Mindblowing why the new update requires its users to allow contacts sharing, without which I can not access my own investment account. This is a breach of privacy, shame on you Mandiri.

In this app version, there is a pop up message of special notation that annoying since it covering the total portfolio value.

the app NEED PERMISSION to open phone calls ,photos and media, otherwise it won't run. WHAT FOR ????

Why would you need a permission to my contacts in order to use the app? What's it for? Buat dimasukin ke database mandiri?

I cannot access my money because this app does not even run when it's opened. Pls fix

Bad experience..the app is slow and sometimes just stop running when i click sell..hope they can improve the performance, otherwise many customer will be affected when this happened too often

After the update, now I CAN'T SEE MY TOTAL PORTOFOLIO,, its covered with announcement,, DO YOU EXPECT US TO CALCULATE PORTOFOLIO MANUALLY?

the worst online trading apps, every time you open these apps you have to log in again enter username and password and "PIN" this is annoying. There is no notification for the stock we entered in the watch list. And there are still many more problems i cannot mention. I think I complain this problem more than 4 years but still until today the developer never fix that problem. I will give zero star for this annoying apps if allowed by google play store

The latest update take out the total portfolio. DO YOU EXPECT US TO CALCULATE OUR PORTFOLIO MANUALLY??? What a stupid decision. Use other apps for trading. MOST has one of the worst interface, it crashes a lot, it loads a lot, lot of problems for an app developed by a multi-trillion company.

Last night this app just fine. But by the time market was going to open, it keeps popping update page after we clicked buy, sell, chart and quote. And the error continued until they decide to maintainance ON THE BUSY HOUR !! Its good bye for me. Many customer loss their money and their oportunity because ur apps.

Inconvenient user interface. Not aesthetic looking too. Not sure if you have this in other similar apps, but you will need to enter your PIN thousand times, even in 3-5 minutes use, everytime you navigate between the menu. With this app, just think twice if you want to make Mandiri Most account then.

Lack lot of feature. UI is trying to be simple but look like a mess, bad color scheme, and a lot of information are not sorted correctly. At least it works, for now.

currently unable to open quote page, it kept returning to the front page while saying "checking version" and "start update." i already reinstalled it, even restarted my phone several times. i am unable to make any transactions.

the user interface is very bad, the appearance of the app is like the app that was released 10 years ago. please update the application. the last update was last December 2019, it has been almost a year that there has been no update

The applications is good enough but sometimes I can't open it even though I have uninstalled and reinstalled it keeps on downloading & checking the new version. Since I am newbie I call to ask information frm cust service, anyhow their response is awful, the way they give me information /answer my question is really disappointing especially for Mandiri which has a good reputable name. I have Mandiri bank account that's y I choose them hoping their service is as good as their conventional bank

I don't know whether it is because I log in at midnight so that the server doesn't connect (because I know usually Mandiri is offline at midnight start from 12 o'clock), or, because the app is indeed error. Whenever I start login, it only stucks at UI and never proceed. Please fix it, otherwise we can't do business with you.

The app is good, no lag and no problem in live data, but there's one problem actually when I go to dark mode the letters in quote order/sell or password are unseen, because they have same colour as the column background

This is one of the worst financing apps that I've been experiencing with. I have been registered few time and yet it back to login page that saying my email and password were wrong!! What a waste!

The app keeps crashing and wouldnt allow me to log in. It kept restarting even after i tried to uninstall and reinstall it a few times. Pretty upsetting considering the feee they charge.

It didn't run well after I updated my MIUI , everything was in black and white, really bad UX, application has lots of bug, but they didnt fix it with update. such

There's something wrong with this app. I cant logged in and it always loading. Tries to restart and still its not solving. I already use this mobile app for years and now, I had to uninstall and install it again in order to log in. REALLY !!!. Desktop app and web is way faster. Last update is on dec,2019. Is this not supported anymore?

This is 2021 and the UI is still cluttered like it was in 90s. Please do the overhaul to the app otherwise no one will use it due to the ease of use factor.

Please update ur UI, it's terrible, the login system is also annoying.. Two login pages that always reset whenever time passes by some minutes? Excuse me.. The only reason I still keep this app is because I thought there will be updates for these, hei the last update is soo last year

It's not user friendly apps, all the menus are very hard to understand. I will not using this app anymore after xfer all of my money back to my bank account.

Laggy, and need to make some steps (change screen, go into sub menu, etc) to make a transaction instead of one push button. Graph analysis is useful tho
