels are well balanced and I never had any trouble passing them nor have I ever been bored. Extra levels are a good way to keep it a bit more challenging. Very satisfied with this! Kudos to the developers!

I find that my bonus levels are broken. They zoom in, but they dont let me move around. I can do the other levels just fine, but also when I try to zoom in to find the mouse it doesn't let me move around. Fix it and I'd be happy with the game. It's good otherwise.

Once again, another Gamehouse money pit. You can't complete further than level 10. It says connection error, but reading other reviews, you have to pay monthly to continue. Some of us can't afford to do this. I'd be happy to watch adverts to pay for the game, or even have so many lives which have to be rebooted, but I am not going to pay to line Gamehouse's pockets.

The gameplay was okay, but I'm disappointed with the must buy or free trial option instead of regular ad watching, because I'd rather watch ads than buy a game I didn't know whether or not I'll play for more than once after I finished it. So had to uninstall after I played all the free levels.

I really loved all aspects of this game! The only thing was I found myself having to use my puzzle hints. The lock and number puzzles don't give you a hint as to what patterns you should use. Just have fun and figure it out lol. But loved everything else!

I love the game and was excited to see what happened next until I found out that the Gamehouse subscription I bought did not included this game. I pay $10 monthly to play their games and it turns out that I do not get to play the ones I want to play. I might as well cancel my subscription. Too bad I did like the game. I have a feeling that I am not the only one that when told we get access to their games for the monthly fee we thought we would get full access and that when they found out that we do not get full access has canceled also. It's a shame because they are losing money.

Game freezes at level 5, i have reset still nothing. I really enjoy gamehouse games and wait for new ones to come out. But this game has no instructions and tutorial, without the walkthrough i would still be on level 2. I am glad a have the subscription or i would be requesting my money back. Not up to usual gamehouse standards.

This game would be more interetesting and fun if their was an explanation on how to complete certain tasks or games. When you try to figure it out u lose points or time. Therefore i wouldnt play this game again. Too frustrating. Which is a same beacuse i enjoyed the story line.

So far 10 mins into the game there are so glitches. As in trying to move the screen it froze and wouldnt let me forward. Instructions are not specific enough and need to be detailed by simplified. Not I'mpressed. However I like that it continues with the snuggford theme and hope to see it pull into the Emily stories.

Loved this game a lot and played it twice. When I played it, it was fully free but it seems like you guys added the subscription here too. Maybe give others the chance to play it full by watching ads. But this is one of my all time favourites.

Horrible game. No instructions to any of the mini games. You have to constantly wait for the hint button because you would have no idea what to do next. Near impossible to find objects. Game house has always been my number one. This game is last on my list.

Challenging and Addictive! Love this new spin on the GameHouse games. Personally, I enjoy the search and find games as much as the time management ones. A wonderful storyline as always by the makers!

Quite enjoyed the simple puzzles - needs more variety on the puzzles. Would not mind more Mortimer Games - it's nice to do a gentle mental exercise. Storyline was good if a little typical.

it makes me mad that you have to buy the game after a certain amount of levels. you get into it because it is great then they will force you to buy it to continue. it is $9.99 and there are only 60 levels. sorry but not happy

I subscribe to Gamehouse for $9.99/month. Imagine my surprise when this game wanted the same price and wasn't available on my Gamehouse subscription. I have played all of the games with my subscription and love your games. Unfortunately, asking for another $9.99 to play is, in my opinion, absurd.

I really loved the game but once i was finished with level 10 it said that I needed to pay for it! Why do we even need to pay!? I thought everything was free... I was supposed to give 5 stars but the paying thing came up and ugh! Why can't you just make the whole app like be paid before installing? I'm sorry for the 1 star but the paying thing just made me do it....

I REALLY HOPE that Gamehouse would go back to the classic way they used to create the games..I'm so EXCITED for any new Gamehouse games! This game is a perfect example of how beautiful the graphics are and the storylines and gameplay are fun! Please dont STOP creating these games Gamehouse!!!!

I loved the game...the game was awesome!...but some levels are hard to do and also in those levels without using clues it isn't paw-sble to complete....and also i don't love the ending...Other than it is a great game....😻😻😻

"MORTIMER BECKETT AND THE BOOK OF GOLD" is an awesome game......but after level 10 you have to pay for the rest of the game.......i was really enjoying the game it has an interesting and adventurous story but you have to pay for it which in unlike the other GAMEHOUSE games and it really disappointed me......well...if you can pay for the game then i say you should download it as it is a really excellent game.....and i would have given it 5 stars if you could play the game without laying for it...

The game is really nice...... But from 11th level we have to purchase the pack and that was really disgusting🤢🤢🤮🤮 Most people would like to play adventure game but it should be offline and free My opinion is that game should be fully free......

Love Mortimer Beckett games. I've played them all including the other 4 on desktop. This one was little different than their other Mortimer games but still really enjoyable. I hope they keep developing more Mortimer games

I love yall games but I don't have the budget to pay for every last game to continue playing can you put this game to watch ads to continue playing I don't mind watching the ads please and thank you.
